This place is great! My 93 year old veteran and I were seated promptly at a wheelchair accessible table. Our server, Jordan, even turned the ceiling fan off and the air conditioner down because we were a bit cold inside. We ordered and shared the Meat Lovers plate and it was plenty of food for us both. Normally great food at great value. Avoid or plan on delays on Mother's Day: pick up times are off by at least 3 hours, system for pick up leaves customers not knowing what is going on, e.g. they tell you check in with host get texted when order is ready. When orders actually come out, they call out name to an empty lobby. There's probably a 30-45 minute lag between when an order is ready and when the text is actually provided to customer. I think management could better handle the load and customer service. Line workers are doing the best they can with the exception of saying "they're still working on it; almost ready; etc." read more

I have been going to Panini Grill in Riverside just about every Sunday after church for quite a while now. I love the food there but today I got my chicken kebab meal and it was completely cold. They have a problem with that. Usually, I get it and it's just warm but today it was cold. The young guy waiter never came back to ask if my food was good or if I needed anything. Finally, he came at the end and I had just eaten my salad and didn't touch the chicken or the rice. I told him everything was cold and he never came back to service us. The manager came out and said he would just charge me for the salad. He should have comped my entire meal and made me an entire new meal and not charged me. My friends and I took the time to do some much needed catching up... However, if you're in a rush, then this may not be the best option for a sit down place. We sat "outside" in the patio area, which isn't really outside outside. You're outside the restaurant but in the mall, so if there are shoppers going by that are being loud then it does echo a bit. We ordered the salmon kabob, flat iron steak kabob, and lamb kabob entrees. I didn't hear much opinion about the salmon, but my friend said her steak was really good, tender and cooked well. I'd say the same about my lamb kabob as well. I also upgraded my side salad to a strawberry date salad which was also delicious. I was craving a sweeter-tasting salad so it was just right. The flavor of the lamb was decent, my only complaint is that they really need garlic sauce available! It's been awhile since I've had takeout from here, but I remember they used to have the garlic sauce. I asked for it this time but was told that they no longer have it available! I was shocked! How can a Mediterranean place not have garlic sauce??? It seems like such a staple item! So, needless to say, even though the food was delicious, the garlic sauce really would've elevated things and I have to dock a star because that's how big a deal it is to me. Other than that, portions were decent, on the larger side. I thought I'd take some home but I ended up completely cleaning my plate. Overall we had a lovely night, and I just had to give a shout out to our server (I'm terrible with names and already forgot hers, sorry!) who was one of the nicest servers I've ever met. For salad, I got the Half Romain Avocado and Half Greek. When I came to pick up, a really nice lady helped me and she showed me everything that was packed. I am so disappointed in this establishment. On mother's day I ordered food and they told me it would be ready at 4pm. I had to leave my mother at the hospital while she was getting chemo. I went at 4 they told me it would be 2 more hours and they refused a refund. I had to leave to pick my mother and I couldn't even go back to pick up my $100 order. They are there when you need a quick healthy and delicious lunch in between mall shopping and are also there for you when you need a delicious catered lunch for a last minute party. I kissed the salmon with lemon and along with their seasoning there was a unique flavor I couldn't get enough of. the vegetables also had a flavoring to them when I expected plain grilled veggie. HORRIBLE experience. They only care about MONEY. On 5/9/26 at about 1pm, I placed an order to be picked up on 5/10/26 at 12:30pm. When I arrived to pick up my order at 12:30, the pick up line was outside of the door. I was told they were running behind and they'd let me know when my order was ready. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager ABSOLUTELY NOT. I did not receive my order until 1:50 pm. This is unacceptable. If they don't have the ability to fulfill orders they should have cut off for orders. They know they are 1hr and 20 mins behind yet you can still login and place an order for pickup in 30 mins and the restaurant knows they CANNOT fulfill that. UNACCEPTABLE read more
