We stopped by on our way from Vegas to SLC. Everything we ate was phenomenal. After his first bite my eight year old said, "we are definitely coming back here again." The crepes are huge! I ordered the apple crumble crepe with the walnut caramel, banana chocolate crepe substitute banana with strawberry and the breakfast sandwich add tomatoes and caramelized onions. My family loves this place! What a treasure in this small town. The potato ham soup was not a traditional ham potato soup. It was broth based instead of cream based. It was fabulous! This place is AMAZING!!!!!! I had the BEST sandwich maybe ever. It has a small menu but it is high quality fresh products which is what I really value. I got the Esther and my husband got the Foster and both were just perfection. The Esther is vegan on sourdough with hummus and the bread tasted so fresh and was grilled just the right amount. The food was amazing for the price we're able to feed a family of 5 for less than $40. Would give 10 stars if I could. I was in the mood for coffee to wake myself up for the day. They didn't have coffee, however had an alternative called "criobrew," which is a new thing they're doing. It wasn't as caffeinated as coffee however I enjoyed it just the same.
