Coffee stick, Sugar Mochi Donut, Sweet Potato Pastry

I'm a Dunkin' kinda girl so even though I picked up a wrap and coffee from DD I stopped at Paris Baguette. The store is a wonderland of sweet and savory items. Bright and clean, trays and tongs are provided for your selections. Today I chose the Sweet Potato stick, the coffee cake stick, mochi donut and a wrapped cheese soft cake to share at home and a pumpkin hot latte. WOW what a delicious latte! The sticks were so much better than any donut Dunkin' could offer. Paris Baguette would be a nice place for a snack, breakfast or a coffee date. Checkout was quick and courteous. I will definitely stop here again for some breakfast treats for my drive home out east.

    No cream in between layers

The quality of pre-order cakes has gone down. I pre-ordered a chocolate strawberry cake. 1. The price is now $46 which is understandable as everything has gone up in prices but don't increase the price and cut corners on others. 2. The amount of strawberry and cream in between the layers were minimal to none in most spots.. 3. The worst was that the cake was dry. We all believe it wasn't freshly made on the day of pickup (12:30pm). Very disappointed.

The pastries all looked delicious. I had the cheese and it was quite good. It's a rather large bakery where you grab a tray and walk around while making your choices. In the area where you pay, you can make your coffee and drink selections. There are about 10 small tables where you can sit with your food and drinks. There's street parking in the front and a large lot in the back. I would recommend you try this if you're in the area.

An update to my review. The first place on my mind when we are in need for a box of pastries gift to hand over to a friend in the hospital. An irritable sweets could help him for a faster recovery. Guess what, when we arrived to the hospital, the wife suggested that these treats won't be good for him but better for her. Funny. The colorful variation of the breads are so tempting that anyone will get something for themselves even it is not the plan. One of my go to spot in terms of sweets.

I love coming here. The food is so tasty and I love the coffee, way better than Starbucks. I also like the fact they have calories listed for almost everything. The employees are very helpful and nice and the seating is great. Good service. 10/10 recommend!

I love Paris Baguette! Always delicious. They know how to make pastries, some better than others but I've never had anything from PB that I wouldn't eat. My favorite is the cream filled pastry with fresh strawberries and chopped peanuts on top. My favorite savory item is the Ham & Cheese croissant. I can't go to PB without getting this because it's that good and a great value. Great cheese and ham. Try lots of different things if you go. Also, very clean and the coffee is delicious.

Mochi donuts! Cheese cake, raspberry croissant and chocolate cake

The kids always want "just a mochi donut" whenever we pass by this place. Then we go in, and order everything that exists. The food is always yummy and fresh! My kids love the mochi donuts! I love the pastries. I took off 1 star because there are 3 workers, standing around chatting, but no one wants to clean the tables. We sat down and wiped it ourselves because they were busy chatting. Other than that, this is a great place for a place to hang or get a quick snack!

This is currently the closest location to Long Island. For those not familiar with Paris Baguette, it is a chain of Korean bakeries/cafes found in Queens and Manhattan. This is like the Asian version of Starbucks and they might give SB a run for their money in terms of quality, fit and finish. We dropped by to pick up some cakes. Their cakes tend to be slightly less sugary and are lighter than traditional American cakes.

I enjoy being able to come here for a snack and to do some work on my computer. The seating is plenty comfortable and the food/drinks are plenty tasty. There isn't a lot of seating nor are there many outlets, but it's still a nice place to sit down for an hour or two. The noise level is never unreasonable - just a casual place to come for a bite, especially with a friend. The snacks, salads, and sandwiches are all plenty filling and flavorful, especially for the price. There are plenty of options available and the staff are always willing to answer any questions. They're very polite, efficient, and overall good at their work. It does get a little busy and a long line can quickly form, but the staff is very good at getting everyone through quickly, so the wait is never long. These guys definitely deserve a thumbs up - they're great!

High quality pastries, cakes and sandwiches. More pricey than your typical Asian bakery but you pay for what you get. Very happy this Paris Baguette opened right around the corner from my house.

Paris Baguette's always been my all-time favorite bakery chain but this location gets a 5-star review for their amazing customer service. I'd leave 6 stars if I could! Last week, I placed an online order of 2 cakes and some mochi donuts since we had planned to celebrate my parents' birthdays on Saturday - before any of us knew that a bomb cyclone was going to hit the greater NYC area Friday night. As we got closer to Saturday, I gave the store a call to figure out what options I had in case I couldn't make it on Saturday. The nice lady on the phone explained to me that I had until Friday night to cancel my order (since the cakes are baked fresh at 6am the day of pickup). I remained optimistic that we wouldn't get THAT much snow, and that our party would go as planned so I didn't cancel... boy was I wrong! When Saturday came and I found out the party was cancelled (my parents and I are located in Brooklyn; this location is unfortunately V far from me), I called up the store again in a slight panic because I knew the cakes were already made at that point and there was no way I could make it. I didn't know what to expect - just wanted to let them know that no one would be picking them up. I was transferred to the manager, who was extremely understanding, friendly, and even cracked a few jokes. After making sure I couldn't come Sunday instead (I really couldn't), he said that he'd give me a full refund for everything anyway because of the extreme weather conditions. Incredible!!! Again, I really didn't expect that and just wished everything had gone according to plan. (In case anyone was curious, I ended up ordering my mom a cake via DoorDash from the Brooklyn location since her birthday was literally ON Saturday and I couldn't let the storm ruin it.) We were, however, in the Little Neck area yesterday during the Lunar New Year so I made sure to support them and order almost a dozen of those mochi donuts I had wanted to try! They were SO delicious and everyone was obsessed. The sugar ones are the best. I still feel bad that I didn't spend the same amount of $$ when I reordered (since I didn't get the cakes) but I made sure to leave a small tip. Truly such great customer service - can't recommend this place enough!

