This restaurant is based on weight, $/per pound. My coworker brought me here during lunch time, but half of the options were empty, not the best management considering it was lunch time, and have limited time. Minus a star for that. About 5 other people and us were waiting for about 20 minutes for the rest of the food came out, keep in mind we had already put some of the food in our box, but we couldn't eat it or put it back in the containers, so we had to wait 20 minutes for our food to get cold. Minus another point for that, Finally after 25 mins the food trays were back to full, and we only had a bit of time left for our lunch, serve the rest, then drive back to the office, by the time we got to the office, the food was cold and we couldnt eat it cause we had ran out of lunch time. minus another point for that. Pricing: Pricing per pound was also pretty high, i wouldnt go again based on all the events that happened. I think management should plan accordingly, and consider peoples available time. I understand restaurants need to make profit, but for me it was too expensive. I get more food at your regular chinese restaurant and way more food. However, when i did get to eat my food, it was good quality, but not worth all the hassle for me.

This was my 2nd choice. I hadn't been since they changed ownership. I heard it was different. Now, it is $5.99 per pound. That's actually great. Most places are much more. This also gives YOU portion control which is great. My plate was less than $10 and I was full after. The food and item choices were outstanding. Usually I would have left overs to eat the next day. The service was perfect. They answered all my questions. There is plenty of room to sit and eat but I always get it to go. I will certainly be back.

Finally took the opportunity to make a dream come true and check this place out. The buffet of food is comparable to any other chinese restaurant (or even a panda express, no hate intended). Indoor seating, limited but comfortable beverage options, awesome service. The food: Orange chicken was great but could be a little more crispy. The broccoli beef was awesome! The teriyaki chicken needed a little extra sauce due to the meat being a bit dry. Coconut shrimp had the perfect feel to flavor balance, if you can dig that. The chow mein looked funky to me but tasted great. The yellow rice was throwing me off as well, but came with plenty of flavor. I was sad to see they ran out of steamed fish and it was going to take a little for her to bring out the new tray. This will be my reason for visit #2. Currently priced at $5.99 per pound (you dish up your own containers), two spring rolls included if you guys 2lbs or more. Its a beautiful business model.

This was a good 5.99 a pound but I think that panda express is better. They have variety that is a little different from panda ora ge chicken was okay and the beef and broccoli maybe one of the better choice. Teri chicken was okay. I didn't like the noodle options here. Also if get two pounds they give egg rolls or another option butnifnuiu get 5 pounds you still in get 2 egg rolls i cou pl d have split the order and then get 4 egg rolls. They didn't give in and I didn't push it.

I've been coming here awhile. I used to say it was best authentic Chinese Food in area. They would give you portions like they want to over feed you or give u leftovers. BUT NOW! They go by weight and if your kids are like mine and love chow mein, then get ready to over pay for noodles! I got 2 carry out plates both with 2 items and noodles. It was 30 bucks.. crazy! This system is only for them to make a quick profit on your hunger! I'm going to look for another authentic spot where they don't care about portions! I'd like to also have someone check that scale.

I was starving last Saturday evening after spending 2 1/2 hours catching Pokémon at a local park so I wanted something affordable with good portions and this was my destination. Here's what I ordered: **Combo B w/ Chow Mein & Beef Broccoli/Kung Pao Chicken: The chow mein was pretty bland and noodles were very soggy. The beef was also very soggy but the broccoli was steamed well. The kung pao chicken was also lacking flavor. All three of the dishes were extremely salty. (0/5) **Cheese Wontons: $3 for 5 pieces wasn't a bad deal but this was so soggy and disgusting. Avoid at all costs. (0/5) Keep in mind that they charge extra for any card purchases. They use a really cheap card reading system where they input the amount themselves and it doesn't work well. We had to enter in the amount three separate times because it lagged so much. Service was awful.

