I am a big Papa Murphy's fan but this place has let me down time and time again. Went in on a Thursday and ordered a New York extra large pizza. Immediately you could tell that the crust was super thin. It looked like it was intentionally made to be as thin as possible but we took it home thinking it would rise in the oven. The instructions said to place it in the oven and check it every 1-2 minutes and pull it out when the crust has browned. This pizza was SO thin in spots that part of it baked and the other parts were still raw. So we pulled it out and cut the pieces that were baked and placed the rest of it back in the oven. The baked pieces we ate were so thin that they literally crunched like a potato chip. We lifted the pizza and you could see the sauce through the bottom! We called the place and because the Oder was placed online we didn't get a receipt. So the guy in the phone asked us to bring the pizza back if we wanted a refund. Terrible customer service. Don't come here, go somewhere else. If you love Papa Murphy's try it at a different location. read more

Honestly, I've had good experiences here in the past, however for a second time in a row my order was wrong. Noticing the error at the location I explained what I had ordered, and the young clerk assured me they'd redo it right (1/2 vegetarian delight, 1/2 chicken and onions). A polite young lady gave me my order, and assured me that it was exactly as I requested. When we unwrapped the pizza at home we noticed the sauces were mixed up, under the wrong toppings! Food - Their pizza is very good. They now have four crusts - regular, thin, stuffed, and pan. The dough is a better commercial style recipe, not as chewy as a true pizzeria, but much better than the other guys. I prefer the thin crust, but you need to finish the pizza on a stone to really crisp up the dough. All pizzas come in a baking tray. Cookie dough and cheese bread is also available. Their red sauce is a little sweet, but full of flavor and a perfect amount for the type of pizza. Toppings are varied, fresh, and tasty including many meats and vegetables. Specialty pizzas usually have coupons to bring down the cost. The stuffed pizza is massive with lots of dough and fillings. Family size pizzas may have trouble in smaller ovens, but will truly feed a lot of hungry people. My recommendations: All Meat DeLite Pizza Regular Cowboy Pizza Sausage Pan Pizza Building & Service - Simple, no frills counter designed for pizza. There is no dine-in option. I recommend calling in your order, but they will make your pizza in front of you if desired anytime. Very disappointed in the keto crusties pizza plate we got tonight. They charged$19.50 for a 5 x 7 tray because we ordered extra spinach, extra mushrooms, extra zucchini. O K.
