I haven't been here in years only because it's sort of off the beaten path for me now because I moved. I had a nickel burger, which is a small version of the regular burger and it was so delicious. I can't even tell you. It's the best burger I've had like in years except for mine and the french fries which I don't need to eat were absolutely crispy and delicious and my Diet Coke was tangy and yummy too. Everybody loved their food. We had great service. Her name is Gabriela and she was so helpful so nice kept up with conversation laughed. She was just great. There were some other servers there that looked like they were doing the same thing. It was a great experience and I'm not gonna wait so long to go back the next time. The mac & cheese was an average kids mac. The fish sandwich was pretty good. I like my sweet potato fries with a glaze or powder sugar or atleast fried crispy. Will most definitely be going back for those. I would have given it 5 stars, however I feel that management failed every single patron and employee while we were there. How and why? The why is because of a couple of what came across as self entitled customers. The first set was two adults and I believe 6 children, ranging from ages 4-12. If you have ever been to Pappa's, there's a huge sign in parking lot that says 'Entrance Only' and the exist out of the parking lot is on the other side of the building. It is not a very wide driveway. And it sports it's own 'Exit Only' sign. What do this peeps do? They park on the car exit driveway. Most cars were able to exit, however, as we were leaving ourselves, there was a Hummer(wide vehicle) trying to figure out how to leave because the big SUV was blocking the exit driveway. The manager did peaked out the door before we left and did nothing about it when he should have done something about it. The second set of customers sat at the other larger table as they were a party of 6(4 adults and 2 children). The smaller child was in a big stroller and a high chair was brought to them before their food came out. Instead of leaving the stroller where it was, where there was plenty of room, behind the high chair, the young mother moved the stroller in to the other side of the table in front of the door, one of the two doors that serve as exits. Once again management did nothing about it. If a fire Marshall would have come In, they would have most likely observed that having a stroller in front of one of the only two exits available posed a fire hazard for evacuation in case of an emergency inside the restaurant. This is clearly the place to be on a Friday night! Come early if you intend on having a weekend dinner because the parking lot fills up quickly, and the place gets packed. If you're going to dine at Pappas burgers, you must get a milkshake. The peanut butter and Oreo milkshakes were the stars of the show. The veggie burgers are of better quality here than most places. The patties are homemade, and they use almonds and cranberries. Pro tip: we switched out the mozzarella cheese with pepper jack cheese and added fresh jalapenos! Each burger comes with a side, and our waitress recommended we do half fries and half onion rings. The portions of the sides are also humongous, so plan to share or have leftovers. While we largely enjoyed our experience dining here, a big pain point was the temperature of the food. Our mozzarella bites and fried pickles/jalapenos were room temperature at best. Fried food should be served nice and hot! And beware of the salt content in the food - the fried pickles had too much, the fries and mozzarella bites had none. read more

For my starter I ordered the wings (bare) with sauce on the side. When we sat down, a waiter approached to confirm our order and ask us what we wanted to drink. I don't really understand the point of this kind of service.. but our waiter was polite so I went with it. Our food took way way way too long to come out. I had to go to the counter and ask how much longer it would be, as I had a meeting I was going to miss. They apologized for the wait and the food came out shortly after. The food itself was delicious.... the price for the food was NOT. I am not sure if I will be back to pay $25+ for a burger and fries.
