He repaired the service entrance, upgraded the panel where needed, added a proper ground rod and surge protector, and coordinated everything so the city inspection and PG&E reconnection could move forward smoothly. What I appreciated most was how calm and straightforward he was throughout the process. He explained what was necessary, and worked efficiently to get our power restored as quickly as possible. Dealing with PG&E and inspections can be confusing, but he made the whole process much easier. Our house power is now fully restored and everything is working great.
