The roach was in the soup

Totally disgusting, looks like there was a roach in the soup. I almost threw up. I will never go back.

    Kiosks to order from inside.

Another day, of course a new Panera. This location inside was cozy, had a fireplace and plenty of seating and very clean. Could not get a picture of the fireplace, people were sitting there the whole time. Used the as I always do, food is ready to grab and go or eat there. Super fast and easy when ordering with the app. My normal order has been Ranch Cobb Salad w/chicken and sub green goddess dressing, comes with a free side always, apple, chips or bread, I normally get an apple. Also got my Sip Club drink and an 4 Asiago bagels today, Yum! This location is right off the 210 freeway, large parking lot, easy to get to and get out of. Inside is nice, open and clean, lots of seating and similar to other locations. Great spot for lunch. Enjoy.

I hadn't eaten at Panera dining in for YEARS. We usually order it for work meetings however and I LOVE the Fuji apple salad. I came in today with a friend from church and we both got the "pick two." Their spicy steak salad was REALLY spicy and good, spicier than I expected from Panera and so delicious. I was also glad they had their squash soup which is my all time fav. Our food came out quickly and all the staff was so nice too.

$72 for soup and still hungry

Mark my word. I will NEVER give another dime to Panera Bread again. While their food is decently tasty, the value, portion-sizes, and prices are extremely sub-par. Despite my consistent anti-Panera feelings, I was feeling sick this week and knew soup should be on the menu. Against my judgement (in a weak moment), I ordered a few types of soup (specifically a bowl of Turkey chili for the hubs, a cup of broccoli cheddar, and Mac n' cheese in a sourdough bowl), two cookies, and a regular mango smoothie. The three soups each came with a small french baguette on the side. The cost? $70+. Unreal. Although the bread bowl is an upcharge, you are given a cup portion size. NOT worth the extra money. Panera will cost you an arm and a leg. You'll also need to eat the other arm and leg after being left hungry from their poor portions and lack of funds left for another meal. How are they still in business?

There's my no good reward that isn't honored

Don't try to do their offer as it states free 1/2 sandwich with $5 purchase but no you must order a special Order plus no more pepperoni flat bread pizza

Panera bread you have fallen off the maps completely. Your prices just continue to rise, but the quality of food continues to drown me and my family coming here for years. Now my wife has gotten a salad with a bug in it. We ordered online "rapid pickup" over $60.00 bucks for a family of 3 and is absolutely terrible

I was craving Bun Bo Hue but the daughter who runs the place said her mom is still in the back making it which takes over ten hours because they slow cook pork bones to make the fabulous broth. Totally not an issue with me since they offer so many other authentic dishes. This time I got the Shrimp, Pork and Pork Hock Bahn Cahn. Bahn Cahn is a Vietnamese udon noodle soup. These udon noodles are thick, chewy and made with tapioca or rice flour. It's different than Japanese udon. The soup was light yet umami and the pork hock was fall off the bone tender. Delicious. Even better with their chili oil, which they also make in house. It's not on the table so make sure to ask for that, it has a complex lemongrass flavor and is divine! They also have another chili oil (the one with the pink cap) that's not made in house but is extremely spicy if you want to amp up the heat. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal here and can't wait to be back!

They also ask you when u order the "level" of spice u want for each dish which is awesome. It's not a one spice fits all place! We both also fell in love with the Thai tea. Not the milky stuff but regular unsweetened Thai tea, so good! We stopped by again to try some soups on a rainy day and they were great. Not just pho but they have some great soups for the curious eaters. We had one with coconut milk and one that had mint and spices. We've ordered take out and stopped by for dinner a dozen times. Always great food, friendly people, and great service. This is our new go-to Thai restaurant in the Upland area.

My husband and I started ordering the soups and tried a variety already, but our favorite so far has been the Lasagna Soup! Salads starting appearing on the menu and those are so desirable especially during the summer heat (like right now). I knew I was going to be hooked. We also tried the Chicken Fajita Salad which is also good, but the Berry Chicken Salad is definitely my go to. I had a very disappointing experience here today…read more I ordered a green pozole (chicken) and a taco plate from a waitress with a neck tattoo. When the food arrived, a different employee dropped it off, and the pozole was red pork pozole instead of the green chicken pozole we ordered. We immediately let that employee know the order was incorrect, and she took it back. A few moments later, our original waitress came to the table with an aggressive attitude and asked my wife, "So you want to switch your order from red to green?" This made it seem like we had changed our order rather than acknowledging that the wrong order had been taken in the first place. We explained that we had originally ordered the green pozole. She then told us that since we were "switching" it, it would take a while to make. When the green pozole finally arrived, she dropped the bowl on the table without making eye contact and walked away. The wait was so long that we had already finished the entire taco plate by the time the pozole arrived. We decided to just take the pozole to go. The waitress continued avoiding our table, so we eventually had to get up and walk to the counter to pay. When we asked for limes and onions to go with the green pozole, the owner informed us there would be an additional charge for each side. We paid, but the overall experience had already been soured. I told the owner about our experience, and while I was explaining what happened, the waitress with the neck tattoo walked by and laughed. I even pointed it out to the owner and said, "See, she's laughing about it right now." The owner said she would speak with the employee. After reading other reviews, it seems that poor customer service may be a recurring issue here. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, poor attitude, and dismissive behavior turned a simple order mix-up into a very negative dining experience.
