I 100% recommend this jazzy swanky style bar/restaurant. It is black and brass and is very chic. The service was superb. Unfortunately we did not eat. We just went in for cocktails and we had such a great time. The bartenders were excellent and let's just start with the entrance their hostess. Jesmery was absolutely stunning with a great personality and extremely charming. We felt like we were transported to the 30s. #BestTimeEver.

We had dinner at Parchetto's once and really enjoyed it. I'd heard they also serve a great Sunday brunch, so we decided to stop by one Sunday morning. The brunch menu had plenty of good options, plus some fun cocktails to choose from. We went with the Lamb Burger and the off-menu special, Chilaquiles--and of course, a few mimosas. My wife loved the Chilaquiles, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, my order got mixed up and I was served a cheeseburger instead of the Lamb Burger. That said, the cheeseburger was still excellent, juicy, and well-seasoned, with crisp produce, a soft bun, and perfectly cooked fries. The waiter was very apologetic and offered to fix the mistake right away. I decided to just keep the cheeseburger, and as a courtesy, the owner kindly covered our cocktails. A classy gesture that was much appreciated. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated, with friendly service and an inviting atmosphere. To top it off, a live jazz band was playing during brunch, which made the experience even better. I'm not sure how long they'll have live music on Sundays, but I definitely recommend checking this place out for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch. I'll certainly be back. Who knows, maybe I'll see you there.

We just walked in after going to the Sensorio. There was no wait. It was 9:00pm already. We ordered the salmon dish and the beet salad. The dishes looked beautiful. Compliments to the chef they tasted very good too. I loved the beets. I loved the mashed potatoes and the yams in the salmon dish. The sauce in this dish was very delicious. The yams seemed to be mixed with agave. That gave them a very unique flavor

Best brunch experience in Paso Robles to date. We were invited to check out the jazz trio from a local friend and the group was fantastic. I ordered the crab cakes benedict, two gigantic mounds of crab, perfectly cooked eggs and the sauce was perfect, compliments to the chef. My wife loved the Moqueca - Brazillian seafood stew, flavor was amazing. If we lived closer, we would be regulars for the food, service and jazz here.

We are fans of Il Cortile so naturally wanted to try Parchetto as well, food was delicious ---fried calamari: I'm always scared to order calamari at restaurants but they make a light breading that's not too heavy! ---seared scallops: cooked well with yummy sauces on the plate! ---Chilean sea bass: perfectly cooked, the sauce was lick your plate good, just thought the portion was small for the price ---lamb shank: also very good and made me realize I like lamb shank way more than lamb chops ---chocolate "tart:" more like a cake or torte, was hoping for a tart Great place for special occasions and a great addition to downtown!

The service was top notch! The food was delicious and great portions. Our server was super sweet and on top of it. Shoutout to Reese for the best service and hospitality. The ambiance was perfect for our anniversary.

We had a great meal at Parchetto while visiting family. The steak filet with scalloped potatoes was magnificent. One of the best tasting steaks we have had in a long time. Servers were super nice and did an excellent job. Good drinks from the bar and a very good Creme Brûlée dessert as well. We will be back next time we are in town.

This restaurant took over Hemingway's Steakhouse in 2024. I'm a little sadden by it because I was a fan of Hemingway's. Nonetheless, I made reservations for a Friday night in March and there were plenty of availability. I was pretty shocked to see how empty the restaurant was, but for some reason, the whole town of Paso wasn't busy at all this weekend. We decided to order the calamari to start, pork chop saltimbocca, duck breast with a side of risotto. They give you bread and imported Santino Olive Oil to snack on while your food is being prepared. The calamari came out and it was a nice sized portion. However, we find that it was a bit on the oily side and notice that some of the batter was a little undercooked. That would explain why some pieces tasted like it was soaked in oil. I was not a fan of the batter as it reminded me of the same batter used on fried clams. It would have been nice if it was fried a little longer so that you get that crunch. The marinara, however, was very good. It definitely made the calamari palatable. The mains came out and presentation was very nice. I'm not a fan of duck because of the livery and irony taste it gives up, except if it's cooked like the Chinese Peking or Roast duck. So I can't really comment on that, but my wife sure liked it though. The side of risotto she ordered was very good. It was nice and creamy and flavorful. One of the better ones I've had in a long time. The pork chop was overly salted. Even though it came with a sauce, it was the pork chop itself that was the salty part. The sauce was seasoned fine. I thought that the pork chop was a little bit overcooked. I usually like my pork chop with slight a pinkness to it. One other thing I want to mention is that the knife I was given to cut my chop with was dull as heck. It shouldn't take that much force to slice through a piece of meat. Service on the other hand was fantastic. I have nothing but a great experience with the staff.

