The manager offered to refund the gratuity; I'm not that type of person, but we're in no rush to go back and it's a place we all enjoy. To add insult to injury she was drinking at the bar and didn't have a care in the world. Not a great look for her or the business. The pizza was pretty good as always. The chicken wings were a bit overcooked but still tasty. They likely would've been even better had they been cooked properly. My little one enjoyed her burger and fries. My wife enjoyed her margaritas and the little ones enjoyed their Shirley Temples. It was a disappointing visit; hopefully next time will be better. I'm a notoriously good tipper and I'm starting to detest tipping ahead on these apps and kiosks as it has lead to mediocrity at so many places.
