I'm a huge fan of boba pearls, so I ALWAYS order double boba with my drink. I have no problem paying the extra charge for it. Unfortunately, I've had two separate experiences where they couldn't make my order because they didn't have enough boba available for double boba. Both times, I ended up leaving empty handed because that's the whole reason I came. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a boba shop to have enough boba on hand, especially for customers who are willing to pay extra. This seems like a preventable inventory and supply planning issue. If I were managing the store, I'd want to make sure we never ran out of our main product.
