I say there along with my girlfriend and I am honestly sick to my stomach and got this food to help out because I can't cook rn. Tell me why I sat there for 45 minutes waiting until I finally asked for an update and was handed over my food. I shouldn't have to keep track of my order, especially as I am there sitting patiently. You guys need to incorporate a text update allowing customers to know when to gather their food. Not even a name was announced ... insane and I am now getting home at 8:30. Nice! I am so disappointed in this establishment. On mother's day I ordered food and they told me it would be ready at 4pm. I had to leave my mother at the hospital while she was getting chemo. I went at 4 they told me it would be 2 more hours and they refused a refund. I had to leave to pick my mother and I couldn't even go back to pick up my $100 order. I called the next day and they stilled refused a refund. I am so embarrassed and will never give them my money again. read more

HORRIBLE experience. They only care about MONEY. On 5/9/26 at about 1pm, I placed an order to be picked up on 5/10/26 at 12:30pm. When I arrived to pick up my order at 12:30, the pick up line was outside of the door. I was told they were running behind and they'd let me know when my order was ready. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager ABSOLUTELY NOT. I did not receive my order until 1:50 pm. This is unacceptable. If they don't have the ability to fulfill orders they should have cut off for orders. They know they are 1hr and 20 mins behind yet you can still login and place an order for pickup in 30 mins and the restaurant knows they CANNOT fulfill that. UNACCEPTABLE read more

I've been here for lunch on weekdays many times, and we always receive good service. It's not super fast, but the quality and great taste of the food make the short wait totally worth it. Plus, the portions are generous. Came here with a couple of friends on a Wednesday night for the 1st time. I've ordered takeout with coworkers before but this was my 1st time at the actual restaurant. Wasn't too crowded, there was only 1 server (who was very pleasant even though she was the only person), and our food took awhile to come out but we didn't really mind. My friends and I took the time to do some much needed catching up... However, if you're in a rush, then this may not be the best option for a sit down place. We sat "outside" in the patio area, which isn't really outside outside. You're outside the restaurant but in the mall, so if there are shoppers going by that are being loud then it does echo a bit. We ordered the salmon kabob, flat iron steak kabob, and lamb kabob entrees. I didn't hear much opinion about the salmon, but my friend said her steak was really good, tender and cooked well. I'd say the same about my lamb kabob as well. I also upgraded my side salad to a strawberry date salad which was also delicious. I was craving a sweeter-tasting salad so it was just right. The flavor of the lamb was decent, my only complaint is that they really need garlic sauce available! It's been awhile since I've had takeout from here, but I remember they used to have the garlic sauce. I asked for it this time but was told that they no longer have it available! I was shocked! How can a Mediterranean place not have garlic sauce??? It seems like such a staple item! So, needless to say, even though the food was delicious, the garlic sauce really would've elevated things and I have to dock a star because that's how big a deal it is to me. Other than that, portions were decent, on the larger side. I thought I'd take some home but I ended up completely cleaning my plate. Overall we had a lovely night, and I just had to give a shout out to our server (I'm terrible with names and already forgot hers, sorry!) who was one of the nicest servers I've ever met. You can't go wrong with Panini Kabob Grill! They are there when you need a quick healthy and delicious lunch in between mall shopping and are also there for you when you need a delicious catered lunch for a last minute party. Their family bundles are great! They come with four kabobs, rice, and salad. You can also mix and match the kabobs which really helps with customizing for guests that may be vegetarian. I recently hosted a lunch and all of my guests raved about the food! Food is delicious and reasonably priced and service is always great! You can also easily order catering online. My brother recommended this place and I wasn't expecting much since it's in the mall but wow was I surprise. I ordered pita and hummus before my meal and the pita was cut into triangles and lightly toasted. The hummus was flavorful. next I ordered the salmon kabob and an amazing salad with dates and was shocked. I kissed the salmon with lemon and along with their seasoning there was a unique flavor I couldn't get enough of. the vegetables also had a flavoring to them when I expected plain grilled veggie. Let's talk about that salad...never have I had dates I my salad but it was an interesting combination with the strawberries and nuts. It's priced on the higher side but worth every penny. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!! The waitress didn't not check on us once, are water cups were empty, and our food took forever. The manager which was a woman with glasses was extremely rude and had no manners. I politely told her "excuse me" looked at me and walked away. I told her why is she ignoring me in customer here. I love PKG! They have an app and it makes things so much easier! If I don't dine in, I always make sure to order on the app first instead of going in to order in person, you will save tons of time! Every PKG is pretty consistent with their interior and the ambiance of their restaurant. It's nice, classy, and elegant. It's always cool inside their restaurant and it makes you feel relaxed with dine-in. Much said, I placed a pick-up order via the app for Family Combo (4) and 3 extra a la carte steak skewers. For salad, I got the Half Romain Avocado and Half Greek. When I came to pick up, a really nice lady helped me and she showed me everything that was packed. They always do such a nice job of packaging to-go food! My food was ready when I came to pick up, pipping hot. We took our food to Big Bear and when we arrived at BB, it was still hot! I placed my order on Mother's Day, it was for delivery, initial arrival time was at 4:30 PM. The arrival time kept on being pushed back, I tried to call them but no one will pick the phone. I had to go to the restaurant myself and check on why my order was delayed, it was a chaos, lots of people were waiting for their orders and others were standing in line to cancel theirs. I had to wait at the restaurant for my order, which was setting on the counter waiting for a couple of sides, I was standing next to my delivery driver who was at the restaurant from 4:20 pm until 6:30 pm when I finally picked my order myself and paid the delivery driver because it's not their fault. I was hosting the Mother's day lunch which turned into dinner and had my guests waiting, and when I finally got home with the food, all of the hot dishes were cold. I understand that whenever there is an occasion restaurants get the rush of orders, but other restaurants handle the rush more responsibly and even stop receiving orders if they get overwhelming no. of orders. Am sharing this review because I left my feedback and no one bothered to follow up on it from the restaurant, and I gave it a low rating because from this experience the service was bad and the cold food didn't taste good. read more

It was my best friend's bday and this is where she wanted to eat. So I took her here. It's my first time at PKG. I love the food, the price is reasonable, service is fast and as far as the ambiance, I feel that it's homey and it's clean. My only issue is that I found hair in my food. I almost threw up when I saw it. But I was almost done eating so so didn't bother saying anything... I guess coz I didn't want them to think I wanted free food. If I just started eating and saw it, I would have said something so they can replace my food. But besides that, I like it and would be back... hopefully I don't have the same experience. So 3 stars for that... I'll most likely give 4 stars next time. I did really like the food and would love to try the other dishes. read more

We ordered to go and the blonde girl at the register was so kind, patient, and helpful even though it was busy!. She brought our go orders to the table we were waiting at instead of just calling us to the register. So customer service was great. As for the food... to be honest, I didn't really have high expectations. After all, I got pasta at a panini/kabob place. Lemme tell you- I was blown away. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pasta is one of the best I've had at a restaurant. It was fresh and still warm 30 mins later. My sister also really liked her wrap! I'm glad we ended up going here. One constructive criticism- the menu on Google has incorrect pricing. When we went to pay, it was about $4-$5 more each. It was a bit disappointing, but it's not like it's the employees' fault so there was no point in complaining about it. I still would suggest that correct prices are updated online. read more

While our waitress was kind, the overall service was lacking (3/10). If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean flavors, I highly recommend PAPA FETA in Temecula, Ca--it's well worth the drive! Had this been my first experience with Mediterranean cuisine, I might have been discouraged from trying it again.