2 of us had this fabulous Salmon dish. The veggies were cooked perfect.

Had a fabulous Birthday dinner here last night. Service was top notch. Our server, Jennifer was very attentive and so nice. Our food was absolutely incredible. We had the salmon dish, pork chop and fish soup. Brought me a coffee brûlée with a candle. So delicious. This place is a bit pricey, but we felt for a special event it was worth it. We will definitely come back. We all felt that when we walked in, it was like we were walking into a San Francisco downtown restaurant. So beautiful!

I returned to Parchetto yesterday and I am happy to say that it was great. Our food was delicious and well prepared and plated and portions reflected the prices meaning good value. Service was spot on. The improvement since they first opened was very noticeable. I'm pleased to recommend this place now.

The food service was so slow. The waitress was not friendly whatsoever & even forgot my extra order of mashed potatoes. I wil say the food was prepared well & tasted delicious. We ordered the calamari which was fried perfectly, a steak and some veggies. It was not busy when we arrived but, packed when we left. Just extremely disappointed in the service & quality of service since we got there before the crowd which should have made the food service take less time. Took 20 min to get even a drink. Over 45 to get appetizer. Finished my entire bottle of wine before the main meal arrived. Definitely not worth going back for me based on the total experience.

Ambiance- 5/5 Surprisingly chic for the small town Service- 5/5 Attentive and professional Food- 4/5 Burrata/ tomato special appetizer was good except for the strip of bacon on top... always a fan of bacon but this did not seem to fit the dish. The duck croquettes were over fried but the inside was delicious and chock full of actual duck and not just fillers. The sea bass and pork chop were cooked perfectly.

We are local and happy with this new restaurant. Lovely service. Cocktails amazing. Update: over the top! Our meal was amazing. My new favorite place. I hate to share however they deserve this.

Not a far stretch, it was around 7 blocks away from our hotel. The front is adorned in BOLD LETTERS - STEAKHOUSE. I saw it as we drove by, and I knew we'd be going there. The current place has a kind of "cowboy" theme. It isn't too in your face, very subtle. We sat down and water and a nice loaf of bread with salted butter were quickly provided. The bread was very good, nice crust, nice and warm, and the salted butter (salt on top of the butter) was very tasty. The waiter offered a bottle of wine which wasn't on the wine list - a Jordan Cabernet (in PASO???? Jordan is a Napa Valley winery - ZOUNDS!) from 2021, so I jumped at the chance for that! My wife and I both ordered their 7 ounce filet, medium rare, she with the Broccolini and myself with the carrots. After dinner, I ordered a chocolate tort, which was very tasty. The important stuff: The steaks were cooked and seasoned properly and were delicious and tender. The sides were delicious. The service was excellent. What's not to like?

I opted for an espresso martini, perfect to keep the night going since we had a dinner reservation a little bit later. After the espresso tini my boyfriend and I shared another cocktail and also got a side of broccolini to snack on, because what says bar snack like broccolini? Would definitely come back here to try out the dinner menu, and of course for drinks again!

