Finally Paris Baguette is back in Arcadia!! Missed Paris Baguette when they left the Santa Anita mall. That one will always be the best. This location is a bit interesting. Right next to condos this mini shopping area has ramen next door, and another empty store waiting to be filled and Starbucks in the back. So right now there's plenty of parking spaces in morning 9am. This location looks a bit cramped than the one in San Gabriel and Chino Hills but still offers all the usuals. Btw, the 6 pack croissants are annoying.. they all fall out once you try to pick up the tray with the tongs. I think the bakery items are still being worked here (it's been warmer here in southern Cali for December might also affect oven temp), we just had Paris Baguette from Pleasanton they have fresher tasting croissants and use more cream in their almond croissant, this location baked items are is still good. But something is a bit off. Anyways everything is still new here workers, equipment, be patient and I'm sure they'll find the magic. Thank you for opening in Dec 2024! I do enjoy Paris Baguette but first time to this location and was disappointed. Counters needed wiping down and staff was indifferent at best. My iced latte was made to my liking but the sandwich was not warmed all the way through. Maybe they're short-staffed but they need someone to be zhuzhing the place because it wasn't even busy at 11:30am. read more

Please provide customer service training to staff. Customer service 101, smile and greet customer. Most importantly, say "Thank you and see you next time" after customers made purchases. Basic customer etiquette is missing. Even the food quality is good, customer service is bad will turn the customer to another bakery. read more

I came to this location today at like 9 am. It is a small location compared to like the monrovia or san gabriel locations. I didn't really know what I wanted to get today since most of the bread were not fresh and looked burnt probably from reheat from yesterday's batch. I've been here a few times since they've opened and each time I've been here the pastries/breads I've gotten have been stale. I arrive early enough, stopping by around 8am to grab some sustenance before I go to work. I would think that the pastries would taste freshly baked since it's still pretty early and not the end of the day but that just wasn't the case. Instead, the cream donuts, croissants, etc., were hard and dry and they really skimp out on the cream in the donut. Some of the baked goods tasted like leftovers from the previous day. Also, they are pricey. Some of there pastries are pretty much finger sized and probably can be polished off in a couple bites and yet they're charging at least $3 or more for them which is kind of unreasonable. I can just go to a mom and pop donut shop and get a freshly baked donut that's at least the size of the palm of my hand and it will be at least half the price of what's offered here. So, is the quality good enough price wise? Not if you end up with something stale which has been my experiences here so far. Other than the pricey, stale baked goods, the service is cordial. Location and space is pretty small though. So is there shared parking lot which by the looks of it will be difficult to find parking now that the Ramen restaurant has opened. Still, glad they've opened a location and in Arcadia which is closer. But it's just not up to par taste wise especially when it comes to freshness compared to their other locations and other bakeries in the area. read more

Paris Baguette is a well-known Korean bakery with a massive presence across East Asia, including China. It's owned by a large food conglomerate in Korea. So when I heard they were opening a location in Arcadia, I was really excited, since this was my first time trying Paris Baguette in the US. Unfortunately, while everything looked fantastic, the taste was really disappointing. Given how standardized Paris Baguette's recipes are, the fact that the products here fall short makes me think the staff just needs more training. I assume the staff in K-Town are better trained so the owners of this location should get help ASAP. I really hope they improve, because Arcadia has a large Asian demographic, and customers here will definitely notice the disparity in quality. Please improve! read more

I love this bakery it's super cute!! I recommend the coffee cronut (croissant donut) it tastes so good I get it every time. This place it such a vibe and I'll definitely come here to study! The matcha frappe personally isn't sweet enough for me but if you like drinks that aren't too sweet then I'm sure you'll like it. read more

I used to really enjoy this place when it first opened but during my most recent visit I was shocked to see multiple flies inside the bread display landing directly on the breads. It grossed me out and I let the manager know before leaving but she just looked surprised and didn't respond or show any concern. The lack of hygiene and poor response from the manager have made me think twice about coming back. read more

I love Paris Baguette and am excited it's so close to me, waking distance! The workers are so nice too. I want this franchise to stay in our community as long as possible which is why I'm bringing this up now so the franchise can correct itself. I bought a baguette recently and the price is advertised as $3.69; however when I paid I was charged $4.09. I inquired at the counter why the charge is $4.09 and was told it was the sales tax. I didn't argue, but it is not true because sales tax in Arcadia is 10.25%. In addition, the other food items are not charged a sales tax. Even so, when you back out the additional charge from the advertised price of $3.69, the "sales tax" comes out to 10.84%. Either fix the advertised price or correct the charge in the register. The community is vigilant about honest pricing so I hope this gets corrected. read more

This Paris Baguette is way better than San Gabriel location where I kept on having bad experience. This location in Arcadia is smaller but the workers are way more friendly. For my iced latte, I asked the girl for half the sugar and easy on milk. She was kind enough to ask if I wanted any modification in case I didn't like the taste but yes the coffee was perfection. Came in for a coffee and a mocha latte. Waited 10 minutes in line to place our order. Once we placed our order we waited 15 minutes, and still no drinks. We noticed everyone that was in line behind us, bought pastries and received their drink orders. We asked about our drinks and they didn't have our order! The cashier asked us what we ordered because they didn't have a clue! The cashier offered to make our drinks if we wanted to wait some more. After waiting 25 minutes, we asked for our money back! This store also doesn't sell bread unsliced and you can't order it either. I thought Paris Baguette was a bakery, my mistake. There was no one in line and I only needed to pay for a bag of toast. 3 employees were just chatting amongst themselves and leaving me standing there like non-existent. One of the smallest Paris Baguette shops in the area and it has only 4 small tables. Because it is so new and small the cashier counter is also used as working area to wrap the finished pastries. However some of the finished pastries (wrapped-such as the breads and unwrapped-such as the fruity danish) are placed in the rolling rack without the plastic curtains lowered or covered and this rolling rack is placed in middle of the hallway to the bathrooms. I always order a large americano with a small oat milk on the side. The man who took my was extremely slow. Red was running around everywhere, restocking, greeting, and getting everything in order. The tall guy took my order but he took an awful long time. He made my americano wrong and when I asked him to redo it, it tasted wrong still. Both times when he made my drink he took 5-7 minutes. When Red took over the line she was able to ring everyone up and do drinks at the same time. When she was cleaning tables and checking up on costumers I told her about my americano she apologized and remade me drink within seconds and it tasted normal. Another day Red was not working and this guy was. He has terrible costumer service. I've told Red before to speak to the manager about it and there's no change. I can't believe a worker could still work here. Please hold all workers accountable for their work. Some are clearly lacking causing others to work 2x as hard. read more
