Love pappy's and am soooo thankful they were able to accommodate our dogs as we were desperately trying to move them from a horrible boarding facility.

I dropped the class in September 2025 & began working weekly with Shawn. Shawn was unfamiliar with the sport BUT she's worked with Shelties & knows the gentleness of my breed. Her method of fear free training & positive reinforcement was exactly what I needed. She provided effective training solutions based on my individual needs to build my confidence. Attended my 1st flyball tournament in March 2026 & was amazing!!! I completed the pattern multiple times with a box loader, spectators, & running against a dog in the other lane. The best part is that I'm not afraid of the game but truly enjoy it now. So many people congratulated Mommy on my improvement. My improvement & joy of the sport is all due to working with Shawn & her dog, Ollie. We're so grateful to Shawn for her dedication & commitment to help her clients put their best paw forward. Shawn is truly an amazing trainer & wonderful to work with. We love her!!!! Monte Galvan

I first signed up with my superstar, Nutmeg, because I wanted her to pass obedience classes with clear goals and criteria. Once we wrapped up obedience, we jumped right into agility. She absolutely loves it (and so do I!). Agility has been such a fun way to bond, keep her active, and challenge her brain. She even competes in agility league and lights up when she's performing for her Zoom Room friends. With the support of the trainers, Nutmeg has also earned her Canine Good Citizen and several trick titles. When we adopted Chowder, our rescue pup, I wasn't sure how he'd take to classes. But the instructors made it such a positive experience that he thrived--within a year, he earned his own Canine Good Citizen and trick dog title. Now our newest addition, Pepper, is working her way through classes. She's a little shy compared to the other two, but the instructors have been so patient and gentle with her. They really know how to encourage nervous dogs while also keeping up with high-energy dogs like Nutmeg. Every week, I see her making progress. On top of group classes, Zoom Room also offers private lessons, a private gym, AKC testing, and even space rentals for dog parties. We've used the gym time to practice agility and give the dogs a chance to explore in a low-stress environment--it's such a great option. If you're looking for a place that combines training, fitness, fun, and community for you and your dog, I can't recommend Zoom Room Plano enough.

Our daily routines involved, what we called, "the prisoner exchange," moving one dog inside and the other outside repeatedly so they did not fight. We believed in Leo and William and knew that they could make each other's lives so much richer with the right support and knowledge. When I called Karma for training options, I was told they had the perfect trainer for our situation and that the trainer could come live with us for ten days. Enter - Kai Whitmore - the man, the myth, the legend. I was very hopeful, but skeptical that my pups could get along, however, Kai got to know each of them individually, understood their strengths and weaknesses, and built up their basic skills that would be helpful when they interacted. Within days, Kai had the boys hanging out together in the backyard and the house. Shortly thereafter, they were playing together, napping together, and bonding over their mutual desire to keep our yard cat-free. Now a mere two weeks later, they are co-existing most of the day, though we do give them breaks because it is still so new. Not only did Kai work his magic with the dogs, but he also provided our family the support and confidence we needed to ensure Leo and William's friendship continues to progress and to keep them both continually learning new skills or sharpening old ones. We know within a matter of weeks, we will be living with both dogs on the same schedule and in the same spaces as we have always wanted. Kai believed in the dogs and believed in us. We couldn't have dreamed of a better result. And despite the length of this review, I can't find the words that truly express the gratitude and admiration I have for Kai as both a dog trainer and human being. If you are fortunate enough to meet Kai, or have the benefit of him helping with your dog training, just start thanking him out the gate to get ahead of it.

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.
