My cuz & me were on our way to a Foxwoods show. We were in the mood for Panera bread & it was kind of close by. We wanted something fast (so we thought) b/c we didn't have much time. I ordered a you pick two. I picked a southwest chicken ranch salad. I skipped the ranch & swapped it for balsamic vinaigrette on the side. I like putting my own dressing on my salad. The 2nd pick was their famous cheese broccoli soup. I went to the bathroom real quick after ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom wasn't in the best shape.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came out & looked @ the order screen. There were about 10-12 orders in front of me & it wasn't moving. I was losing it a bit b/c I had a show in 50 mins(we were about 20 mins. away). I wanted to get a refund but my cuz didn't. She wanted to wait b/c she hadn't ate dinner. We waited about 30-35 mins. For our order. I was beyond pissed. Another 25 mins. To eat. Yeah I def made it to the show late & I wasn't a happy camper. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I think this is the only Panera near by b/c it was super busy. I've never seen a Panera that busy. It was chaotic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not to mention all of the dine in dishes piled up near the trash.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only good thing was the food. They were a little cheap w/ the amount of soup they gave us though. I hardly interacted w/ the employees b/c you order on the screen & pick up @ the order area.

We came here on a Friday afternoon. We ordered a Brocoli Cheddar Soup Boel with an Apple. It hit the spot!

The Gentlemen taking orders was less than helpful. Looking to have my sandwich on bread, not a roll... he was almost rude about it. Additionally the price of the food is way too high! $18.00 - yikes!

The portion of this was pretty filling for it being Panera. Dipping the sandwich in the soup was also seclusion. The atmosphere was alright; I did get a little bit of work done with my laptop. The service was quick.

Just a little a this 'n that" (Pete Seeger) My final review of 2022 will describe the worst customer service we encountered all year. We had an errand to run in Sturbridge and figured we'd include a lunch stop in town. The Yelp app brought us to Soup to Nuts. #1) I love soup and #2) it's located inside the Sturbridge Marketplace, so we figured we'd do some shopping and browsing too. When we approached Soup to Nuts we saw a sign that said they opened at 11:00. The front door had another sign that said they opened at 12:00. Since the door was locked, and it was about 11:30, we figured we'd check out the Sturbridge Flea Market and come back. At 12:02 their front door was unlocked, and the sign announcing the 12:00 opening was gone. As we entered the restaurant, we were "greeted" by four words spoken (or more accurately snarled) in a very gruff and rude manner - "we're not open yet". Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude. It was shocking. So we turned around, left and never came back. Happy New Year ya filthy animal.

This was our second visit to this establishment, I came back specifically for the corn chowder…read morebecause it's so good. I will say that on our first visit we thought the owner was initially a bit gruff as others had mentioned but we quickly realized that's not the case and he is an incredibly gracious host. We've had both the corn chowder and sandwiches here and they are delicious! Keep in mind with some reviews that people are the problem and not the establishment.

You can tell they're incredibly passionate about their food, and it shows in the taste. I had a veggie burger (which was made in-house), and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh. My partner had the perogies and a burger, and he loved them! We will definitely be returning for a quick dinner next time we're in the area.

The small restaurant was like a deli with several tables inside and a lovely outdoor patio that really elevated its overall atmosphere. We placed our order at the inside counter and grabbed a table outside. Throughout our visit, we experienced extremely pleasant and gracious service from Fina and a young man, both of whom were cooking and delivering the food. Though this caused things to move on the slower side, they really had their system down to a science, managing our meals and the several takeout orders that I saw being collected. The lunch menu had various salads, sandwiches, and burgers on offer. I selected the Chicken Gyro, which used a real grilled chicken breast that had been sliced, rather than those pre-cut strips that always seem to contain fillers. The chicken was a tad dry, but the homemade tzatziki sauce, which was heavily infused with dill, helped to add moisture to the sandwich. I had opted for a whole wheat wrap, rather than a pita, and I loved that they had lightly toasted the completed dish, even with its inclusion of romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes. That method gave the wrap an improved texture and a slight crunch. I sampled a few of my companion's fries, which were thin, crispy, and had a real rustic flavor that resembled potato skins. They were great! Fina's Kitchen was a real gem, hidden among an industrial area and catering to the local businesses. It was a great find!
