Tried their peppermint mocha and was quite disappointed with it. The peppermint was too strong and had no mocha flavor at all. It actually also drown out the espresso. Came on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy, but definitely seems understaffed. The cafe only had a barista who makes the drinks but also taking order at the cashier. Sometimes, another employee (seems like a wait staff at the hotel's restaurant, which is on the same floor but in the other side after the hotel's reception) will swing by and help. Very limited seats for the cafe but plenty of seats for the hotel's restaurant but cafe customers are not allowed to sit. Wait time to order and then to get your drinks can get pretty long. All in all, coffee is decent, interior is nice and cozy decorated but the wait time is long and customer service is lacking. read more

A solid "meh" I've seen the honey bear latte online and really wanted to try. Got it and an oat milk latte and honestly they were both just okay. the honey bear didn't really have any taste of honey. The pastries and drinks here have been amazing for me so far! I've tried the orange olive oil cake and a finer molasses cookie and thought they were both so good. For drinks I tried the pumpkin spice latte and loved it. It really was the perfect blend of pumpkin mixed with the fall spices and the right amount of sweetness as well. This cafe is connected to a hotel, so you have a variety of seating, from the cafe seats by the window to the lounge type seating in the lobby. The only thing to keep in mind is that their wi-fi isn't free to the public, so if you're looking to work with a laptop, probably isn't the place for you. I got a latte and it was good! The leafy greenery, wooden furnishings, and warm lightings set the tone for a pleasant studying/working/chilling environment. It was also kind of a rip off because the tonic deflated within a few minutes so the whole drink was really 3/4 drink and 1/4 carbon dioxide, boo. Found this little coffee shop that turns out to be the lobby of a boutique hotel! The view and the interior design are really nice so it was great we were able to check it out through our little coffee visit. I almost missed this coffee shop as it's located on the bottom floor of a hotel. There isn't a lot of seating, and it seems like they also make a lot of drinks for hotel guests. The matcha latte comes unsweetened, but I believe there's simple syrup on the side if you want to add sugar. It's like a coffee shop in front and then if you go further into the interior, there are elevators and a bar and you think to yourself....maybe I'm in a hotel. For what I got, it's honestly criminal. The iced chai had the most ice I've ever seen in a drink. Ever. I felt like I had 4 sips and finished the entire thing, which is not normal for me (I usually drink things extremely slowly). The breakfast sandwich was also tiny-- it looked like it was made on one of those small hawaiian rolls. If I'm remembering correctly, there was prosciutto in it? Which was thick inside the sandwich. Perfect for a rainy day. It's giving Stockholm or Berlin or some other European city with a love of abstract art, wood, and city pop. The raison crossaint wasn't the best, but it was buttery and soft so I can't complain 6.5/10. The drip coffee was ok, but it was kind of watery 5/10. Such a cute and relaxing ambiance, we were tired from walking so my significant other and I sat for a while a relaxed. Apple maps says "Free Wifi" for both the cafe and hotel, but when I asked for it, they said it was "hotel guests only". I didn't see any signs anywhere saying "no outside food or drink". The server told me to put my bagel away which I did, and offered me a menu twice right after I said no the first time. TLDR nice aesthetics but weirdly unwelcoming atmosphere considering I just wanted to work at a cafe and was a paying customer. Will definitely be coming back though cause it's so pretty.
