Someone took my order after I paid for carry out online apparently, but the gentleman at the counter was very apologetic and refunded my order and gave me a free soda for having to wait for the fresh pizza. Horrible service! I was going to order a pizza from a different place but received a coupon card and decided to give them a try. While on the phone, the person helping me says the code I was giving him wasn't working. He then said he would talk to his manager. In the background I could hear his manager say I was using an expired coupon. I tell the guy that it states an expiration date of 2/15/15 and I received it today. The lady in the background very rudely is basically saying I am trying to scam their place, and I tell the boy to cancel my order and I will never call this place again. HORRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PR!!! never got to try the food! We ordered a large pizza online at approximately 9 p.m. on a Friday. The message stated we would have our pizza in about 30 minutes. Approx. an hour later we had not received our pizza, so, we called to see what the hold up was, we we're hungry!! And, we get a big surprise that this establishment closes at 10 p.m.! What kind of pizza place closes at 10 p.m.?? On a Friday?! We then checked our account to see if we were charged and of course we were. At this point we were hungry and mad. We called the 800 number to speak to customer service and were told that a manager would call us the next morning to clear this up. The next morning, no one called. We called the customer service number again and were told there was nothing they could do. So, we had to call the store ourselves only to find out the acting manager at that moment couldn't help us and we would be contacted later that day by another manager. The following day, DAY 3, we had to call the store again and finally we spoke to someone who was able to help us. We were told they would not be able to credit our account, instead, we could go pick up our refund, or they could send a delivery guy with the refund. They never even offered a free pizza or a discount for a future purchase for the trouble. It's ok because if this is the way this establishment handles business, it makes me think of how they handle food. We will never consider Papa Johns again.. read more

First of all their website links weren't working, so that's the only reason I called in my order. The kid who took my order had no idea what he was doing, he asked me every question at least twice. He asked me to spell everything and still asked several times. He laughed for some reason when I said my last name was Gutierrez, probably because he had no idea how to spell it. I had a very simple two pizza order, but he had to ask me several times what the toppings were. At the end of the call I had to ask to speak to somebody else, and figured out that he put my address in wrong! No apologies from anyone on their obviously terrible customer service. Just ordered delivery here this past week! My family and I tried the BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza and the CL Chicken Cordon BL pizza with bacon instead of hammm! Along with some garlic parmesan breadsticks! In my taste, the chicken cordon was better than the bbq chicken because the bbq one was a bit too sweet! Woke up at 10 a.m and feelng pizza... yes 10 a.m, am 2months pregnant and lately food are hard to please my picky stomach. Well, go online and got a Any 2 large for 20. They took my order as a future delivery, coz they were still close. The pizza suppose to be infront of the door at 11:30am but it was here at 11:25am. The toppings were as I ordered, their mushroom so thick and yummy, the cheese was very cheesey, the taste of olive was awesomely great, and the bell pepper was sweet and cook at the right taste. This review doesn't even really deserve one star, but I was extremely disappointed and furious last time I ordered here. It was this past Monday and I ordered a large works pizza online. I was told it would be about an hour, when it finally arrived, it was the wrong pizza. I had received a bbq chicken. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to manager Chloe. I advised her of m6 wrong order and I told her I wanted a refund since I already waited an hour. She refused to do that and said she would remake it and give me a coupon for 50% off my next visit. I told her I wasn't happy and wanted a full refund. She sent the driver again with my pizza and this point it had been over an hour. When we opened the box it was still wrong and not fully cooked. I called again and told her it was still wrong and demanded my money back and I would bring her these stupid pizzas. She said she voided my transaction but I still haven't seen a refund. I was extremely dissatisfied with this branch and expected better service. I will never order from papa Johns again which is unfortunate because their pizza is usually good. The manager Chloe needs to be retrained on how to handle customer issues and give the customer what they want. It was a rainy day and my sister forgot to tell people that she was moving her junk back to my parents house. My friend and I were just visiting however, this punk decides that she is not going to show up but have everyone else move her stuff inside the house and garage for storage while she is somewhere sorting her life out. For some reason, my aunt wanted a meat lovers pizza(something I could never care to want) and I wanted a spinach and white sauce with cheese pizza. My aunt told me she was ordering from this place and I immediately tried to knock the phone out of her hand. I have not ordered pizza from this place in a long time, since I no longer live near my parents but damn that!! The memories were very vivid of how sucky the pizza was. She ordered anyway and by-golly the pizza was fantastic!!! The sauce and cheese was perfect and the crust was actually digestible. I am definitely a fan of this place now. We had a bad experience with the staff in January. I swore I would never order from them again. I spoke to the GM and he offered an apology and free order. It took me a couple of months but we ordered tonight and the GM made good on his promise! The pizza was great! I have always loved their pizza. This locations staff has been something to be desired.
