I've only ever ordered online to pick up from this location but each time that I have, my order was always ready when I got there even if it was less than 20 mins (depending on the size of the order of course). I've always been greeted promptly and helped immediately. It was always and in-and-out type of visit. Pizza has always come out good and I like that adding chicken to the pizza isn't considered a premium topping unlike other pizza chains. I'd continue to come back here. Save your money. I spent $18 on a small pizza that was almost all crust. They charge me $2 to deliver a pizza that would have been warmer if I had picked it up and walked it home. I ordered a spicy Italian which is supposed to be double Italian sausage topping, I don't think there was one topping. If you think papa john's prices are too high then you must not know about online/app only deals. I called there, the guy taking the other had a problem hearing or something. He asked "what" more than 10 times during the 2 minute conversation. When I spoke louder he said I was yelling and didn't want to take my order and hung up on me. Nice way to do business. Papa John's needs to screen their help better. I placed my order online, waited an hour before I called to check on my order. When I called a female answered my call and said it was on it's way. I waited another 20 minutes before I called again. When I called I got a male on the phone who said one of his female drivers was lost and unable to find my address. He said she tried calling me and that the number was incorrect. Mind you, my account shows my cell phone number as the preferred number to call. He then asked me for my number again and said that the driver would call me so that I could provide her with how to get to my home. This was after 1 hr and 20 minutes! At that point I told him to cancel the order to which he said, "Okay forget it" and hung up! This was the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had! The worse part is that all the driver needed to do is head straight on the road they are located on for less then a mile and one turn. It would have taken her 2 minutes to get to her destination.... so sad! I will never order from this Papa John's ever again! read more
