They always take the time to answer my questions and recommend some of their favorites. Yesterday, Javier helped me with my order and he was incredibly nice and helpful. Well, up there with Porto's lol The cakes and pastries are so good! Takes me back to Paris, and the delicious pastries there. I've been here three times. And every time it's delicious. Last week, I stopped by on my lunch break. And sometimes I stop by in the morning on the way to work for a pastry. I love the blueberry cream cheese pastry so much. Pretty obsessed with it lol The parking situation sucks. I'm not gonna lie about that. I had to circle the parking lot like a hawk a few times to grab a spot! It's a crowded shopping center with not enough parking. But it's worth the fight for a parking spot, I promise you lol I've been here four times now and plan on coming back. I love the berry tart, cheesecake and so many of the pastries. I'm planning on picking up a cake here for an upcoming birthday. Oh boy they really are delicious. The shop is now nicely laid out, kept clean and organized, and is brightly lit. The employees are friendly and happy to answer questions and pack up purchases to customers' requests. All of the cases looked fully stocked and they have a decent menu for drinks. The shop is very nice and they have a couple of tables and chairs to sit at. To answer your question, is this similar to 85 degree bakery? It's is very similar with choosing pastries and varieties of cakes and drinks (hot and cold). Plenty of parking but can be pack during its peak times But the major difference are the macrons. Normally have to go far for decent macrons but it's very popular for this location. For Christmas we ordered three cakes. They are pretty delicious but what bothered me the most was the poor customer service. On Christmas Eve, it was pouring rain and we were taking the cakes to two different households. We asked for two plastic bag and the young lady said the management would only allow one plastic bag. Their policy was only one bag... Wait... we just spent $100 and they were skimping on the plastic bag? On a rainy day, pouring? Very hard to believe the management has a such a tight restriction that the worker are not able to make a reasonable decision to offer a plastic bag for my third cake. I all about running a tight ship and keeping the cost down but this reflect badly on the management. read more

I pre-ordered a salted caramel happy birthday cake same day and they said they could do it. It looked fine when recieved, but not 10 min later the piping on the cake was weak and the caramel so liquid it spilled everywhere destroying the happy birthday message. This was kept upright in the car and it was a cold day, I live just down the street. Terrible service here because they didnt allow for a refund, store credit, or cake exchange. I needed this same day so it was a disappointing, expensive waste of time. I went here because I thought the price meant quality. Horrible service, im never coming here again. I understand mistakes happen and just wanted to resolve, piping can't be perfect everytime right? Maybe they rushed it same day... The workers were nice, it was the manager's call. read more
