Last night I went with my family and friends to celebrate my sister's birthday, everyone was so exited as we get very few chance to chill out with friends . But our happiness started fading , starting from service time, the small portions and non responsiveness pissed all of us. Can you believe they served nans and roti 10-15 min before curry. Once our appetizer was on table they informed us half of their biryani is out , I am talking about 7:30PM on Sunday , is it to late guys. Half order was on table And funny joke was briyani order took 45 mins to arrive ( how it's biryani point then) by then 5 of our friends when done with their vegetarian food. All curries look like same gravy and I will not say bad in taste but was not good too. Request you guys to Please do not decide to go if you are expecting good price, good timely service and good. This is the best biriyani place in California! We love the taste- very authentic. Chicken tangri, Chettinadu Chicken are other favorites after the awesome goat biriyani. To other reviewers: Biriyani is supposed to be cooked with goat. If you're disappointed eating veg and chicken biriyani, I'm not surprised! It's same as drinking mango lassi made from pineapple! The moment we entered in paradise biryani, I went into a flashback of the place back in Hyderabad, India. There was a waiting time of 25 min before we could get to our table. Food was delicious, servers were attentive and helpful, service was quick, Bollywood clips were excellent (in my unsophisticated opinion). The bowls they use are meant to be artsy, but for some of the dishes, it makes them prone to tipping over. I'm not a clumsy person, but I toppled my very fully stacked biryaani while trying to move it closer to my face (to move it faster into my stomach). Went on a Sunday noon. First of all the staff was rude. It is ok to say no to a requested table, but there is a way to say it. You cant say a blunt NO like slapping on someone's face. Ordered chili chicken, chicken chettinad, goat dum biriyani. Seriously none of this was good. The biriyani was flavorless. The food is really good, but for the price you pay the quantity is tooo small. I always get the paper tikka masala and the hubby loves the boneless chicken biryani. I would order to go since the service is terrible, they have 4 waiters that never check on you, you have to flag them down. came here last Friday and thought what my friends and I ordered were okay. We ordered a rice dish with chicken and a curry dish, garlic & butter nan and the mango lassi. Finally found a legit dum biryani place in the valley (I dislike other styles of biryani). The quality is really high but so is their doordash delivery fee and they have had to call me about my order being sold out. If the fee wasn't so high I would consider ordering it regularly. I know it's been a pretty hard time for any business in this tough times(during pandemic), we've been traveled almost 35 miles to eat here. But it was completely a disastrous experience which I ever had at any restaurant in USA. We ordered chettinad chicken curry spicy, I make 10times better than this at home. So this week I picked up paradise biryani pointe at artesia! So I ordered their chicken biryani , the haryali Kebabs, Chicken gongura , bhagaray baingain. Their biryani is the best , no wonder it's called biryani pointe. Haryali kebabs had a good presentation and the taste was ok too. Chicken gongura was not good. Bhagaray baingan were amazing out of all the dishes I ordered. Their naan(bread) was soft and very tasteful. Their service was quick and ambience was ok too. I would rate them at 6.5/10. This is one of the best places in atresia. The staff used to be so apathetic which i liked it. This is one of better Indian restaurants in the area. We usually never go out to eat Indian (we cook it better at home), but when we do, Paradise is one of the only places that offers a fulfilling experience! At least the dishes that we've tried have been very flavorful. Our usual order is the boneless chicken dum biryani (not sure if it's authentic, but it's really good), the chicken 65 and then we get either a Chinese dish or a curry. Their chili garlic noodles were so close to the taste of Chinese back home, that we ordered another one to go. I think this is definitely one of the better biryanis in SoCal. It's spicy, just the way we like it. The rice is fluffy and separate from the masala just like a typical biryani. Although I'm more partial to the Chettinad style biryanis, Paradise still is one of my favorites! Hard to go wrong here. The service was good too, no complaints there. What's more- the prices are great and they even offer Indian wine and beer for $4-8 a glass! Good indian food and decent biryani. We tried chicken biryani, lamb biryani, vegetable biryani and chicken tikka masala. Food was good and flavorful. It was a packed sunday afternoon and service was bad. It took nearly 40 mins to get the food and we did have to call the server multiple times for services. We could smell the rice and it was like regular rice. There was no biryani or basmati rice smell. All of us felt like this is just an average Indian food place. read more

We regularly bought biriyani for the past 5 years and the taste was very good those days .But recently there are a lot of changes. They have reduced the quantity of biryani in the to go order. Previously two of us could share the biriyani because the Biryani filled till the lid. But now, only one person can eat it as they reduced the quantity. They are also mixing boneless biriyani and bone in biriyani in to go orders! In boneless biriyani they have reduced the chicken pieces considerably and they are filling the fried pieces with batter and not chicken to make it look big! An illusion to trick us that there are chicken prices lol but with no chicken and just batter! And it also does not come as a surprise that the kitchen quality score is very low compared to the safety restaurant standard. So I really doubt if we are going to buy biriyani from this restaurant any more. I hope the management changes or they revamp their kitchen quality and the quality of food!! read more

Great food but HORRIBLE management and so unorganized. Food takes forever to come out. But the food is so good sometimes it's worth it. I ordered online delivery through Uber eats (I was pleasantly surprised to find them on there) and they accepted my order and 10 minutes later cancelled it - which to be honest I was not very surprised and expected it knowing the kind of management here. We ordered butter chicken, first time chicken was rotten- returned for a new one. Second time rotten. Manager comes after we are about to leave. Even then no question about why it tastes rotten. Just takes it off the bill! How sweet! No questions asked.
