The worst pizza paid for! My husband ordered before he left our house was told it would be done in 20 and he had to wait 40 to 50 min. We really wanted to try their bacon cheeseburger pizza as we liked the one papa Murphy's made a couple years ago but it is nothing like theirs! Papa johns pizza tasted pretty close to vomit. This was only my second time eating a pizza from papa johns, it's no wonder they don't have very many chains. This may be a harsh review but I will not ever be eating a papa johns pizza again. I ordered thin crust but wanted original crust. They sent my pizza out but had made a mistake when making the pizza. They tried to make it up to me by sending me free stuff. I called them to see if it was my mistake or theirs when I realized the crust was wrong. They very nicely let me know it was my bad. Regardless they sent me the pizza I wanted no charge to me. Would give them a zero because i couldn't even eat there. Went in at 10:55 and google and the sign posted on the door both say they close at 11:30. When asked why the doors locked she said the signs wrong and they close at 11. Um no you're just a lazy worker who doesn't wanna stay to close. I just came into this Papa Johns looking to get a small pizza for my son & I. I patiently waited in line and got up there to order while my son rolled around on the floor. I asked to get a small pan pizza for $10 and he told me it would be a 30 minute wait... I then asked if they had any pizzas that nobody had picked up and how much I'd be. First time I ever ordered pizza at this establishment, and shall be the last time!!!! I called a delivery pizza order in on a day that was snowing lightly in Beaverton. after being told that it may take an hour to get to me, the pizza at first , never even showed up, until I called the store, and had waited one hour and forty-five minutes. After calling the store, the rep for this location claimed that i had never called the order in, and that they do not deliver to my area. I said," I just called in over an hour ago and the other rep told me they certainly do deliver my area, and he took down all the payment info on the phone with me" So after that, i was put on hold, and then another rep gets on the phone, and blames the driver for the mishap, and said the driver is the one who takes the orders down on the phone, I found this quite hard to believe, as when it was snowing out, how in gods name would the driver be able to legally drive the vehicle, and take orders down at the same time for this location. Obviously, I was lied too. to finish, the pizza finally arrived over two hours later, and was cold, and the quality was horrible, all the way down to the cheese breadsticks! So I had actually never tried Papa Johns before so I figured it was time. I walked in yesterday evening to take a couple pizzas to go. The guy at the register was friendly but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They had toppings on the menu (red onion) that they don't even have. The guy at the register had to ask, he had no idea. I had their special, three topping large pizza (I ordered two of them) one of my pizzas was a half and half and it was all wrong. I asked for pepperoni, olive and tomato and I got pepperoni, bacon and tomato but one slice had not one piece of tomato. The other half I ordered ham and double pineapple. It was ham and not even one serving of pineapple. One slice had NO pineapple at all. I was very very disappointed to say the least. read more

This place is bad. I've tried it ten different times, thinking that Papajohns would finally be good. It is...at other locations. Once they brought me an UNCUT PIZZA (at work, no less!). Once they brought an order with no plates when I had requested them. Then when I mentioned the plates were not there he scoffed and said "Ooops". Nothing else? No "sorry"? Okayyyy.... Then another time they forgot TWO toppings. Then the next time the pizza took an hour to make it to me. When I called she said "It will be there shortly, have a good day." and hung up. Probably the worst place to order a pizza! Their service is unpleasant and they take about 40 mins for pick up. Sometimes, my pizza is either already cold or not enough toppings. As I waited in the car for my mom to pick up pizza, the two employees took 15 mins to realize there was a customer and eventually came over. After my mom paid, they quickly rushed back to the back room to gossip some more instead of thanking their customers. This is why I prefer dominoes over papa John's now. read more

