ordered a large Papas Favorite. turned on the oven, unwrapped the pizza and because my wife is a vegetarian , started taking off the very thin slices of pepperoni and noticed their was no sausage. checked the rest of the pizza, and there was none anywhere. also noticed there was barely any beef. probably about an ounce only. called the store, spoke to the Manager. explained about the lack of sausage, was told by her to check under beef. I said there was barely any of the beef. no apology offered, no bringing back pizza to have sausage added. finally offered to take $2.00 off next order. I said that is not a big draw for me to buy another. was told that's fine. I have bought pizza'from this store since it was opened. will never by a Murphy's again. read more

Some GREAT pizza deal days. They can be busy. Always fresh, and fairly quick service! Their cinnamon wheel with icing is delicious.

Super disappointed. Papa Murphys is always the go to, but after tonights service it might not be. I ordered 3 pizzas at 3:20pm for pickup at 5pm. Didn't leave the stores with the pizzas until 5:37pm. No offer to make it up or take a salad or here's some cookie dough, but a "we got busy". I've worked in my different industries including food. If I was 37 minutes late with the customer in store waiting I would have offered literally anything I could. I get it places get busy. 9/10 the employees are so kind and friendly but tonight was the 1. The one that leaves the lasting impression. read more

I love Papa Murphy's pizza but this franchise is terrible. They consistently get orders wrong and the amount of toppings on the pizza leave a lot to be desired. The staff is not rude but not friendly, it's like they just don't care. We ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni but the pizza hardly had any at all (we ordered two and the pepperoni was on the bottom and I didn't look). We called to complain, the lady said "bring the pizza back," (which at this time is difficult). All she would say is "sorry to hear that." Terrible customer service, won't be going back. read more

People who give this place 5 star ratings must be Burger King aficionados, or a big night out is Subway! Comparing PMs pizza to other pizzas in this price range $15-$20 per pie - PM is not "bad" but definitely not "good" - PM is So-So at best. For me, simply because PMs crust is sooooo horrible, I'll take Costco or Blackjack Pizza over this pizza ANY DAY, and I don't need to spend my money heating up my oven. Positives: Topping quality and quantity - for the price, 4 stars above average for the price and the selection is good. The So-So: Gotta cook it at home in an oven not made for cooking pizza - thus the pizza will almost never cook evenly since PM puts the pizza on a paper tray you cannot remove. Maybe it would be better / more even if we put a pizza stone under it, not sure. It cooks quickly is about the only thing positive about this. Negatives: Crust is really bad - 0 stars I've had frozen store bought pizzas with better crust. Crust from cheap pizzas like BlackJack and Costco are 100x better. Pizza crust should be light, fluffy (yes, even thin crust), and chewy. I've had both the thin crust and the regular - they are clearly the same exact recipe. They are both very bad grocery store, frozen dough quality. They have a bad texture and lack flavor. read more

Pretty sad to find that coupons emailed and texted to me are ONLY good if I place my order online...then pick it up. Quite a disappointment to spend $37 for 2 pizza's and not have them honor the coupon. Won't be going back to this location EVER... cashier and (young..young) manager were not even peasant about this.. it was just "well, you didn't order it online" Next going to fill out their survey to tell them again how disappointed I was... Convenient and great quality. I definitely enjoy the quality of ingredients more from here than one of the other 'typical' chain pizza joints. I also like being able to cook the pizza at home. That way when I get it out of the oven it is warm and fresh. read more

OK - it's Papa Murphy's pizza. You know what you're getting and you get it. A good, reliable pizza. But what I love about this store is that the owner is often there working with the teenagers behind the counter. He treats them with respect and kindness and jokes around with them. And he hires nice, squeaky clean kids who are polite to the customers and look like they genuinely enjoy working there. It's very refreshing and I always walk out with a smile on my face. read more

For the past 3 weeks I have tried to purchase a pizza from this location. I succeeded one out of the three. We always liked this location prior to their sudden remodel. When we do order the pizza is the best of any of the franchises. The problem is with the new group of employees. Zero customer service skills. Our internet is down or sorry were closed at four minutes till eight. We won't bother to darken their door again. Go th the Louisville location! Zero stars! read more
