So - it is my belief that one of the purposes Yelp serves is to allow businesses to improve in areas where patrons feel improvement is needed. I often tell friends & family that if I were in the shoes of the business owners who receive negative reviews, I'd make it a point to read each one and address the ones that provide constructive criticism. Well, here it is folks - a PERFECT example of how to correctly utilize an online tool to improve your own business.... Mr. Tony Lee, manager of the business I criticized, wrote this in response to my Yelp: First of all, thank you for your business and your honest feedback. Your feedback helps me to make changes and make better environment for our store. As a manager of this store I really apologize for your unsatisfied experience with us. I will implement and try to come up with solution to the problems starting tomorrow 3/28/13. Things to be implemented are: 1. I will talk to the lady not to sit with her feet under her at the seating area. 2. I will make sure all the pastries do not touch the wooden tray. 3. I will work on customer trays not to touch the bottoms of each tray. I do understand that there are more problems to solve, please feel free to let us know so that I could improve the store. And please visit our store again and let us know if the solutions aren't satisfactory. I really do care about cleanliness of the store and I have pride working with Paris Baguette. And I just wanted to explain to you some duties that we do so that we minimize the misunderstanding. We clean our metal grate you mentioned every day with time and effort with appropriate procedure. We wash hands many times a day (one of the employee washes her hand many time and because she washes too much too often she once suffered from housewife dermatitis). Okay...first of all, i have always loved Paris Baguette especially their cakes--the strawberry fresh cream cake was one of my favorites like no.1 but I'm sad and angry to give a one star. This morning my hubby went to pick up a cake for my sister's birthday. The reason he went early in the morning (8am) was so that he could pick up a freshly baked cake and also to avoid this sizzling hot weather just because my sister's place is quite far from this location ~35mins (but sadly this one was still the closest one). We SWEAR to GOD as soon as my hubby got home, we placed the cake in the fridge right away. My only regret is that why didn't i check the cake at that time so that i could have call them to complain or do something about the cake. Well, few hours later we were all ready to celebrate the birthday with the cake and we were all disgusted and upset to find molds on fruits that were decorated on top of the cake. All the blueberries and a raspberry had molds. It was sitting in the fridge all the time i don't know what could have made this happen. Okay cool..we got rid of the bad fruits on top(oh yea! by that time the cake was so ugly and pathetic..)and sliced the cake...seriously?? The inside strawberries were not fresh looking at all. Thanks for ruining my sister's birthday.... seriously i want to report them to some kind of authority but i just don't know where to and how to. Just for your sake..be careful when you get a cake from this location. They don't seem to be taking good care of what goes in and on the cake. YUCK!! read more

I don't recommend eating at this bakery. I've tasted better pastries from Porto's and Karinas. This place does not have a lot of options to choose from and half of their shelves were empty when I went in the morning. From the ones that I did try, they were not worth the money I spent. It's around $4-5 dollars for something very small, dry and not good. I got one almond croissant and a ham and cheese croissant. The almond croissant was so dry and rock hard (not sure if I had bad luck with picking or it all of them were like this). The ham and cheese was super cold and hard. Maybe if it was warmed up it would be better but I can't see myself trying it again or anything else in this bakery. read more

I recently visited this cafe and, overall, it wasn't bad. The atmosphere was cozy, and the coffee was decent. However, I did have an issue with the staffing setup. It was surprising to see that the same person who was handling the coffee orders was also responsible for cleaning the floor and tidying up the space. As a customer, it's a bit off-putting to see your barista switching between making drinks and sweeping up. I think it would improve the experience if there were more staff to handle the cleaning separately from the barista duties, so customers can enjoy a more focused, professional service. While the place has potential, this setup definitely impacted the overall vibe for me. read more

This location is my go-to bakery locally. They have a wide selection of pastries and bread, which is different from the usual bread you can have from the other bakeries. Compared with other locations of the Paris Baguette is not the case because it's smaller. I'm not sure why there are some other places in different cities, but I felt like this location carries better quality cakes compared to the other locations. I'm not an expert in this area, but I've tried a lot because my family loves baking goods. I usually don't do any reviews, but I'm writing this because some reviews are not fairly reviewed and are malicious. Chill out, folks! read more

This is bad costomer service! I was going to use my points to redeem to buy bread and pastry , but they don't know how to use their scanner, and told me to come back later or Tomorow . Because there is no managers there, 3 Korean ladies are talking in Korean and took 15 min to figure out. Today is super raining day and I took my time to come here, and ended up the lady said something wrong with my phone that's why they can use it. What ? And they took the tray away from me. I am weekly customer at this place. I noticed there is a banner starting "new Management"; I first pick up a cheese cake roll, after I paid, I decided to get something else, I didn't even move from the front counter and I asked nicely that I wanna change the cheese cake to something else. First the lady at the counter said I have to as my manger then the manager gave me so much attitude as if I ate half the cake and I wanna return it, then they made me to make a purchase as the same price as the cheese cake. I've been going to this location for a while, and I would say this location is underrated. People working here are awesome, have plenty of choices for the size of the place, fast service, and relatively low turnovers of employees. I read a lot of the reviews but I can't agree with the negative reviews and I ended up writing one for the people checking out their reviews here. This is probably the best bakery & cafe that I have ever been too! I feel like you cannot go wrong with anything here! Every item is amazing. So far we have tried their cakes, sandwiches, coffee and pasteries. I would highly recommend their cakes and tarts! They were absolutely incredible. Sometimes you can get FRESH hot pastries right out of the oven. Some is great, and you can find a favorite pretty easily. Their cakes are kind of meh because more spongy than cakey. But, worth a try. They have locations popping up all over the place so worth trying because its good and easy to find. Return visits a lot. read more
