The ambience had a great vibe, the young adults staff was so friendly, and the food was delicious! The berries and cream, nutella banana and apple crumble crepes were the best crepes we've had! Had high expectations because my daughter cam here last summer for the crepes and loved them, but after waiting a very long time for our food (despite the presence of only one other small party in the restaurant), we were disappointed in the food. While the Foster sandwiches were good, they didn't come with the promised homemade chips ("sorry, we're out" - didn't explain up front and didn't say anything until I asked why there were no chips). The Esther had no hummus in it, which I didn't discover until I began eating it. They were out of that too - the MAIN ingredient in the sandwich! - and didn't tell me when I ordered it. Terrible service. They lost our dessert business because of it...edited to add that my daughter begged for a crepe anyway...she ordered a lemon and berry crepe and was SO disappointed because the crepe didn't have any lemon. Edited to add: the owner came in at the end of our meal and refunded our money for the sandwich without hummus, and brought us four bags of chips and a cookie to go. I have had a couple sandwiches [The Pub Club] there and they were very tasty and nice. Loved the chipotle spread on it. My daughter and I went there before a play at the Shakespeare festive that night and had a very delicious Asian salad and asked for extra dressing since it was so good. Weird table arrangement to begin with. There was a big entrance area and no seating. In the section with tables, there was a giant table plus a bunch of mismatched little tables. It just felt odd to me. The menu was on the wall and the young blonde boy behind the cash register stared at us impatiently as we tried to read it. When we ordered, my partner asked if they had unsweetened iced tea, and the kid said, I don't think so. Not, sorry we don't or we can make that for you, just that he didn't think so. It seemed like he couldn't be bothered to figure it out. We asked for water and he directed us to a container along the wall which was almost empty, not even enough for two small plastic cups. We ordered a turkey, bacon, spinach and avocado sandwich that we would split. It sounded tasty. It took a very long time to get it even though it seemed like there were about five teenagers working in the kitchen area. They did seem to be having a great time goofing around in the enclosed glass area while making our sandwich. When it was finally ready, a server attempted to deliver it to the wrong table on the other side of the room. The sandwich was okay, nothing to write home about and was accompanied by a small serving of greasy potato chips. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I'm in the car on a road trip. We weren't expecting much from this place, but it could have been a better experience. Having adult supervisors for the gaggle of teenagers working there might have helped. read more

We really really wanted to like this place but it legit took almost an hour to get the two crepes we ordered. It seems like there's only one person making them which is totally fine but a advanced warning would be nice. When we finally got annoyed with the wait, my friend went up to ask and ended up being handed the food. They looked so stuffed and delicious! First bite and we quickly realized they were cold. I don't know if it was the 1 pound of whipped cream that dampened it but def was not enjoyable. So much cream and like 3 pieces of banana in it. The ratio sucked and don't know how often I will be visiting cedar city, but il most likely be skipping this place on any future visit. We asked for a menu (it was our first time) and were directed to the postings on the wall. The framed glass was a cute idea, but the brick background made it very tough to read. Adding some black paper as backing would be a huge improvement. The crepes came with basic ruffled chips. Something more interesting would be a better fit. Also, they were served in a wire basket that was lined with paper. That's great for a sandwich, but not so much if you're trying to cut a crepe. And if you're concerned about such things, none of the staff was masked or doing anything else resembling even basic COVID protocols. read more
