I forgot to take a photo of the Mr Bear Chocolate muffin as I was hungry for a snack, ate it so fast, but remember to take photo of the package. The vegan blueberry muffin was nice and soft and moist to eat too. It was a nice treat to receive from a friend. I love all the bakery goodies here. We also ordered an iced green tea and an iced peach tea. The teas were great--my green tea was not bitter what so ever and the peach tea was sweet, but not too sweet to tolerate. The savory dishes were good, but we wished they had been somewhat warmer. The cafe was incredibly busy, but overall was clean, beautifully lit and well stocked with backed goods! The overall rating of the food, value and beverages are 3.5 stars, but while we were there we saw the manager deescalate a situation with someone taking up multiple tables forcing a family of 5 in to a smaller area. The manager was so kind, respectful, and level headed versus the individual who became incredibly upset and threatened to call the cops. We pick up different whole cakes and they are all good, but there are some we keep coming back to. Red Velvet Cake is one of these that we have gotten many times. This is one of the smaller Paris Baguette shops. There's some seating, but definitely not as plentiful as other locations. You can still enjoy a snack while you work or study. There is free wifi. I've come by here several times since my last visit and each visit is more disappointing than the last. This morning I stopped by in the am and the employees were slowly starting to bring out the pastries and fill in all the empty areas. I didn't see the pastry I liked so I got two other ones. Prior to this purchase I bought a cake for a birthday from here. It was a white cream cake with strawberries. This purchase was like buying a cake from Safeway at self-serve station with double the price. The cashier (not wearing a uniform/possible store manager) asked if I wanted candles and I asked if they came with the cake and she rudely noted they come with the cake. Like it was obvious they came with the cake and I should know already. There's no doubt the cakes are pretty but this cake was dry. The cream couldn't save the cake. I'm glad I bought the smallest one as it was thrown out since no one enjoyed it. I'd prefer a basic looking cake over a beautiful cake that taste like cardboard. The quality of the cakes I bought for Christmas was fantastic! The size was smaller than I expected, a medium for the Chocolate cake & small for the cheese cake. Their online order system does not work, beware because once you walk-in to pick-up your order it will not be found. A month ago my boyfriend encountered the same issue when he picked up his mom's bday cake. They didn't find his order either and they didn't end up writing happy birthday on it. I don't think I will be repurchasing more cakes after both of our online orders were lost/missed.