And I am so embarrassed to have recommended this restaurant to dozens of people. We raved to our friends about this place and this burger in particular. So, when we traveled with them to Paso Robles this week, we took them there on Thursday night. We passed on having the Wagyu 8 oz. burger and fries at In Bloom (Michelin listed) the night before in anticipation of this burger. Service was abysmal. We sat for quite some time with no service. My wife went in and asked where our server was? Finally, a woman showed up and said our waiter would be with us shortly. Sometime later, a friendly waiter arrived. He was obviously new, under-trained, and spread too thin. He was very personable, but our drinks sat on the bar for a long time and my wife had to go in and ask if she could take then. "No, the waiter will bring them out." Meanwhile, our friends were sipping on their drinks. We got our appetizers and then ordered our meals. The food came quickly, maybe too quickly, and I noticed no egg yolk oozing out (it was halved for us in the kitchen) and the burger overall was much thinner than the last time and the arugula was so wet under the patty. So, we ate a couple bites of it and it just did not taste right. I opened it up to find a baked or boiled grey patty with no crispy bacon wrapping. The bacon was soft, I mean boiled soft and was a small lump on top of the burger patty, not even close to crispy. More like a damp towel. The avocado was sliced but not spread out, so stuck on the left side. The egg was hard cooked with a solid yolk. No pepper to be found. I showed the waiter who was stunned. He thought we were kidding. The manger came out, looked at it, asked what we wanted to do. I was a bit surprised given the wreck that this burger was and said I don't know, what do you want to do? He said the chef wasn't there but took the plate back to the kitchen. He came back and said the chef (wait, he wasn't there) was surprised and said it was not right. The chef (if he was there) should have headed straight out to us and apologized. So, the manager took the burger off the bill but left the same horrible burger ($22) on our friend's bill. I should not have to tell a manager how to fix such a mess and disaster of a meal and service. I hope they fix their kitchen, whoever is checking food at the pass, and the service or they will be another casualty to the restaurant business in Paso. Sorry I had to write this as I rarely post negative reviews in order to not hurt a business and their employees.

There's also a breakfast restaurant which I went to for take-out coffee (the coffee maker in the room made weak coffee). Also, a steakhouse which we did not visit but is also recently renovated and looks nice. Service at the hotel was professional and friendly. The only downside of the hotel is that we were so busy with activities that we did not get to take full advantage of the hotel offerings.

The room we stayed in was clean and the bathroom was so spacious! Plenty of counter space. The one…read moredifficulty we had was with the remote for the heating/air conditioning unit. The instructions posted on the wall do not match the buttons on the remote. We ended up doing a web search for the unit's instruction manual. That's pretty sad. These things should be more intuitive. We liked having a fridge and microwave in the room. The downside to our room was that it was on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our things up the stairs since there was no elevator. Do ask for a ground floor if you want to avoid walking up stairs. I became more mindful of these details in recent years when husband suffered from shortness of breath and had a challenging time doing stairs. The property looks nice with several different buildings surrounding a center common grassy lawn area with curved walkways & mini bridge next to their herb garden and koi pond. There are little fish and some ginormous ones in their koi pond. There is also a pool at the rear of the property. It was easy to find parking near our room. The grounds look lovely from your room or from a distance. But we noticed dog poop on the grass when we wanted to walk over to one of the sofas in the grassy area. BE CAREFUL when walking on the grassy parts. People who bring pets here are not mindful about cleaning up after their pets. This is in stark contrast to our stay at Cambria Shores Inn during the previous days (a pet friendly hotel with lots of little dogs staying and no dog poop messes in the outdoor common areas). I guess the pet owners who stay at Cambria Shores Inn are more respectful than the ones who stay here at Paso Robles Inn. Another thing about the outdoor seating is that they look great from a distance, but their uncleanliness can be seen once you walk closer. They were dirty and there was even one set of sofas that had poop on them. It's as if the hotel staff does not go around and wipe the cushions down each day (which I have seen hotel staff do at other hotels and it truly makes a difference). It looks like a nice place to sit & relax outside, but doesn't really work out that way in practice. Hotel is conveniently located near shops & restaurants. The one challenge is crossing Spring St. which is way busier than I ever imagined it to be before booking a room here. LOL The downtown area is pleasant, and you don't need to drive anywhere unless you're visiting a nearby winery.
