Do not order from this Paris Baguette. We ordered multiple mini sandwich trays and pre-paid for the order a week in advance. On the day of, we arrived to pick up the sandwiches and they said that they did not have our order and the sandwich maker had gone home. They said that they could not give us a refund at the time as the manager was not there. The following day, we called regarding the refund and they said that they did not know how to work the refunds. After many calls and emails back and forth, they said that they had issued the refund and sent a confirmation email. However, the confirmation did not have our name or information and they had refunded the wrong person. We emailed and called again, however we have not been successful with having the refund issued. It has been a headache and we are still waiting for a refund. read more

I don't often come to Paris baguette, but when I do, I usually only come for their cakes. Today, I decided to get their food item. I got the avocado turkey sandwich. It's light and refreshing. For me, the portion was good and it filled me up pretty quickly. Since it's still early in the morning, when I had gone, there were a lot of pastries and baked goods. Upon arrival, it's very clean and organized. Service was great. The gentleman that rang up my order was very quick and efficient. The young lady who saw me carrying two coffee cups asked if I needed cupholders and she got it right away for me. Service was pretty quick and efficient. Staff members were attentive. I also opted out for the Korean Coffee Milk Tea. It tastes like a Vietnamese ice coffee however not as strong. Perfectly balanced in sweetness and coffee. read more

Such a cute bakery. I stumbled upon this location while driving lost in La Habra. Big corner store, with lots of space to look around. The pastries are always fresh and the fruit it's always sweet and fresh! I love how you can gather your own pastries and just in case they have a coffee bar on the way out! I love this Paris baguette location! I usually go to the other Fullerton one, but I realized this one is so much closer to me. We got some of their seasonal drinks, strawberry mint lemonade, milk and cereal frappe, and the peach Arnold Palmer and everything was amazing! They were super quick with the drinks too. All the workers are so friendly too, Savannah and Samantha were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Paris baguette location, can't wait to come back! read more

I walked in on a Sunday morning to get a cake for a birthday. All of the cakes looked amazing but eventually I went with the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake (Regular size). This cake was a big hit at the birthday party. Everyone complimented the great taste and how it was so light. They were able to add a Happy Birthday message on the side for us at no additional cost. We will most likely be using them for all of our cakes moving forward. read more

Overall, I would say that the service and quality at this Paris Baguette is much better than many of the other locations I have been to. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but the sweet cream latte was really good, and they toasted my pastry for me (i feel that this is the bare minimum for most bakeries, but i've never had this offered to me at any other paris baguette). The workers here are very kind and keep the place clean. It's definitely more of a grab-n-go or sit and chat type of place, as the seating is quite limited and tight, and the tables are a little low for doing work. read more

I had the best experience at this location that needs to be shared! They had such a wide selection of sweets and all were fresh and looked amazing. Ambiance and the store were super clean and welcoming. I got their limited Nutella pastry, strawberry cheesecake and a smoothie that cured my sweet tooth craving just right. I would give Paris Baguette 5 stars if they would be more reliable with having the Ham and cheese baguette available later in the day. I cant make it there in the am and 50 percent of the time they have sold out. They always seem to have plenty of the other types of sandwiches. Given the ham and cheese is a Jambon Beurre being the most famous sandwich in France I would think they would make more. read more

Ordered a Christmas Cake to celebrate Christmas Eve with my partner and was *not* at all disappointed. The cake itself was so lightweight and sweet with fresh strawberries and nothing was overwhelming. Had a very cute look to it and the store itself had so many wonderful baked goods to gawk at. The service was quick and efficient, a little silly that they asked if we needed birthday candles but that wasn't an issue-more of a courtesy. There's some inside seating and tables as well as a bathroom available. There is lots of free parking around the bakery. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was still packed! I love how the bakers were constantly baking even in the afternoon, so they brought out fresh batches of their pastries. The Three Cheese Bagel, made with cheddar, cream cheese, and mozzarella, had good flavor but the texture was much too hard. We were dining in and had it warmed up, yet the bread was still tough and the cheese inside had already hardened. Service was fine, but nothing stood out. Overall, great selection and a nice space, but the pastries we tried were inconsistent.

This was our first time coming to Paris Baguette. Our first impression upon walking in was that it looked so clean and well taken care of. We were a little overwhelmed with how many choices there were (not a bad thing), but Kristian was very helpful in explaining what the most popular items were. Everything looked so tasty, it was hard to choose. Once we got to the register, Lewis greeted us and was very friendly. He made conversation with us and was very efficient. There's A LOT of indoor seating but it's mainly set up for parties of 2. There is some outdoor seating available here as well and BATHROOMS are available inside. The lines can get long but it seems they're well aware of the demand and staff accordingly so it moves super quick (I was 9th in line and it took maybe... 5-10 minutes?) So many flavors to choose from it can be overwhelming but let me just tell you... Ohhh Dough is where it's at. And if you like coffee ice cream, the coffee chocolate chip is so good too. Both flavors were sweet but not too sweet. And portions are amazing. There is no indoor seating with just some benches in front. Most people either just stand around and eat or just walk around the plaza. Portions are big (the small here is like medium everywhere else). Definitely gonna be a go-to spot for me!

I've been to Handel's before and have always been happy with my ice cream, but this visit was a little disappointing. I ordered the banana split, and it really missed the mark. The nuts were heavily salted, and the salt completely overpowered the flavors of the ice cream, whipped cream, cherries, and pineapple. It was such a bummer because I had really been looking forward to a great banana split.
