As soon as I had walked in, I was greeted by my server, and he was very kind and enthusiastic. I had an iced chai, which my server made exquisitely, the chai has to be one of the best ones I've ever had (he made it with a shot of espresso). I ordered this breakfast sandwich, which was so good. It came with this sauce, that added this hint of spice to the sandwich, it just gave the sandwich so much more flavor. They gave a generous amount of eggs on the sandwich, which made it very thick. The bread was perfectly toasted, it wasn't stale, if anything it felt almost fluffy, and buttery. Along side the sandwich it came with potatoes, which were seasoned to perfection, and paired with some tabasco sauce, was just perfect for breakfast. There was music playing, both for outside and indoor dining, which was good. And the overall feel of the restaurant is outstanding. It's very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. If you are in the area, or debating to try this place or not, this is a sign to try it! You won't regret it. Craved brunch and decided to dine outside here for some their breakfast/brunch item. Parking was easy. I like their ambiance for both indoor and outdoor but their music wasn't too relaxing. I appreciated that their menu is available online. The server takes your order and check out electronically at your table. I was disappointed that they limited their juices on their menu. So i just had water and requested lemon slice, which they accommodated. I ordered the spinach Benedict with hash browns. I love hash browns so I appreciated that there was some color to the hash browns with a bit of crunch. The service was friendly. for a place called potatoes and eggs, they didn't make either correctly. we went here for a classic bfast, and for the price, we were hoping simple items would be executed well. we sent back the hashbrowns 2x here. we rarely send food back, but this is not the hasbrown you'd expect at ANY breakfast place. they were first sold to us rubbery and cold (1st pic), like theyd been steaming under a hot lamp. when returned, it was clearly the same hashbrown, just microwaved. we arrived a little earlier than the brunch rush, and suspect these were sitting in the window in anticipation for said rush. the second time they actually refired the hashbrown (3rd pic), but they still had little to no color. it was not busy. i ordered over easy eggs and the whites had not set (2nd pic). the waffle was good and Americana was OK, but ultimately everything was not good enough to condone a $45 bfast. we could've made a better one at home with frozen hashbrowns, and skipped the event. 2 stars for excellent service and comfortable patio seating. read more

Don't eat here! This is because we were towed from the parking lot; there was $150 fee. While taking to the tow truck driver we learned this is a common occurrence because there are no clear signs on where you can and can't park. Both the owners of the restaurant and apartment complex don't seem to care. Considering the price for breakfast jumped to over $200 for two there are better places for a lot less. read more

Went in today for breakfast at 2:25 PM and the server came over and said - "Just wanted to let you know we close at 3:00 PM today - as long as that's okay for you" - which is code for "hurry up and eat and get out because I want to go home". I can respect the time of closing but that was so tacky! We had a similar experience with the waiter at our table as others have mentioned - asked for honey and butter and received neither until I walked up and asked for it a second time. The food was actually okay but I wouldn't go back. I wasn't impressed with the blaring music or the hurry-up and get-out vibe. Parking in the restaurant parking lot is a bit tricky since it's very small, your best bet is probably parking on the street. The place itself is really pretty and they have a nice indoor and outdoor seating but it is a small and slightly crowded place. The look of the food was definitely better than the taste. I had seen so many great pictures but unfortunately the food was very average. The French toast presentation was cute however most of it was still very soggy and the fruit on top tasted fairly old. The Chilaquiles needed some more flavor. The price was normal to most casual restaurants not super cheap but definitely not something that would break the bank. And one side not that I hadn't experienced before the restroom of the restaurant is actually outside and towards the back parking of the restaurant. read more

This place never disappoints. We live down the street and have always ordered. Today finally decided to go and sit in. The food (and guava mimosa) was on point! Between my husband and I we had the huevos rancheros, veggie scramble and Nutella pancakes. I've been here for brunch at least 5x. Busy times and non-busy times. Somehow every time I've had an unpleasant experience either...I have to ask for water, ask for them to pour me a glass of bottomless mimosa, or ask for my check. Why even have servers! This last time they were out of champagne and all servers were taking their emergency break at the same time with more than 2 tables with customers waiting to be attended. The food is great. When we arrived the pick up the order, there was only one item in the bag. I went back to the server and asked with the second dish was. His response was that they did not have the Vegan Benedict Florentine because it was a new item. It was an inconvenience for us to have to alert the server about the missing dish and not receiving a phone call when the online order was accepted advising that a certain dish is not available. AMAZING sweet breakfast options! I got the Nutella French Toast and ordered a side of hash browns thinking that the French toast wouldn't be enough but boy was I wrong!! The most delicious French toast and the portion was so filling!! I was regretting the side of hash browns UNTIL I gave them a taste. SO GOOD!! Asking the waiter, I found out that Hugo, the chef is just phenomenal. When the waiter works with Hugo, he always orders something from him. So service was really good. Everyone was super nice and I love the area and vibe of the place. However, the food wasn't outstanding or anything. My burrito didn't have a bunch of flavor on it. I could have used for some simple salt and pepper on the stuff in the burrito. My family also order chocolate chip pancakes, egg Benedict florentine and veggie omelet with hash brown and toast. The chocolate chip pancakes aren't cracked up to be as good as they sound. The chocolate chips they used were milk chocolate (we prefer dark) and my dad described them as "rubbery" and he didn't think that the pancakes were made today. Eggs didn't have a lot of salt on them so my mom had to put a bunch of hot sauce on it too. My aunt also said the same thing about her eggs. The potato's that when with the eggs Benedict were enjoyable tho! So yeah, good stop for breakfast if you want something heavy.
