    Pork Belly and Hamachi Crudo*

We went to an early dinner at Papi's and it was super dead. If you're looking for a lively dinner make a reservation to go later at 8 or 9 pm. We went to dinner before our 9 pm show. Regardless the food was amazing and we did get to see a little entertainment (DJ started at 7 pm). We got cocktails, crudo, pork belly, a ribeye and Mac and cheese. We cleaned our plates! Food was on point and delicious, service was also great. I would recommend Papi's when in Vegas!

The MOST AMAZING experience here at Papi Steak in Las Vegas and Andrew is the best waiter ever! The staff is incredible including the sommelier Elena. The appetizers are so delicious. I love the 2 crudo dishes BUT my spiny lobster with crab was a huge disappointment especially for $195. The lobster was sparse and the crab was chalky and it was messily plopped on top of the lobster. The chefs were not on their game last Monday night, 4/13/26. Service-5 stars Ambience-5 stars Main course-2 stars Dessert-4 stars for creativity

The restaurant interior and the vibe are absolutely fabulous super cool very hip. You feel like you're inside a chic club. The service is white Love in top Notch high-quality cocktails, and wine list List by saying this restaurant is super expensive, but it is quite an experience, from the moment you greeted To when you leave, you feel special. All the food was very good, but not the best steak I've ever had for the price you're paying more for the experience. It's a one time deal that feels more like a party than anything else. I would go again if I was taking a younger group of adults there

Atmosphere was awesome, wasn't crowded when we went. Great service very knowledgeable about the menus. The drinks were very tasty! We got the New York strip and it was to die for! Also the pretzel bites we got for an appetizer I think was the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.

A little on the pricey side but if you got it like that, COME. I take my east coast friends here all the time and they love it! The food never disappoints and the ambiance here is just right. The service is OK. But i do love the shows for the big dishes that come out! In general, Papi is a nice place with a great dining experience that'll definitely impress all your out of town people! :)

Came here on a Monday. It as busy from about 7:30-9. The atmosphere was great exactly what we were looking for. The food was good we had the truffle Ceasar and Latke. Split a ribeye with corn and Brussel sprouts between 3 girls. Drinks were good. Would come back.

I have to say the service at Papi Steak was very welcoming . I came for my bday because I wanted a fun atmosphere & they did not disappoint! I swear it was tomahawk steak wars all night lol the DJ/music could have been better but overall a great experience. My $75 margarita was strong , the asparagus was cooked great, the mac and cheese wasn't good at all to me, the filet mignon I ordered was cooked well, the quality of the steak was questionable so I paired it with a chimichurri sauce. Overall, I'd give this place another chance but I do feel there are better options for steak in Fontainebleau. If you want entertainment then this is your speed.

American Wagyu ribeye. A little on the smoked burned side.

Good lively experience although honestly the steak which was American Wagyu is more along the lines of a smoked experience than your typical salt and pepper juicy steak. Some may love the Papi method some may not. Found it a little dry. Oysters and Caesar salad were very good. Fast friendly service.

We were in Las Vegas for Halloween Weekend and wanted to try out a new steak house. We decided upon Papi Steak at the Foutainebleau. We arrived at the hotel and had a good ~8 minute walk from reception area till we reached the restaurant. On Second floor end of walkway of mall food hall area or seemed to be. Upon entrance, the restaurant was Wow! Was truly a Miami' Nightclub vibe with dark lighting, stage entertainment, and blasting music. Outstanding Service, our waiter seemed to have to yell at the top of his voice as he stood next to our table so we can hear him over the loud music. My Apple Watch measured 85 dBa! A bit too loud in my opinion. Having said that, it was non stop R &B hits for over an hour...Great DJ!!! We ordered a round of Old Fashioned-Woodford bourbon. Then started with Caesar's salad, NY strip 14 oz steak, & Ora King Salmon. We paired with Asparagus and Mashed Potato. All delish! Overall great service, lovely venue, but the blasting music made it difficult to speak with people at our own table. I'll give 3.5 Stars.

