It rivals some of the best pizza we've had in Italy, and it's right here in Knoxville, Tennessee! HINT: Make sure you have reservations! We went on a Thursday night and the place was absolutely packed. Thankfully, we had reservations! Once we were seated, we cooled down with an ice-cold beer and got started with Sourdough & Olive Oil, simple, but incredibly good. Then came the Mozzarella and a Special Pâté & Pickle Plate, which included a Mushroom & Pistachio Pâté. WOW! That pâté was crazy good! If you like getting outside your comfort zone and trying something different, this is a MUST. My son and I love to venture out and try new things, so we decided to take it up a notch and ordered the Trust Fall. They basically take over and create two pizzas with random toppings for you. What a cool concept! And let me tell you... SO, SO, SO GOOD! They even created our starter for us and paired everything with a bottle of wine. The whole experience was fun, creative, and completely different from your typical pizza restaurant. We also ordered the Sofia, a Pepperoni, and another pizza whose name escapes me. Every single one was AMAZING! And here's another HINT... DON'T EAT TOO MUCH! You're going to want room for the homemade Gelato! It is fantastic. One tip: If you already know you want a favorite flavor, especially Chocolate, order it with your meal. They can run out of the popular flavors.
