This sits in between IHOP and Duffy's, and it has the same kind of service. It's a southern style almost fast food place. The servers are very nice but you don't see them too often. They take your food order and then you don't see them again. Ours, Matt, was very good. The last time I went was a much worse time. The food is hardy and southern, with lots of carbs. They have four different hot sauces, and sadly I was not a fan of any of them. But I liked that they tried. Their sides are garlic toast, coleslaw, potato salad, corn, and a few others. The porcamari was really surprisingly good. It is strips of pork fried. I also liked their decor with lots of random things to look at and a few TVs in the bar section. Bartender seem to be slow even though there was less than a dozen people in the restaurant. They had the black window shades pulled down so it was incredibly dark in the side booths, but no one seemed to mind when I opened up the shades a little bit. The booths had a few tears and tables were not completely cleaning. Menus were a little sticky. Things like that. It's a nice place, I think it would be very good for takeout. I know they do catering. I think that's a better option. I was not really a fan of the dining room. Plus I liked to eat my leftover pork with my own barbecue sauces, or even A1 sauce. But overall, great food!

A 20 dollar sandwich. How disappointing.

A 20 dollar sandwich.. How disappointing after a round trip to pick up. Very inconsistent on what comes out of this kitchen last time I order take out.

Convenient located close to the highway, also conveniently located to where I was this evening. Easy to find location from the road. The inside decor has that barbecue restaurant feel. With all the wood planks on the wall everywhere. Instead of putting bread on the table they're a little more creative and they put a small jar of pickles on the table. These pickles are very interested as somewhat across of a sweet pickle and a hot pickle. The service was pretty quick the server came quick and regularly. Food also came out fairly quick and didn't feel like it's been in a window or a hot plate all day waiting for somebody to order it. That six different sauces on the table from extremely hot to mild all the way down to Sweet. I got the pork NATO sandwich. It was pulled pork jalapeno and something else and something else. The jalapenos were actually the hot kind it has eaten it I thought the hot sauce I used drips all the way through the burger till I realized it had jalapenos. The sandwich was great I ate the whole thing. With service being good and food being good and convenient location I look forward to trying more of their menu items.

I haven't ordered anything from Park Ave since I was a pescatarian; thus, I'd only ever had their catfish before. My mom always orders a pulled pork sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised to peruse the menu and find several fun-sounding sandwiches: Lebron, Dem Publican, Adam & Eve..., Dean's Way, Zac-N-Cheese and Porknado. What to choose?! I wanted to see pictures of the sandwiches, but the Park Ave menu doesn't show these, until you get to the ordering form online. Finally, I landed on the Zac-N-Cheese: pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, bacon and american cheese. This came on sliced bread with grill stripes on it. It was delicious! The bread was oversized, and the sandwich was fairly substantial for a souped up grilled cheese. I did find a giant piece of fat inside (see pic) which was unappealing. I ordered my kids a child size hamburger meal. For $5, a pretty adult-size, normal looking hamburger came and the side that came with it was also adult-sized. Very reasonable! I misunderstood what 'grilled corn' was; it's not corn on the cob! Instead, it is smoky, charred corn kernels. My side of collard greens was very flavorful. It is definitely not vegetarian! Ordering was simple, with a breezy 20 minute pickup time. The pickup parking spots were well marked, with the side door clearly marked right in front of it. I walked in and was almost immediately handed my takeout bag. Thanks for the speedy service!

I honestly don't get how the reviews are so low at this establishment my husband and I love coming in here for a BBQ meal. Our service is always prompt, quick, our servers are always great and come back for refills or to check on us. The quality of our food is normally great, and fresh. Always happy to come back and get some drinks, and BBQ.

Got take out. Had to put it in a pan with bbq sauce and seasoning it was that bland and bad. Ordered extra sauce too there was barely any.

Every Monday they have a rib special. Full rack for the price of a half rack. Great deal as the ribs are fall off the bone and tasty.

We drove past Blue Water BBQ, noticing something new in Hobe Sound is always fun to see. We checked out their instagram and menu. Seeing plenty of good looking options on their menu we decided to give it a try! Walking up you it is inviting, relaxing and a place you'd like to and are able to BYOB with family and friends. I was kindly greeted by the staff and order taken quickly. They let me know shortly after they were low on tater totes so she suggested loaded fries.(great recommendation!) Brisket, was delicious! Plenty of flavor although it wasn't needed their bbq sauce is great for dipping totes and fries! The thin layer of fat on the brisket might as well have been butter(I don't normally eat the fat, but damn it was good!) The Mac and cheese was also a side we all loved! Pulled pork was very good, loved the sauces, creamy coleslaw side with pickles and onions. We will definitely be back with a case of beer and enjoy the weather and food lounging! This is what Hobe Sound has needed! Consider BlueWater BBQ added to our list of must eats when visiting!

We opted for low top vs high top seating. Service was prompt and friendly. Food came out timely and hot. We started with the corn and crab arancini. They were so good. There was still the usual Arborio rice inside- just added corn and crab. Yum. The tomato sauce on it was delicious. It's a huge serving. Apparently we got the last order! So things sell out fast. For lunch, mom had the sweet potato crusted fish. She opted for flounder. The other options are corvina, salmon, grouper, red snapper, seabass, wahoo and redfish. She loved it. It was a huge serving. Both sauces were on the side. I had the bayou seafood boil- loads of calamari, 4 mussels, 3 shrimp, lots of white fish, carrots, celery, corn, bits of sausage. It was piping hot and really good. We got everything wrapped up to go as we could not finish our food. We stuck with water since we had a long drive. Bathrooms are single stall, Unisex, there are two, and they're clean and well stocked. Parking is in the Publix plaza. The stickers all over the door and window don't clue you in as to how busy it can be inside! We loved the food. Quick and easy. Casual ambiance. I would recommend it.

I made reservations and we were seated right away... directly next to a table where a child was practically sitting in my seat (it was wall bench seating) even though there were plenty of other tables available. I had to even move the table so I wasn't sitting right next to him. Not 10 minutes later, he spilled a glass cup of water and I got soaked. Our server took a very long time to come grab our cocktail order. This was the trend for the rest of the evening. We ordered a Harvest Fire Sangria and Rhythm Is Gonna Get Ya and she came back to tell us that the drink my husband ordered (sangria) wasn't available. So he had to pick something else that he really wasn't in the mood for: Gourdous Old Fashioned. But generally, the drinks were made well and tasted good! The highlight of the evening was the charcuterie board. Wow! It was impressive and all the meats and cheeses were amazing! It came with a lot so we took home what we couldn't eat. They brought us more bread so we could add it to our box. We then ordered our entrees: Short Rib Cavatelli and The Brick Burger. Again, generally tasted good but pretty unremarkable. My husband commented that the pasta was pretty al dente. The burger toppings were interesting and good, but otherwise a plain burger and fries. We wanted to end our night with a couple more cocktails, and it took so long for our server to come back around. But there was live music, and they were great, so we decided to stick around until she decided to come check on us. All in all, it was okay. But I was expecting more. I'd probably just come back to try more cocktails.