Papi Steak delivers on every level -- and then some. From the moment you walk in, the vibe grabs you. The energy is electric, the lighting sets the mood perfectly, and you immediately know you're in for something special. This place is as fun as it is delicious. Let's talk food. If you sit down at Papi Steak and don't order the Wagyu pastrami, you're doing it wrong. It arrived beautifully plated -- thin, ruby-red slices fanned out with whole grain mustard and cornichons -- and it was an absolute showstopper. Rich, silky, deeply savory with just the right acidity from the pickles to cut through it. Easily a 10/10 and one of the best bites I've had all year. The truffle corn is a must-order and deserves every bit of hype it gets -- sweet, earthy, indulgent. We ordered it twice. No regrets. The filet was cooked to absolute perfection -- that quiet confidence of a kitchen that knows exactly what it's doing. And the wine list? Genuinely impressive. Deep, thoughtful, and with enough range that you can find something extraordinary at multiple price points. We leaned in and it paid off. Papi Steak is a full experience -- not just a meal. If you're celebrating something or just want a truly memorable night out, this is the move.

Another Strip steakhouse. I really want to give it a better rating for the amount we spent but I can't justify it. The service is great- attentive and helpful. The food is nothing special- overpriced. Definitely had better steak in Vegas. Atmosphere is cool and chic. Very loud- hard to talk with friends - we ended up after dinner sitting at the hotel lobby to be able to catch up with friends. Yes it's cool to purchase the beef case- great presentation. Cocktails were good.

Papi Steak is located at the fabulous Fountainebleu Hotel on the second floor. Beautifully decorated in red velvet, mahogany woods, plush furniture, low lights, and loud music by a DJ, this should be on your list to visit. This is a steakhouse with a nightclub that offers a $1000 Tomahawk Steak for those who are celebrating something special The steak is brought into the dining room by several lovely girls carrying giant sparklers and the chef or headwaiter carrying in a very elegant and specially made briefcase aka The Berf Case with the steak on ice to the celebrating table. Everyone stops what they are doing and all eyes are on the Presentation of the Beef Case, a 55 ounce Australian Wagyu Tomahawk steak. We were fortunate to be sitting right next to a table of girls who ordered the Tomahawk. We had a blast watching it all go down. We ordered and shared the 14oz NY Prime steak, the Whipped Potatoes, and Creamed Spinach. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes were buttery and delicious as was the spinach. My daughter had her Casamigos Reposado drink and I tried the El Padron. Both were very good. For dessert, we had the Papi Steak Strawberries & Cream Creme Brulee presented in its special container. It was incredible with the strawberries caviar! We enjoyed our entire experience and would return during our next trip to Vegas.

While it is crazy expensive, the food, the atmosphere, and the service make for a note-worthy dining experience. The service from the hostesses, to the table captain, the sommelier and serve staff was right on point. Our tomahawk steak was cooked exactly how we ordered it and it was juicy and flavorful. The sides of creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, mushrooms and truffle fried were outstanding. Four of us ate very well sharing all of the above. Total we a bottle of wine was over $800 plus tip, so definitely come here for a very special evening.

Anyone know how much the steaks are by chance? Going here in 1 week and i can't locate any prices on the menu😂

Depending on what size steak...the TOMAHAWK Steak 55oz. is $1000+, I got the FILET MIGNON 8oz and it's was $70+. Expect to spend $$$ 😊.

    Are kids allowed?

I haven't seen anything that says you can't but it's definitely not a place for children because of its club like atmosphere. I hope that helps some!

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

Buyer beware, the lobsters were warm water lobsters and not cold water lobsters...always ask before you order lobster in any restaurant. If it's not cold water lobster, it's just not the same. What was really disappointing was the service specifically from the waiter. He was quite condescending and rude to a number of the people at the table. They did not rush us and I felt like it was 8 pm and not after 10. I love how they always have a fun story about times long gone. This time we sat at Joe DiMaggio's second booth. He's the only star with 2 booths. You can look online for the story behind that. We've had the pleasure to engage with their sommelier several times. He always suggests something nice and we try a new wine. One time it was Silver Oak and on Wednesday it was a 2009 from Macaulay Vineyards. I made another reservation already because Golden Steer is in high demand. I believe we will come back for years to come.

