It really is a mixed feature when they post calories with the price. My workplace recently was treated to a PB breakfast. The mini baguette sandwiches were awesome! The baguettes were fresh though a little too crunchy. Whatever you call a croissant donut hybrid, the custard-filled one with orange rind shavings was addictive. The custard is so light. Food and drinks 4 stars: This time around, I had the Dubai Matcha Latte which was quite good although very sweet, which was not unexpected as most Dubai-themed desserts usually are. I went with my usual Iced Latte order; one of my favorites about Paris Baguette is their consistency in always providing a similar experience across locations. This location has a few items that I don't normally find at the one I frequent, too. The space inside is quite cozy, not the most spacious, but the staff work efficiently, and the dining area is fair. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, but their Wi-Fi is unfortunately not. Though they recommend the "faster" Wi-Fi it's quite slow in terms of speed. Even loading something like Gmail took about 10 seconds! Additionally, there is no power supply to plug in devices, so if you need a quick charge... you won't be able to get that here read more

This location is small and my only complaint about it is the location of the trashcan. It's hard to get to especially if there's a big line. I got a free slice of cake for it being my birthday and opted for the blueberry slice. I didn't know there were levels to Paris Baguette locations until I started frequenting this one. My drinks are made perfectly, every single time. It does not matter if I'm getting an hot caramel latte or a milk coffee, each drink is poured to perfection. They are open decently late and continuously bring out pastries. I once spotted them bringing out new batches at 8pm and I snagged a chocolate croissant-- it was so delightful. They don't have outlets here but they do have free wifi. There is ample seating because most people who come here tend to grab and go. Their loyalty system is fair so I'm a frequent customer to the franchise. Love the food. Love friendly staff. A current issue is the new lack of availability of outdoor seating on a Saturday. Two different large groups of people moved tables to create larger tables to eat takeout from the new Nem restaurant. I even witnessed a server bring food out to one group and told them that the tables weren't for their restaurant--the woman lied to him and said they had already gotten food from PB. I enjoy sitting outside on that patio on a Saturday drinking my iced latte and having a PB sandwich. But may have to avoid weekends if the tables are communal with the other restaurants. I'm becoming addicted to this place and I'm always searching for the one closest to wherever I am. This location has crazy busy strip mall valet, which is unusual, but there are a few popular Korean restaurants adjacent. I got lucky with a dead meter street parking space, didn't have to pay, but it's a little fierce getting here. This store has the best customer service by far, very friendly and accommodating. I got my usual cream n strawberry croissant and mini berry n cream croissant, a very delightful egg salad sandwich and the most delicious strawberry smoothie. It's not convenient for me but it's worth the trip for the experience. Hoping they come to Hollywood soon. We need at least 2 locations here. read more

They try to always remember my order and have it ready as soon as possible. Trina is the sweetest and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. I show up and the cake was never made, I had a party in 2 hours, it WAS NOT BAKED, cashier asks me 3 different times for my name/receipt, she can't find it in the system. Looks it up on the receipts, it was ordered and paid for but whoever worked Thursday night never printed out the receipt to let the bakers know there was an order. Mind you, the cake was $100!!!! I asked her to let me pick out 2 cakes to equal the price of what I paid for, she had to call her manager to get approval. I got ONE apology in the entire interaction with the employees in the store. I literally am obsessed with this shop. I found one in Sunnyvale, CA when I took my daughter to a Korean Scrub place right next door. We were hungry after our scrubs and massages so we went in. It reminded me of my all time favorite grocery/ eatery in Chicago called Eataly. The place is very bright and welcoming. They have tables and tables of beautiful baked goods and yummy sandwiches. The cakes look like art they are so beautifully decorated. One wonders how delicious they will be. We both got lunch and I noticed a packaged cheesecake at the check out counter. I literally died and went to heaven when I took a bite of that...it was the perfect combination of sweet and sponge. I consider myself a expert at cheesecake making and this one blows mine away! My daughter and husband both think it's too bland. I like that it's not sweet at all. You'll have to judge for yourself. When I visit my daughter I love that there's one within walking distance so I head right over and "stock-up" on those cakes.
