Came here with some girlfriends after shopping at a few boutiques in the plaza for a quick slice. I lived in NYC for quite a few years so my standards for pizza are pretty high, but this place was hyped up by several acquaintances so I decided to give it a try. Without a doubt, it's good pizza. The crust is great bordering on excellent. I had the fig jam, ricotta, and bacon slice and found the toppings to be decent but I barely tasted any bacon. There is seating outside at some very simple tables but the shop itself is just a counter at which to order. In addition to pizza, they sell various Italian sundries, loaves of bread, and they have a limited menu of salads and sandwiches. When I was there, they only had 3 pizzas available for slices as they were sold out of a few. Probably would be 4 stars based on the taste of the pizza, but it's just so expensive that I'm giving 3 to reflect the cost-to-quality ratio. Whole pies start at $35 for cheese and go up to $50. Sandwiches hover around $20 and loaves of bread are a staggering $16. Based on price alone I probably wouldn't rush back. Service was fine, nothing to write home about. Overall it's good pizza if you can ignore the exorbitant prices.

Pizza is good. Nice bite, with the toasty bottom. Sauce tastes fresh. Good eat whenever you are in the area.

WOW. I've heard good things about Papa Razzi's around town and finally decided to give it a try -- and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The crust is perfect: thin, soft, and still has that ideal crunch. The sauce is beautifully balanced with the cheese, not overpowering and not bland. Hands down, this is the best pizza I've had in Malibu, and I'd easily add Westlake, Agoura, and Thousand Oaks to that list too. Important to note: this is takeout only, and pretty pricy, but trust me -- it's 100% worth it. If you're even remotely serious about good pizza, Papa Razzi's is a must.

The BEST, most flavorful pizza i've had in LA!! The pie was pretty big! The truffle oil was chefs kiss

The best pizza I've had hands down. Came in while they were still in their grand opening phase and the owners were super sweet and workers are super kinda. I highly recommend the fungi pizza :)

So happy to have this place in Point Dume. Organic and amazing pizza by the slice and, of course, full pies. The sandwiches and salads are also fantastic. I'm in love with the Tri-Tip Sandwich and the Italian Chopped Salad.

Topher is a goat! He helped us pick out the best pizza ive ever had. So helpful and nice! Ill definetly be back soon!

Take your pizza to the beach nearby!

That said the service felt a bit uneven. There were a few large party tables, and it seemed like the staff was more focused on them than on our party. We were seated outside at the farthest tables so I'm not sure if that played a role, but we had to ask multiple times for water refills and waited quite a while before being able to order. At one point we even had to get up and find someone after waiting about 20 minutes. The food timing was also a little off other tables that arrived after us were served first, and some of our plates came out a bit colder than expected. I do understand it was a busy graduation day with large groups, so things may have been more hectic than usual. One other concern was the outdoor seating. While the space itself is nice, the chairs didn't look properly cleaned, and some guests unfortunately didn't notice bird droppings until after sitting down, which ended up getting on clothing. I would consider going back because the food was good, but probably not during busy times or with a large group, and I'd hope the outdoor seating is better maintained next time.

But an Italian style restaurant with perhaps the most UNINSPIRED spaghetti and meatball entree you won't find anywhere outside a can of Chef Boyardee! My gosh, I guess I forget every couple years... and get a hankering for a good, comfort pasta exactly like a spaghetti and meatball... I come here and... blah. Some spaghetti with some kind of incredibly BLAND flavorless tomato sauce/paste with less flavor than the cheapest over the counter spaghetti sauce you'll ever taste. Sprinkle a few flecks of greenery on the bowl, 2 "kinda pleasant" but really boring beef meatballs? And voila... an uninspired spaghetti that maybe could challenge a 7th grade home economics class. Maybe. And all for the premium price tag of $24. Come ahhhhhn, Spruzzo. I SO wanna put you into heavy rotation, with perhaps what should be THE #1 go-to entree of anyplace remotely Italian. But this offering!? It's an insult to any palate. Spazzatura. Generally, it's a nice waitstaff here (although, last night-- a late, slow Monday night... played out very sluggish!) and the atmosphere is generally inviting too. But I, once again, left very unhappy, even letting my server know (and the server agreed!) ... with only the warm bread being the ONLY satisfying part of my meal. PLEASE Spruzzo, change the recipe. Chef Boyardee left the building in 1965.

**Utter Disappointment**…read more I followed the strong reviews and decided to try Magma Pizzeria for takeout through DoorDash. I ordered the Queen Margherita with added cheese and pepperoni. The pizza arrived about 20-30 minutes later, and while delivery temperature can affect a pie, it usually cannot hide whether the pizza itself is well-made. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. The box had oil pooling on one side, which was not a great first sign. The crust was cooked around the edges, but the center was thin, soft, and doughy underneath. The added cheese and pepperoni were far too salty together, almost as if they belonged to a different pizza entirely, rather than working with the Margherita base. The basil was strong, which I expected from a Margherita-style pizza, but what felt missing were the diced or sliced tomatoes. Instead, it came across more like red sauce with heavy pizza seasoning, and not in a good way. Overall, the pizza felt rushed and should not have left the kitchen in that condition. I wanted to like it based on the reviews, but this was not a good pie. I'm hoping for better pizza options in the Camarillo/Thousand Oaks area moving forward. I won't be back.
