Iced Caramel Macchiato (as is)
Jae D.

We stopped by this early am ~ 8:45 AM. I. am. BUZZING like a bee over this Iced Caramel Macchiato! Oh my gosh!! No kidding.. I can be a bit dramatic sometimes, but their Iced Caramel Macchiato is some of the best I can get out here (far as i know)! Definitely gonna make this a go-to anytime I need my Caramel Macchiato fix. I stopped supporting Starbucks by boycotting them. I will never go back to Sb. Anyway, hands down, this is an infamous Iced Caramel macchiato here! I think it might be a tad bit better than Carmel's infamous caramel macchiato :O and honestly, without a doubt, 1000x better than ol' SB! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to buy a sandwich/food, so I'll definitely update this once I get the chance to :)

I got the Rose Matcha Latte and Honey Matcha Latte along with some yummy muffins!! The Rose Matcha Latte has a very nice floral taste that surprisingly goes well with the matcha while the Honey Matcha Latte has a nice touch of sweetness that's just right without being overly sweet. The muffins were also very yummy too, especially the lemon muffin which was my favorite Service was really great, everyone was very nice and accommodating!!

The service was great and the staff is so kind. Definitely had a great time there and the ambiance was cozy. Their desserts are great, especially their tres leches cake. It was unique and probably the best I've had outside of a Mexican bakery. Give this place a try at least once!

Loaded Burrito- sauce is so yummy w a kick

This cafe is located in Oakmont Sandwiches. I had such a great experience at this cafe- ordered the loaded burrito and a coffee, and both were absolutely delicious. The burrito was packed with flavor, and the coffee was the perfect pick-me-up. I'll definitely be back to order again soon! Highly recommend!

Anyways, I went here on a Saturday around 11:30am over the weekend and there was no wait! I assumed there would be a wait for lunch rush, but I'm glad I went early to avoid it. At this restaurant, they have sell items from BOTH Oakmont Sandwiches AND also Brew Bytes Cafe! I loved how it was basically like a 2 in 1 type of business inside here. You can order from BOTH sides of the menu at once! From the Oakmont Sandwiches side, loved all the sandwiches and drinks I tried. The items we ordered from that side was the Fresh Strawberry Lemonade, Loaded Burrito, Turkey Twist, and Hot Shot. When I was ordering the sandwich, I found out they allow you to customize each sandwich when putting in your order and choose what bread you want too, which I thought was good. It was also cool how the Loaded Burrito was in a spinach wrap and it reminded me of a breakfast burrito; it really was loaded inside! My favorite sandwich I got was the Turkey Twist. It was a simple sandwich which is something I enjoyed. I'd recommend this place! All of the sandwiches tasted good and I love how there's a cafe called Brew Bytes Cafe inside this building. You can order from both menus at the same time, so that made it easy for me to get my meal and a coffee at the same time.

My favorites include the shawarma lamb wrap damascus style, falafel tacos, the original chicken shawarma wrap, and of course the pickles and toum. I also really enjoyed the Fatteh. To our…read moresurprise, the fries wrap was the better of the two, as the garlic aioli and whatever other flavors were added made it tasty. It definitely could have used the coleslaw and pickles promised by the menu but they weren't in evidence. That was the problem with the falafel wrap, too: the menu promised hummus, cabbage & tomatoes salad, and pickled turnips, but those ingredients weren't anywhere to be seen. There was some lettuce instead, but lettuce is a poor substitute as it just becomes immediately soggy and adds no flavor. If you've ever had falafel in Israel, you will be disappointed by the falafel here, unfortunately. (Israeli falafel shops each make at least a dozen toppings from family recipes, so you put as many veggies and sauces in as you can to create a flavor party in your mouth.)

We dined here on a Tuesday evening and we retry had the restaurant to ourselves. We ordered the goat biryani, goan fish curry, aloo gobi and butter naan. The naan was the best dish we ordered. While the presentation of the biryani was nice - the flavor was rather flat and blah. The Goan curry was harsh - you could taste the spices were raw and had a bitter after taste. The waiter said that this was a spicy dish - not at all ! It was so mild. The fish portion was rather small. The aloo gobi was slightly overcooked and a little too salty. The butter naan was great - fluffy and tasted great. Unfortunately we won't be coming back to this place.

The establishment is great at navigating allergens. In my multiple visits, every time the server will double check with the kitchen on items that they are unsure about (whether or not it contains ghee or cream) which I appreciate. Some other restaurants sometimes assume that ghee is okay for me but here they ask! I ask for my roti without ghee and I have never had an allergic reaction to my food after eating here. The interior is very clean and upscale feeling. The location is a bit unassuming located on the corner of a main road in Cupertino but they have a dedicated parking lot for the restaurant which makes things super easy!

Special highlights were the manti with garlic yogurt, artichoke with poached shrimp, lamb chops with dill-potato wedges, and the baklava. The crazy curry fries were also so good and saucy. I was so happy that we were splitting this dish six ways, because I would not have any space to try it had I gone individually.
