I can't believe how many times I've been to this Panera and not taken the time to thank them for always giving me superior service and excellent fresh food. Whatever it is you are doing Panera, keep up the good work!!! I like Panera, I love trying new soups or salads. I had the corn chowder and Green goddess salad. There was a mix up with my number, the buzzer given to me did match the number on my receipt, thus I waited longer than my companion for food. Once I figured it out, the server had me wait a minute more for a fresh bowl of chowder so it would be hot. The bathrooms are locked, so a code is required. This is good, clean location, but no different than any other Panera I've been to, which is a good thing. read more

I will say for a fast food place this is one of my favorite places to eat. Every visit has been good, the food is great and good service. they take a little longer but is OK, its all worth it. Friendly staff, clean location and the food is always tasty. I like their soups they are good and if you go through the drive-thru the girls are friendly and nice. My food is well packed and fresh. How do you manage to mess up on orders with no one else waiting in line and a bunch of staff??? Two orders at about 8pm with only 3 other customers eating already in the dining room and they still get the orders wrong. My guy ordered a full sandwich and he got only half on the wrong kind of bread and with lettuce and tomato in it and nothing else. Employee comes back with right the right sandwich and says, "oh, we made it full size..." Well duh, that's what he ordered so thanks for nothing. HA! I told an employee that I couldn't eat meat and just to exclude it on my salad. Comes to me with bacon. I'm not going to return it damnit. They'll just throw it away and that would be sad so I gave it to my guy. Ate my sad soup. Total B.S they forgot my chicken tortellini and after spending $31 and a 10 min drive manager Maria said that she could replace my meal and add a pastry today or at my earliest convenience. Seriously, not acceptable. I guess I'm at fault for not checking other people's work. What's the point to call and press option 5 for manager when Angelic (non manager) answers the phone, just to be put back on hold. We went in today (12:25 pm on 2/19/18) for the bagel+coffee combo. NO CREAM CHEESE? The ordering system showed they were out of cream cheese, so we got in line to ask why. When we reached the register the nice man said they did have the plain cream cheese. We placed the order for one plain and one everything bagel with two coffee. COFFEE? HOT? NOT! We went to get coffee and got the light roast blend, but it was lukewarm temperature at best. The dark blend container was totally empty. BUT I WANTED IT TOASTED, AND WARM... The place was busy so it took them 20 minutes to bring the bagels. Mine was barely toasted and it was cold. My wife's top half was the same as mine but bottom half was dark brown and slightly warm. WHAT? A PASSWORD TO USE THE LOO? NO TOILET PAPER EITHER? After we were done I went to the men's room and found a combination lock. I looked around for help but found none. A customer then told me the password and I got in. The victory was short-lived. There was no toilet paper. I hope they can get their store organized for their own sake. read more

My first time, and probably last, time coming to this Panera Location. The food was good, however, I experienced a waitress named "Feliz" who lacked a good attitude for this type of environment. I flagged her down twice to ask her about my dessert order - she just looked at me both times and proceeded to ignore me. She did not come back to the table to ask what I needed or why to ask why I flagged her down. I had to get up and get my own desserts from the back counter due to her not doing her job. After taking my desserts back to the table I hear "Feliz" ask another employee, "Oh, that's where those were supposed to go?" I did not respond to her, however, I should have by saying, "You're supposed to do your job. If you cannot do it properly go to the unemployment line, Feliz." I will continue going to other Panera locations, just not this one. read more

I am so happy we have a PB in the HD. When I am close it is so nice to be able to get restraint style food. I love there Greek salad and potato cheese soup. There chi latte is amazing to. I love Panera. I've been a customer for over 10 years now. So to say I wasn't excited to see a Panera in the high desert was is an understatement. Unfortunately Im a bit disappointed every time I dine at this location and today wasn't any different. I was served through the drive thru a RAW Chipotle Chicken Avocado Panini. I took one bite and immediately noticed a rubbery texture. I opened the sandwich and noticed a chunk of undercooked chicken which some parts were still pink. Thank god I did not swallow the bite. I returned back to the location and the manager did fully fund my money but he didn't seem too surprised that his staff served raw chicken so this made me feel that this has happened before. I definitely will not be returning to this location after today's experience and this is something that shouldn't be taken lightly. read more

Went yesterday around noon ordered food and coffee, we got our food but the coffee pot was empty. I ask the manager if it was possible to refill the coffee pot it was the medium roasted, she said yes. But never did it. I ask another employee the same question and she said she will follow Thur on refilling the coffee pot. Never happened. Paid $2.40 per cup for coffee. After 2and half hrs. We left. No coffee. This is the first Panera Bread in the area, and it's pretty big. There is a lot of seating inside and out. The employees are brand new, so sometimes they make small mistakes. Is good-tasting and usually tastes fresh. The portions are becoming ridiculously small for alot of money. If the portions were bigger, as my photo shows how small, the price may be worth it. Been here a few times. Most of the times we just hit the drive through, which is a nice feature. Not all locations have a drive thru but it is very convenient. We've only had one bad experience at this location. They messed up the tuna sandwich we ordered, and we didn't want to drive all the way back. But for the most part ordering to go and picking up in the drive through is pretty good. My favorite is the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and their pastries are good too. read more

I am an avid Panera fan and at every location in New York I have never had an issue. This is the first Panera in California I have visited and I am very disappointed. I placed the order myself on the touch screen computer. I ordered the take two meal, macaroni and cheese with a 1/2 Caesar salad. It was about 40 minutes before they closed and I was excited after driving for 8 hours. The girl said my name and repeated my order to me, waiting for me to acknowledge its accuracy before handing me my bag. So needless to say, when I returned to the hotel with my food, I was very disappointed. My Caesar salad was not Caesar. I don't know what dressing it was, but it had chicken in it. I am a vegetarian and was willing to take out each piece of chicken, but it was literally throughout the entire salad. So here I am, in my hotel room, writing this review. Yes I am still hungry and yes I may be slightly jaded from such a long drive. But regardless , I am beyond disappointed as a Panera member. read more