It took us a while to decide on what to buy partly because we were buying also for our friends. Naturally, we were asked relatedly by at least the different staff if we needed help or if we were ready to order. Each time, they seemed genuinely want to help, and made us feel welcome with their smiles and gentle demeanor. For myself, the pistachio muffin was totally satisfying and I confirm they did not slump on the nuts. The crunchy eclair was a BIG hit with our friends, and the rest is kind of a blur but I know we enjoyed everything we tried. We'd go back without hesitation. I hope they keep up the great work.

It comes in cubes so definitely easier to share. CRUNCHY: this is the very must!! It's chocolate mouse inside with layers of other chocolates. Plus with nuts on it. It's like a ferrero but bigger! The tables are close enough and small enough to hear what your neighbors are saying to each other, imagine what they think of you? LOL I noticed speaker music was playing a bit louder then the last time I was there. The fact that patrons have to shout over each other while sharing speaker music doesn't help with the ambience of enjoying a delicious cake over an interesting conversation. I ordered something new this time, a delicious lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Why didn't I see that description on my check? Strange. I also visited their website online, and noticed a lot of Stock Ai made photos and videos. I even found the website hard to navigate as well because it wasn't loaded with actual cakes and up to date pricing. So quite honestly the online website wasn't helpful with what they had in the shop. * Perhaps a future improvement between tables might be an above head moveable divider which actually could provide some privacy. Something I guarantee would be way more inviting than the current seating arrangement. The Review Guru Long Island NY

It is super sweet and even sweeter with whipped cream. It is unlike any hot chocolate I've ever had. Get it. For dessert, I like the Pineapple Shortcake, which is available at the Forest Hills Martha's, but not in Bayside. I thought I saw it once, but it turned out to be a Lemon Meringue cake. Instead, I'll go for a slice of Apple Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Blue or Red Velvet cakes or the Oreo Mousse. If you would like to enjoy your cake and coffee in house, there is table service. There are plenty of 2 topper café tables, but if you have a bigger party, they will park a bunch of them together for you, if it's not too busy. If you get here before 8pm, tables are readily available, but it can get crowded as the evening progresses. We were surprised recently, when they sat 6 of us with no wait. They are open before the crack of dawn at 6am until 1am on Friday & Saturday nights. I imagine that the ovens never cool off and the bakers are there on the overnight shift to bake plenty of cakes ready for the next day. It's not unusual to still have a line to order out at 10-11pm and the display cases are still packed with cakes & pies.

Stepping inside of this magnificent dessert emporium I became perplexed by the variety of desserts and pastries that were very desirable and readily available. In the words of Vinnie Barbarino, I'm so confused (IYKYK). It's a different setup that causes the line to move faster than it used to, I see the improvement. The ordering is done in one place and cashing out is next to it, in the same area. You still walk in and head straight to the display cases where you pick you pleasure. I did not pick my names sake only because it slipped my mind due to me being focused on breakfast. No, I don't eat cakes for breakfast. I picked up a couple croissants, apple turnover, a couple of cheese Danishes, and an almond croissant. Service was prompt and the employees were attentive as well as pleasant. I like how they approach the counter and inquire about your status versus staring at you letting you try to figure out if someone is going to help you or not. At the check out, there's the coffee station or tea. I ordered 2 French Vanilla coffees, to say the least the French vanilla flavor seemed distant to none. On the second trip it was exact same coffee request with the same results. An improvement needed is to have different sweetners for the coffee. Not everyone wants white sugar or sweet n low. Since the vanilla syrup is not sweet enough, another liquid sweetener can work. Nonetheless this was such a sweet experience! Inspire more, Yelp more!

For one, I think they strategically set up shops in areas far out in Queens that are not easily accessible or overrun by the masses--this can easily bring down a business' quality. We ordered a variety of things to try, including their range of char siu baos, like the pineapple bun, the snow crust, and the regular baked bun. Definitely a step up above what Mei Lai Wah is now, with the chunky cuts of meat, but way too sweet, even with the regular version. Highly suggest just sticking with the regular unless you're really curious about the pineapple or snow crust, which really just adds a layer of sugar. My mom spotted their sachima and quickly snatched one up. They sell a small selection of Southern Chinese and Hong Kong baked goods and pastries, but don't expect the variety of a Chinese bakery. Prices are a bit steep, and I don't know if it varies by location since this location is in a higher-cost area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if I'm craving a good char siu bao - most Chinese bakeries do them well, just a matter of finding them. Most people who came in when we were there seem to buy them in boxes so either they're a hit at parties/events or some households really love them.
