I ordered through the app using the 3.14 pie day deal. No fuss. No hiccups. Pizzas were ready when my hubby arrived to pick it up in less than 20 minutes. The pizzas itself were baked to perfection. Everything had just the right amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Nothing was over or under baked. I loved how both boxes of pizzas were cut in squares like I had requested. When I called to talk with the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do about it and that is the way the pizza is cooked. I did not order the pizza well done. It's been a while since I've been to a pizza place. I've been to this location multiple times, but it was over a year ago since I've actually gotten something here. This place is for take out or delivery only as there is no inside seating or outdoor seating. The customer side of the place is pretty small, so I'm sure it can get pretty cramped if there are multiple parties in there waiting. The night that I got the pizza here, I just had a craving for it this time, and also had enough reward points for a free pizza, so I took advantage of that. The points gave me the ability to get a three topping pizza. I did the ordering online, as I could customize it right on their site. I ended up getting an extra large pizza (was only $3 more) with double pepperoni and a three cheese blend as the three toppings, with light sauce. Since the pizza was not that much due to the rewards, I also got the Tuscan 6-Cheese Cheesesticks. After placing the order online, I noticed that it had barbecue sauce instead of the regular sauce. I called them right away and they were able to make it right the first time. Online it had said about 15-30 minutes, but when I called, they also told me it would be less than 10 minutes, so when we got there, the order was already ready. The staff were very friendly in there. We were the only customers in there at the time, which isn't overly surprising as I normally do early dinners anyways. This was around 4:30 pm. Others were also getting pizza boxes together. The wall on the right was lined up with them. We did a quick check of the pizza and cheesesticks before leaving, and everything was hot and exactly as requested. Once home, it was time to leave no evidence of pizza behind. The pizza was very good. It was cooked perfectly. Many times at other places, the crust could be burned, etc., but not on this order. The cheesesticks were also very good. They were also cooked perfectly and tasted great. If you're looking for pizza reasonably priced and many different options, this is definitely one to check out. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered from this location on Tuesday and after 45-50 minutes, we were delivered the wrong pizza-as in someone else's pizza. We called to let them know and they told us that the driver had just left our home 10 minutes ago and they would call him to come back with our actual pizza. Um no- that is unacceptable, the pizza has been in the car at that point for 20 minutes so it would've cold and soggy from condensation from the bag it is transported in. The girl on the phone proceeded to argue with my boyfriend. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UTTER DISRESPECT. We ended up having to go pick a fresh pizza up that was sloppily thrown together. At this point, we didn't bother to even complain because we were so hungry. On Wednesday, I called and spoke to the manager on duty, Larry whom was extremely nice. I explained the situation, he apologized for how we were treated and even agreed that the pizza that had been in the drivers car shouldn't have been delivered to us at that point and should have been remade. Larry said he would give us a credit for a pizza another night. We called tonight (Saturday) because there's a UFC fight on and we were told that they will not honor the credit because supposedly it is not in the system that a credit had been issued. The manager on duty tonight, josh whom says he is the general manager and was working Tuesday night which is odd because my boyfriend asked the girl that was arguing with him to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and if he was working, why wouldn't he had tried to speak to my boyfriend about the situation when he came in to pick up the pizza?? Josh told me tonight that the order was voided out and we got a refund which we have not received nor were we told that we would be getting a refund when we went in to pick up the fresh pizza Tuesday. He proceeded to argue with me about us getting a refund and it's not his issue with how long it takes the bank to refund our money. I asked why we were never told that they were refunding us and all he said was that he is sorry we were not told but we have been issued a refund. What he should be sorry about is his disrespect and lack of customer service skills and ability to competently run his location. I asked for the regional manager's information which he refused to give me the name and number for. If Josh is the general manager, I'm not sure how he obtained the position as his customer service and members of his staff's customer service is beyond unacceptable. Let the record show that Larry's customer service is impeccable and Josh could learn a lot from him on how to treat customers!! read more

Ordered here for delivery twice. First time, I paid extra for another garlic sauce, never got included. It was only 50 cents extra so it wasn't really that big of a deal. Second time, I ordered the Sriracha Meats. To my surprise, I got the pizza, but there was no Sriracha on it. I'm starting to see a pattern so probably won't ever order here again. There are a ton of Papa John's out there, and the pizza will always be good. But this one in particular lacks a tremendous amount of attention to detail. I mean, the pizza's called Sriracha Meats. Yesterday, May 10th/2015 I ordered 2 of 10 piece Chicken Poppers and 1 of 8pc Honey Chipotle Wings. I only eat most of the chicken Poppers. A few hours later, I started having a terrible pain in my intestines and stomach, followed by a terrible diarrhea. One of the chicken poppers was for free, like a sale, what makes me think they were giving that offer because -maybe-they were going bad. This is the only explanation I could find for the terribly painful diarrhea I ended with. After this experience, I will think it twice before ordering from PAPA JOHN'S again. read more

I have only had Papa John's once before and I am glad. I received a gift card from a friend and decided to use it. I ordered a thin crust with just pepperoni and it was bad. My 12 yr old son said it tasted like stale crackers. I thought it tasted like burnt cardboard as a matter of fact I would have rather eaten the box. It appears by the list of reviews this location is very inconsistent. Stick with Pizza hut or Dominos there are close by too. read more
