This place shows off a nice selection online but when you go in person, it has little selection. Was it a result of demand? I doubt it. Been several times, different times of the day from early morning, noon, afternoon and evening and often see certain items not there even. I've been tracking the almond croissant tray since it is my favorite pastry and I've never seen it. Was told they sell out. How many do they make? 1 a day? Lol. Either way we enjoy the savory pastries so that is what we usually get. Keep it mind you will receive it cold like any Asian bakery, so not a place you can pop in. This place is self-serve but you're still asked to leave a tip when checking out (for ... doing your job??) Prices are not reasonable at all. I don't know why I keep going back. The staff makes so many mistakes constantly. I have not placed an order in person or online that was done correctly. Even the lady's order before me was wrong. I've received the wrong slice of cake and didn't know until I was all the way home. I've ordered two lattes but paid for three. I always order decaf but I received caffinated. This last time on Saturday, September 27th I wanted to use my free medium latte with purchase. The employee insisted that he knew what he was doing and used my point instead of the offer. I asked to speak to the manager (who wasn't the manager) and she could not help me saying she hasn't been trained on this. I asked her to call someone who can help. She did. She also printed my receipt and took a photo of it. Honestly, how can the Allen location be such a mess yet the Frisco location gets it right? This was my first time at this establishment, I walked in to find workers cleaning or restocking and didn't ask me if I needed help or had any questions. I ended up going to the counter to find out how things work. After receiving the guidance I picked out my items and went back to the counter to pay for my items. I handed the cashier cash and she gave me my change. She then, with the same clothes she used to take my cash and make change, proceeded to pack my items and touching things I'd rather her not to... it was a germaphobes nightmare. I had to ask her not to touch anything else bc her gloves are dirty after touching the register the money and now touching my items. I'm disappointed that after bringing it to the young ladies attention that she did not change her gloves. I will not be returning here! read more

Just really not great. The food is very average. Not horrible but nothing special at all. The most notable thing is the apathetic employees. I've been twice now. They croissant are a bit chewy not as fluffy and fresh as other locations but still have a good variety and location.

We love Paris Baguette! This location is so clean and bright. All the pastries are so tasty! King cream donut, strawberry croissant, and ham & cheese croissant being our favs. The cakes are great too, a nice/refreshing change from the heavy, ultra sweet American cakes. These are light, slightly sweet, soft cakes that are delicious! I can't go with our getting an iced coffee! Yum! read more

Glad to see it finally open but I find this location certainly not up to Paris Baguette standards. Ordered a matcha latte and I can see the lady struggling to figure out how to make one. Ended up with a super sweet matcha latte so I told the lady at the counter. Her response was golden. "Oh I'm sorry I can have her remake a non sweetened one since all our drinks are pretty sweet". I guess they only serve diabetic and non sweetened. Just left and didn't want to waste my time with another experimental trainee cup. Really disappointed with the service. Wish they spend more money on training than making the store look nice. Sticking to Carrollton location. Threw my cup away the minute I walk out of the door. First I had heard of this bakery. Was in the area and googled as I was trying to find one. In a busy area, was easy to get in the parking lot, but not so easy to get out of and it was around 10:45am. I didn't have time to look to see if an easier way to get back out on Stacy Rd. Maybe there is. Variety of items well stocked. I was just trying to find a special piece of cake to take to someone I was meeting for lunch. The person later said it was delicious. It was the strawberry with light crème. I looked over the pastries, but the cake was all I purchased. Will go back to try some. Employees behind the counter seemed nice, the only thing I noticed that should be addressed by management is how they are utilizing the gloves they had on. Handling food with the gloves and everything else too, serves no purpose. I would prefer they always use tongs or disposable papers to place the items from the consumers trays when adding them to bags or boxes. I just happened to notice that while waiting my turn to check out. I hope the employees working in the back who are preparing the food are using the gloves correctly. I didn't notice the pictures inside referencing Allen as someone commented about, but definitely feel like decor should all represent Paris. read more

I was so excited to potentially have a French bakery near my house, but It's just another Asian bakery. Half the baked goods are mochi donuts or milk breads. Everything is much too sweet, even the croissants. Oh, and there are no baguettes. I guess it's fine if you like Mozart bakery (definitely not German ) or 85 degrees. read more

food was very good. however the entire experience was almost completely ruined by extremely slow cashiers. there was a long line becuase there was only one cashier for a while. then when the second one came and we finally reached the front of the line (about 20-30 ft) he took about three to four minutes to ring up a few pastries and a coupe drinks. read more

Paris Baguette is so delicious! The food there is all really tasty and perfect for any meal! The drinks are amazing as well! The iced chai latte is a personal favorite of mine! All of the workers are super sweet and friendly. It's a cute pastry shop with lots of seating for studying or enjoying a little treat with a friend. Definitely check it out! read more