Our server wasn't very personable but also not rude or terrible. I felt a little rushed even with a small menu. Being that I had never been there before, I wasn't sure what to get so I pretty much just blurted out whatever. What we ordered: 1) Black deluxe chicken paitan with pork - the broth was so tasty, it was absolutely delicious. The pork slices were generous, however, it was DRY. 2) Pork chashu - for my kid. They loved the broth as well and also felt that the pork slices were dry. I wanted to give 4 out of 5 stars, but I am going to hand them a 3. I loved the tasty broth, but the pork was too dry. How could you mess that up as a ramen restaurant? The portions looked a little smaller than what I am used to paying for much less money. That photo of my black deluxe chicken paitan with pork is very deceiving. It looks like a lot, but it definitely wasn't. I usually can't finish my bowl of ramen in one sitting and take the other half home. I barely had any broth in there, and being that the broth was very good, I was disappointed to run out of it before I was even done with the noodles and meat. Would I return? Sure. I liked the food. It's not a place I would go out of my way to eat at, but if I was around the neighborhood and wanted ramen, I would dine there again.

We visited on Father's Day around 12:20 PM. Since part of our group was still a few minutes away, we waited outside rather than going in because we assumed the entire party needed to be present before being seated. While we were waiting, a large group of around 20 people arrived and sat in the outdoor patio area, which was completely fine and didn't seem to affect the indoor seating. Once the rest of our party was close, I went inside to check in with the host. At the same time, another group of about 10 people entered and seated themselves. Seeing this, I assumed seating was being handled informally and found an empty table for my family. The host immediately told me we could not sit there and asked us to get up because the tables were being held for future reservations or call-in parties. Meanwhile, other groups appeared to be seating themselves without being stopped. In that moment, it honestly felt like our party was the easiest one to turn away. I was then told we wouldn't be able to eat and that the wait would be over an hour. I asked if there was some type of waitlist or system being used, and was told there wasn't. What bothered me most wasn't the wait itself. It was Father's Day, and I completely understand that restaurants get unexpectedly busy. What was frustrating was the lack of communication. Even if the host had a plan for how she wanted to handle the sudden rush of people, I wish that had been communicated. A simple explanation and a little empathy would have gone a long way. Something as simple as, "I'm so sorry, we just had a huge wave of guests come in and unfortunately we're at capacity right now," would have helped us understand what was happening. Instead, it felt like we were simply being told no without any real explanation or options. We've always enjoyed coming here, and that's why this experience stood out. Great food is what brings people in the first time, but great customer service is often what keeps them coming back. I wanted to share this feedback because I genuinely think clearer communication during busy periods would create a much better experience for guests. We'll still be back because we've had many positive experiences here before. I just hope this feedback can be taken as an opportunity for improvement.

I finished the entire bowl and it left me feeling very satisfied like my insides had a warm hug. I also had the rib eye bowl the last time I went and it was also great. I sampled the chicken rice bowl as well and all the items in it were very simple yet delicious. I really liked how fresh and zesty all the veggies were and they balanced the heavy broth from the pho. Restaurant is small and cozy with only a few tables but was very clean with a bright decor - perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. Service was very nice both times I went - they helped me understand between the different bowl options and confirmed the ones that I selected were halal which was much appreciated! Overall I really like this place and I'm excited to try it again next time - I think it would be perfect for a rainy day (or any other day).

The place is casual, you order in the counter and they bring the food to you. it's also very self service, you get your own water & utensils. Nothing wrong with that, just different. Place is clean. Food is whatevers though. The egg rolls seem to be a tofu mixture which needed some type of meat as it feels like it's missing something. Now the actual pho bowl was OK but more towards the disappointing side. Their Wagyu doesn't really taste/textured like Wagyu, I'd much prefer they use cheaper cuts if it's not going to to elevate it from regular cuts. The soup does feel more "clean", but you are missing crucial spices and notes that you'd get from traditional pho restaurants. It feels kind of bland and not rich. In addition, the noodle wasn't prepared too well as I tasted starchiness of the rice noodle. Either they did not do a good job blanching or used subpar noodles. Overall don't think I'd return based on the price and taste.
