Ultimately, they also couldn't toast the GF bread either. I ordered a cheese omelette (cooked in a clean pan) with hashbrowns and untoasted GF bread. While the server wasn't super knowledgeable upfront, I really appreciated her taking the time to verify the kitchen's cross-contamination practices with management.
