I was told it would take 2 hours and so I left. I came back after 2 hours and a half and I saw my car parked. Walked inside and I was told "they are still working on it" , weird, I saw it parked not being worked at all. I said I will wait for it and just then I get told the guys are going on break cause they have been working for 5 hours or something. I waited 2 of those hours for my car so I guess I get to wait a few more. I know their time is important but as my only day off I didn't want to spend half my day there so I took my car and left. No apology, no sorry you could not wait, zero. If you do not want to give discounts , easy, don't send coupons. If you had said 3 hours, I would have plan accordingly. I guess I sould look somewhere else. It just felt like they didn't care.

What really stood out was what happened next--I asked how much I owed him, and he told me there was no charge. That level of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Santa Maria Penske delivered the correct cap and gave us an overview on how the truck worked and told us there was an issue with the driver door causing it to read the parking brake on. not an air ride so really really really rough ride. there was glass in the box that had not been swept up and it took 2 muscle guys pulling and pushing hard as a team to get the ramp pulled out and pushed back in. really crappy truck and not sure I would ever rent Penske again... and never ever from San Leandro.

I enjoyed being able to get a quote and schedule the visit with Mr Dent all via text messages. That worked well. Mr Dent arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly set to work on my car. The dent was a small one -- fingertip-sized -- and Mr Dent was able to completely eliminate it! I'd sent him an initial photo of the damage via text for a quote (the same image attached here) and he quoted 80% improvement was likely. Well, I call the repair 100%. It's great! Of course, there's still damage to the PPF, but that's the point: it saves the paint. I'll probably replace the PPF after a few more snags and dings on the protective layer. While Mr Dent was here, he noticed another minor door ding style dent on the front, driver-side fender. It was subtle, but clearly there once you knew to look for it. He ended up fixing that one as well for no extra cost. Impressive! Overall, working with Mr Dent went smoothly, resulted in a very nice repair to my car, and didn't break the bank. I hope I never get any more dents in my car. But, if I do, I'll have Mr Dent come over straight away!

Care was taken to make sure there was no preload or tension in my system as it was clamped down, and the quad tips were perfectly aligned.
