I chose regular dough, tomato sauce, onions, green peppers, and sausage. The pizza was ready in about 7 minutes and it was DELICIOUS. The tomato sauce was a little tangier than what I am used to and I'm not a huge fan of wood fired pies or super thin crust pizza, but Blaze's pizza was an exception for me. My family has ordered from this location approximately 20 times, including as recently as July 28, 2026, and until now I had never experienced a problem with any employee. On August 1, 2026, at around 5:00 p.m., I called to order two large pizzas. Each time I called, I received a recording saying they were busy making pizzas for other customers. I continued trying to call for the next 50 minutes and got the same recording every time. We were on our way to a friend's house where 10 hungry children were waiting for dinner, so I didn't have time to keep calling. I decided to drive to the store to find out what was going on. When I arrived, I observed four employees wearing black gloves. I did not see any of them changing their gloves after handling money or cell phones, and they continued preparing pizza dough after touching what appeared to be contaminated surfaces and materials. That was very concerning from a food safety standpoint. I was then told that I was "blocked" from ordering Pizza World because I had allegedly thrown a paper coupon at an employee on February 26, 2026. This accusation made no sense, considering I had successfully ordered from this same location just one week earlier, as well as many other times since the alleged incident. The event they described simply never happened. What was even more upsetting was the way the current manager handled the situation. She accused me of something that never occurred, creating a scene in front of my two young children. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and simply stated that she was the manager and that we "didn't have to go there." That response only reinforced my impression of her lack of professionalism and customer service. As long as this manager is employed at this location, my family will never return. Being falsely accused and publicly embarrassed in front of my children was an awful experience. It is disappointing that a company would allow a manager to treat loyal customers this way. After two years of supporting this location, this is certainly not how I expected to be treated.
