The service is fine, the employees are kind and efficient. It's clean, and it's less crowded than other locations. My issue is with one thing: the curry croquette. I love Paris Baguette curry croquettes, they are my savory go-to. Notably, not the crab croquette! I hate the crab croquette, it's too sweet and it grosses me out. I love the *curry croquette*. At this location, and this location only, the curry croquette is always actually a crab croquette. On three separate occasions, I have bought a curry croquette here, and on each occasion, it is actually a mislabeled crab croquette. As a curry croquette aficionado, I know that the curry croquette should adorned by black sesame seeds and the crab coquette is not--and when I buy the black sesame seed coated croquette labeled "curry" here, it is always crab. I am fortunate to not have food allergies, but not everyone is. The label does not say that the croquette contains crab. I always check! Even this morning, the label only said "curry croquette" and crab is not listed as an ingredient, and again: nothing but overly sweet crab inside. Fool me once I guess. But someone someday will buy it thinking it's safe, and they will get sick. read more

I ordered my drinks online but upon arrival, they hadn't even started making them. They were so focused on getting in person orders done first even though mine was placed 20 min before arriving. They also poisoned me with real milk. I specifically ordered oat milk for my drink due to a dietary restriction. I even had to pay extra for the substitute milk. This placed just opened yesterday and I was expecting because a friend had told me about the Matcha green tea lattes in the other locations other same bakery. This is a very clean and modern cafe with many options of sweet and savory baked goods as well as drinks and smoothies. This is a place which needs needs several experiences to get the full picture but for us arriving on the 3 day of opening they were very organized and everything was stocked. We got several pastries and drink drinks to try and everything was delicious, fresh and made with quality ingredients. We will be visiting this place regularly now that we've discovered it. read more

If you have been previously been to Paris Baguette in Korea and intend to come to this location with the expectation of nostalgia and quality as if you were once more in Seoul, you are in for disappointment. Not only are the items less innovative and inferior in execution (critique of ingredients is TBD) compared to locations in Korea, but the options are frankly less attractive and seem more sterile; curated for a Western palette; and seem distinctly dissimilar from vintage Paris Baguette. If, however, you judge this place simply on the merits of how it is, provided it is early to the middle of the day when items are still fresh, it is passable if pricey and nothing extraordinary. Conversely, you may then ask yourself why you chose to dine here as opposed to somewhere else: a valid and apt question that, should you find yourself in the area and further explore surrounding cafes, will invariably lead to either extreme cognitive dissonance or opting for different venues. Time of day, while a mitigating explanation for quality and freshness, is not an excuse; and that is a particularly strong, recurring theme here. Interestingly enough, the brand is a derivation of French bakeries, from the perspective of and to a Korean clientele. But the impetus to adjust and change what made it great, has led to, at best, a disjointed and confused product; and at worst, a horrendous waste of money that lacks any identity or discernible quality. Given the ample alternatives within the surrounding area, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern alike, I cannot satisfy a fruitful conclusion as to why one would return here; but for a hurry; location and opportunity; and trying a new item once in a blue moon. The amount of recommendations I would have to make for this place to even be attractive are too significant in amount for any significant change to be had. Godspeed, however, and I hope an improvement results; Paris Baguette nostalgiaists would likely appreciate if a harkening to the tradition that made it successful in Korea, was had over here. read more

First thoughts stepping inside were how spacious, clean, and filled with light the interior is. There were a lot of pastries to pick from - a surprising selection of savory pastries as compared to other bakeries in the area. The croquettes - $3 apiece - were pretty good but lacking in filling. My fiancée and I agreed we'd prefer them to be $5 but with more filling! The buffalo chicken pizzetta ($5) was not too spicy, even a tad sweet - unexpected but nonetheless delicious flavors. I got a basic iced vanilla latte - was surprised to find that a medium was 20 oz! My latte was fine, better than dunkin but not better than any other local coffee shops in the area. This place incredible. For my first visit I was in awe by the ambiance the cafe presents from the seating, to the lighting and how there's a window that shows the bread making process. After skimming through the isle of fresh pastries I chose a chocolate chip crossaint topped with strawberries and creme. To compliment it , I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk. Everything taste so fresh and flavorful. The cafe itself is fairly clean, and the staff provide great service at the front and keeping things tidy. read more

We have been going here quite a few times since it is in our neighborhood, but every time we go, we are disappointed. First time I went with my family and made a $40 purchase. I asked the cashier about the loyalty program and if the purchase I make will be included. The cashier said yes and that the system will print a QR code on the receipt that I can scan into the app for points. Purchase finalized and when the receipt printed, no QR code. I asked if there's a way to still get points but the cashier said no and apologized. No problem, mistakes happen. I understand the staff is probably still new and in training. So, I would assume at least the owner, Alma, would be a little more friendly and professional to the customers. She was friendly when we were there the first time, but recently when I went, I was quite humiliated. After placing an order and adding a free coffee via app (cashier scanned and the points were deducted), I expected it to be automatically added to the order, but somehow it wasn't. So I went back to ask about the rewards program, and the owner was working at the register. A free $3 coffee isn't a big deal, I only wanted to ask about how the app works, but she didn't listen and just gave me a lecture that I made the mistake and didn't correctly place my order. Came here with my parents on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We arrived right after 7 when they opened and I imagine that was our big mistake. When we arrived the pastries were about half stocked and the bakery was as cold as it was outside. I told my parents let's just grab what we can find for now, sit with our coffee and treats for an hour and I'll grab some more on the way out. Our checkout process took about 10-15 minutes in itself as the only people in line and ordering 2 coffees. The woman up front was very nice but I imagine she must have been new so it didn't really bother us. The two breakfast sandwiches we grabbed were pretty good even though they are not what I'd consider fresh as they are heated up Dunkin's style. We grabbed two of the small "cream cheese donuts" that if I had to guess, were made about a week ago. The donuts were impossibly hard and tasted more like a stale bantam bagel rolled in sugar. For the price point of these treats I actually expected them to be freshly made. Two coffees were fine I got the seasonal maple latte I enjoyed. When 8am rolled around and we had finished up there was maybe only one or two more trays put out. I was eager to try the Nutella croissant donut which I was unable to do because it was never ready- only one croissant donut option out of I believe 3 or 4 was available by the time we left. I guess I expected a bakery to be prepared for Sunday breakfast but if you're looking for a full bakery case I wouldn't come until lunch time. I will say, I'm grateful the cases were only half full. After my cream cheese rock donut, trying more may have just been a waste of money. We spent about $55 between pastries, two cold breakfast sandwiches, and two coffees. Nothing particularly blew us away or made me want to return especially since we have so many fun unique bakeries in the area. Stunning huge Paris Baguette location! Plenty of seatings with chic Parisian bistro chairs. High ceilings remind me of chic hotel lobbies. I arrived Saturday morning before 7am on my way to a Doctors appointment. Did not have too much time afraid of missing my 8am Doctors appointment. This was a Saturday morning after a major snowstorm impacted the area. Arrived as the first customer of the day and all the employees were hard at work stocking the store while others were busy getting ready baking and planning for a busy day. Felt very good to see the young staff hard at work. Got what I needed and left the store on time for my appointment. My Doctors staff were very happy for my gift of freshly baked pastries.