The prices of the pizza's are exorbitant ((of a price or amount charged) unreasonably high).The pizza toppings are minuscule and costly for the amount that you get on your pizza. The pizza sauce is too sweet for me. The delivery was ridicules it took me over an hour to receive my pizza (only ordered 1 pizza) and I only live, according to google maps, 2 minutes (literally 3 blocks) from the Papa John's Pizza I ordered from and it was only lukewarm when it arrived. I am forced to give this place one star when in reality they deserve negative 10 stars. I have never been treated so poorly at a food place. I am gluten intolerant and order gluten free pizza from here and one time they gave me a completely burnt to the crisp crust of a pizza. I called to complain and was given a free pizza coupon which I gladly took to give the place another try at their gluten free pizza making skills. Unfortunately I got another crispy, crunchy, nasty pizza so I complained and had them make another pizza. Yet again the pizza crust was appalling and burnt to a crisp. I have been a die hard loyal PJ customer for many years. I was treated worse by this location's Manager (a gal whose name started with an "A") than I have EVER been treated by ANY business. I watched the delivery driver go right past our house and the time was way later than what was quoted when I ordered online. When I called she was rude right from the start and told me "that was probably a different driver you saw on the app" and implied I was stupid for trusting the time prediction on the website. She basically said none of the technology PJ uses is reliable. She refused to apologize, even after I directly asked her to, and so I asked for a refund. I pointed out my hungry three year old son crying in the background because he was not going to get pizza and she not only refused once again to apologize but also told me "it's gonna take 4-5 days to get your money back, now you're out the money and the pizza." I was mostly polite during the conversation and she was absolutely horrible. With all the bad PR Papa's has right now I'm amazed they'd let someone like her represent them. I will never eat a Papa Johns pizza again, my sister suggested I try ordering from Hart Road Pizza and that's where I'll always go now-- try them, they're affordable and amazing! read more

The Papa John's pizza on TV Highway in Aloha is A-OK but not great. One thing about it that we always notice is that we always need to cook it when I get it home. It is normally "under cooked" and it is actually quite "doughy" rather than crisp-doughy as Pizza should be. It needs to be cooked about 5 more minutes than their typical oven setting. The flavor is good and the sauce and toppings are good, so if they would only cook it right, I'd score it higher. read more

i can't get enough of papa johns. i love their crust and their pizza. they never skimp on the sauce and the pizza is always good. ALWAYSS!! i have been craving pizza every week and we have been getting it from here. Their garlic sauce is good too. We also recently tried their bread sticks and OMG amazing!!!! i love how inexpensive they are and how they are so quick with their orders. I wish they would deliver to our house, but we live to far. so i ordered online for an hour ahead, got stuck in a meeting, called them when i got out. they were so nice and understanding, offered to remake my pizzas, no problem, i told them i was at least 45 mins from there so they said they would wait at least 20 mins that way they would be fresh when i got there! so saved the day as i was taking them to a networking meeting! thank you sooo much! oh and the pizza was awesome as usual i even liked it cut double! this store verses the other-tigard, as the tigard location is closest to my place, this one is quick clean, never had an order mishap, the tigard location has gotten my pizza wrong nearly every time. thank you aloha papa for setting a standard and sticking to it! read more

Wow! Phenomenal customer service at this location. I had received a pizza a bit later than the time they had suggested (30-40 minutes suggested, and it took about an hour), and indicated that the wait time was a bit long on the customer satisfaction survey. All other aspects of the purchase were great- quality as well as delivery service. As compensation for the extra wait time I was offered a free large pizza in the future! This was a great dinner plan for Halloween. Had the chicken, bacon, artichoke pizza. Perfect for munching on between trick or treaters. Thin crust ensured the toppings had their day. We usually eat pizza 2-3 times per year....I see that changing. Can't wait to go back for more. read more

Normally we're pretty good. Lately it's seems to be slacking. I'd get pizza's room temp at best or they were late. They would give free points towards free pizza but they never worked. Recently had an order "voided" but no one could answer why or by who and was told "hey at least you got your money back". No one called to say there was an issue or it wasn't coming. I could only gather someone didn't feel like delivering and said screw it. Won't be ordering there anymore. Poor customer service with an issue is the worst part. Mistakes happen I get it but too many issues and not a care by the staff. If I were you I'd go elsewhere like I will be from here on out. read more