Kimmy and Xavier took great care of us throughout the evening. We saw Xavier most often, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. He also made our anniversary extra special by surprising us with a complimentary chocolate mousse cake topped with whipped cream and a glass of sparkling wine, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. The standout of the meal was, without a doubt, the seafood tower. It was absolutely worth ordering. The generous portions of crab, lobster, and shrimp made it feel like a great value, especially since the crab was already out of the shell and the lobster was perfectly prepared and ready to enjoy. We also loved the mango and raspberry sorbets for dessert--they were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We brought our own bottle of wine and paid the $50 corkage fee. I also ordered the Black Cherry Margarita, which was delicious, while my husband enjoyed a glass of the Domaine Laroche Chablis. Unfortunately, the steak was just okay. We ordered it medium-rare, but it came out a bit overcooked. The wedge salad and French fries were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. We expected to spend around $500 for dinner, so the price itself wasn't the issue. We were simply hoping the quality would better match the cost. While we enjoyed parts of the meal--especially the seafood tower, desserts, and the wonderful service from Xavier and Kimmy--we left feeling that the overall dining experience didn't quite justify the price tag.

I was actually able to make sure he'd come and even get him to dress up a bit by telling him we were going to a special Yelp Elite event...and it worked! Lol! The atmosphere, style, vibe, service, and even the bathrooms are all worth mentioning. I ordered the Tennessee Sidecar, and it was easy to drink. My favorite cocktail is a classic Sidecar, so I really enjoyed this twist on it. My husband and I shared the Tomahawk for Two. The menu didn't mention that it came with any sides, but it was served with cooked carrots and asparagus in the same pan as the steak. Since we didn't know that ahead of time, we also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini. The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately the tomahawk lacked flavor. My husband and I both ended up adding salt to our steaks, and that's honestly never happened to us at any steakhouse before. The steak itself, however, was cooked perfectly. The carrots, asparagus, and broccolini were all decent, but they also needed a bit of seasoning in our opinion. The standout side for us was definitely the whipped potatoes. Those were delicious! One dish that really caught our attention at the table was the Surf & Turf. It was served with melted butter in a small bowl that sat over an enclosed flame, which made for a really nice presentation. I included a video. As for dessert, I have to admit my husband and I were disappointed. After seeing photos from other reviews that mentioned getting a large slice of rich chocolate cake, I was expecting my husband to receive a nice slice of their chocolate cake for his birthday, too. Instead, he was brought what they called a "Green Velvet Cake," which tasted like a cheesecake-cake hybrid. I'm sorry, but it was very underwhelming. It honestly made me think it was a cake idea from St. Patrick's Day. Not only did it look unappealing to us, but all of that bright green food coloring wasn't exactly appetizing either. We also expected there to be at least one birthday candle, but there wasn't. My husband ended up sticking a toothpick into the cake and pretended it was a candle, which at least gave us a good laugh. I'm also hoping that "birthday dessert" wasn't something we were charged for. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I even loved the bathrooms. Each restroom has its own private sink inside, which was thoughtful and that I really appreciated. (Photos included!) That said, the food my husband and I ordered simply didn't live up to our expectations, especially for a steakhouse at this price point. Because of that, we probably wouldn't choose Smith & Wollensky again for celebrating a family birthday. If we did return, we'd definitely be ordering something different.

Great flavor with no burnt after-taste from the crust. SHORT RIB STEAK: The meat itself is very tender but with the pepperoncini it got my head scratching . When I think of pepperoncini I'm thinking of Italian subs or pizza? Does it work? I guess? They put the check inside a softcover novel which is pretty cool. In the pages were notes/comment from patrons. Could't help myself and got in on the fun!

Small place, good music playing and it wasn't terribly loud in the dining area, which we…read moreappreciated. We could carry on a conversation at the table. The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
