I would like to say that the mostly always comes out perfect and faster than most locations. The people who work there are always smiling, and the place it well kept especially the bathrooms. I won't blame them for a negative DoorDash incident, where we had a large family dinner delivery order and the dasher took a photo at a different apartment and stole the order. Doordash hung up on me when I called. The Panera manager said this was common and replaced our order, but it became a 2-hour ordeal. This place gets five out of five stars because they are always accurate when they have the inventory and they are always honest helpful and on time. I've learned the hard way that if I want bagels to order them the day before and I have never been let down and for it to be because they make them fresh every night a reason I think I can gladly accept. Not only that but they messed up my order the other day and instead of giving me half a sandwich they gave me a whole sandwich and made my whole day so that's the main reason I'm leaving this review because it made me so happy. And it was delicious!! I don't have any pictures of the food because I usually eat it so quickly but everybody knows what it looks like. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to order breakfast before 1030 but if you want soup you have to order it after 10 so unless you order the day before you're kind of screwed if you want breakfast and lunch. I also didn't think it was very cool that my ice coffee had liquid sugar in it today because it didn't say that on the website it just said it came with almond milk but I live and learn and don't blame them. I got into a major argument with a manager over the way my quart of soup was packaged. I and a previous order here for a quart of soup that was not secured in the bag and it busted over when trying to get ot out at home. I was scalded and the soup went everywhere. The manager argued with me that that they is the way they will be doing it and not securing it in a larger bag with a cardboard holder to keep it from spilling. This argument got heated in front of the other customers and this manger then threatened to kick me out instead of admitting they have an issue with packaging. The district manager later called and only counseled this manager and took down my comments about packaging. Someone will get burned in the future and sue them,. This manager escalated a situation in front of a store filled with customers and made for a hostile atmosphere. He has yet to apologize.I am now going to Zoup and never again coming back to Panara after spending hundreds the past 3 years at stores all over the country. This is the only Panara where I felt the hostility towards the customers by this one manager. read more

I've emailed panera asking for my money back because I never received my order. They are rude. It takes 30 days to get a refund. This has happened to me twice. Never received my refunds. Horrible service. First person literally refused to look at me. When she spoke I wasn't even sure she was speaking so I said "were you speaking to me? I'm used to someone looking at me when asking a question". She said she was focused on the screen (yet I hadn't even ordered anything yet and she still didn't look at me). I've been a customer for several years. Lately (even pre Covid) it has gone down hill. They don't seem to be able to read. I place an order via the app and ask for THICK SLICED white bread. They NEVER get it right. And if I catch it and point it out, most of the time they can't fix it because they only bake 2 loaves of white bread each day so they don't have another one to slice up. The thick sliced white is great for making French toast and it's great for grilled cheese. Well, they sure screwed that up this weekend. This isn't the first time this happened.
