Went there tonight for a large$12.00 special.I ordered a pan crust with a create your own 5 toppings. The girl tried to charge me $19.00. I told her that it says any large$12.00. She said the pan crust is more so I told her to give me the original crust.Then she tried to charge me $15.00 because she said I requested two premium toppings.Their ad says nothing about an extra charge for certain toppings so I will not be going back to that franchise. read more

I'm not sure if it's just this weekend, but apparently they have this deal where you can get ANY size pizza with up to FIVE toppings for only $10! We have a handy man working around our house today, so we picked up a pizza for lunch: pepperoni, salami, italian sausage, mushrooms, and zucchini! After we brought it home, we added some sliced black olives and small pieces of broccoli, stuck it in the oven, and 12 minutes later, had a delicious pizza for lunch! For $10, you can't go wrong, and since we got the family size pizza, we figure we'll just give the handy man the leftovers to take home. Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake is definitely a great alternative to those other chain restaurants that bake the pizza for you. read more

First, I have to post a disclaimer on this one. I don't eat here. I really dislike their pizza crust. It's just too doughy for me and I tend to get a stomach ache from it. I do however purchase a pizza from here every other week for hubby. For a take and bake pizza and for the price he likes it. We placed an online order and received email confirmation that our order would be ready for pickup at 830. When my husband arrived at the store on time nothing had even been started, PLUS the cheesy bread we ordered was not available(would've been nice to know when placing the order). We had no idea that every pizza is one you bake yourself. Only after the fact by searching the website over did I find a little note at the bottom of the first page. Seems that'd be something most places should advertise and note on every order. We requested a refund for the cheesy bread & now an hour after we ordered we just now get to cook our own pizza. Oh yeah- we ordered a 2 liter as well and no one mentioned to my husband that he should get it out of the cooler. Most people don't open a fridge/cooler at a restaurant. He was so frustrated by the fact that apparently we had to cook our own pizza that he left without the 2liter and the guy who was "helping" him didn't bother to mention it. It's absurd that all of your advertising shows beautifully cooked pizzas like most places and then it turns out you'll have to wait near an hour to get your uncooked pizza, leave without your full order on the first night of a 3day holiday weekend(out of stock already?) only to add in the additional time to preheat oven, cook pizza etc. We're not lazy or above making our own food. When you order pizza though it's usually to take a break from that. It's all frustrating that if we wanted to cook our own pizza, we could have spent LESS money and gone to the store to purchase the ingredients ourselves. Even if the pizza tastes great, we are likely to never return again. It's hard to repair a horrible first impression! Edit once eating- the pizza we ordered was supposed to have a garlic sauce instead of marinara(which was a big reason we picked it). Nope- we didn't get the right sauce. Should've figured. read more

I've been going here for years! Always great service, and great food. Tonight I am especially grateful to them. A very aggressive pan handler came INTO the store and went right up to me and asked for money. I ignored him, and he went away. Then he came right back in and asked again. I told him NO and said he needed to leave. The woman making the pizza immediately told him politely to leave. He got belligerent and called her/me a bitch, and the manager came out of the back and told him to leave. He yelled a bit, and then left. The manager left. I was scared! The woman making the pizza offered to walk me to my car, and I thankfully accepted. She carried my pizza and salad for me, too! Thankfully, the man had left. But, I was pretty shaken up. Another reason to love my favorite pizza place. But, I will feel better when that man is gone from the shopping center. read more

Good pizza but the employees should be wearing masks due to the current situation

I went in to order a pizza and there was an employee behind the glass making some comments about politics to his co-workers. He was loud enough for customers to hear and it made me feel very uncomfortable. The comments were very snide and condescending and the coworkers didn't seem to have much to say in response. I found it very unprofessional and arrogant of him to be speaking so negatively and ignorantly on subjects that he clearly didn't have enough information about. I didn't want to make a scene, and was quite shocked to hear him carrying on, so I didn't acknowledge his comments or attempt to correct him on his lack of information. He continued talking for about 10 minutes as I waited for my order to be made. As a customer, I found it really distasteful and shameful that I had to listen to someone (behind a fast food counter of all places) stand there and arrogantly spew his biased and misinformed political opinion on issues that are very important to me and other potential customers. I didn't get too specific in my above comments, but he made condescending comments about his views on racism, politics and was also saying how stupid he thought it was that people protested the controversial alt-right speaker/white supremacist who tried to hold a rally at UC Berkeley, calling them all rioters. (Message to management, hopefully you can talk to this employee - it happened at about 6:30pm on 2/14/17, Tuesday evening - A young adult Asian with glasses). There was also a young girl who I dealt with as I was leaving and I felt she was very standoffish and not very receptive to me. I asked her a question about the cooking time because the information that came wrapped inside the pizza was facing downwards and I could not see it - all I wanted to do was inform my mother at home which temperature to preheat the oven on. She literally just stared at me, with a tense and confused look on her face, and didn't really respond. So I had to reach out (slowly and with a smile, because of how tense and scared she looked) to look at the stack of papers she had near her which had the cook temps on them. She continued to stare at me, hard to describe the look on her face, almost like a deer in headlights. I checked the cook temp, and handed the paper back to her, thanked her and explained to her once again that I just wanted to give my mother the preheat temp. Still she was still kind of frozen, and then she finally seemed to crack a little smile. I really don't know what her problem was, but that added to the unpleasant experience. read more

So excited that Papa Murphy's has Gluten Free crust! (Medium size only) After cutting back on Gluten we haven't been able to get Papa Murphy's pizzas for a few years. Found out today that they have added a Udi's Gluten Free crust and got it. It tasted as amazing as it always used to! So happy to be a customer again! read more

This is our go-to stop on Tuesdays for their $10 pizzas. For a while they weren't doing this promotion but we still went -- every pizza comes with a $2.00 coupon for a future order, so it's still very reasonable. However, what really sets this place apart are the people. The staff is really consistent, we always recognize the people working. They are friendly and if anything is ever wrong with your order (I think there's been two mistakes in weekly trips over 6 months!) they will do everything in their power to fix it...right on the spot! My wife and I really appreciate the employees at this location! They are very kind and helpful and usually remember us. We always order the same great pizza. We recommend the Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight with no bacon, substitute sun dried tomatoes. It's so good!!! They have fresh salads also that are very tasty. Did you see my 50% off discount coupon and this time I went to go pay for it and use my frequent user card to get restamped and the owner told the cashier not to honor the stamp on the new card. This meaning not to honor the stamp because I did not pay full price. This is a little discouraging because I used to go every Tuesday night. The pizza is decent, especially for the price. I don't frequent Papa Murphy's but it's a decent alternative when I want something different. They usually have several of their standard pizzas (like cheese and pepperoni) ready so it's quick to pick one up on the way home from work on those nights that you want something fresh from your oven but you don't want to "cook." read more

I used to come here all the time because they make it so good....I recently came here and got 2 pizza's. 1. thin crust pepperoni with white sauce which they put red sauce and 1. pan 1/2 pepperoni and bell pepper and 1/2 veggie delight with white sauce and they put red sauce.
