True story, I had been using Park Shuttle & Fly for years without complaint as it was a cheaper alternative and the service was consistently prompt. Then come two trips back I thought I had a handful of quarters missing from my change bin after getting back into my car but I wasn't completely sure. Giving the company benefit of doubt, I used their services again after my suspicion however this time I took a picture of my change bin before entering the lot, which clearly showed $5 in quarters lined up in a row but unfortunately and much to my disappointment, I realized my misgivings were correct as I was 6 quarters short upon my return. I didn't bother discussing with management as I was already home before I remembered to validate my hunch but needless to say I will be seeking an alternative service for all my future need. Take my advice and take the change out of your car prior to entering the lot if you decide to do business with this company. read more

Frequent business traveler, gave them a try. Landed and called the number. Everything seemed like normal. Took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. At that lead time I could have parked at a place that was farther out and half the price. In the time I was waiting I've seen 5 of the preflight parking pickup vans. I saw 3 economy lot busses. Not a well run business. Won't be going back. Got to the lot and the cars were blocked in and had to wait longer. The idea of calling is so that it all works smoothly and it's ready. Avoid this lot! You can NOT do worse than this lot. I handed my keys over, and my car was in perfect condition. When I got it back, the front end was smashed up. When I confronted them, they said the guy who's been parking cars there for over 20 years noted the damage and wrote it down. First, what loser is parking cars in this lot for 20+ years? Second, because there was no way I could prove they were lying, it cost me $2100 to get the front end repaired. I now order a shuttle car to and from Logan. Of the reviews that yelp doesn't show, note how many are 5 stars and yet this is the only review they have ever done. I used Park Shuttle & Fly last week and dropping my car off went very well. However, when we returned to Logan and I called and said, "Hi, we have just landed and we have our luggage," the man answering the phone said in a nasty voice, "Well, that doesn't help me." I have used them a lot in the past, and they seemed fine... but the last couple of flights this past year, they've really degraded. Today, I got back on a flight from JAX mid-day on a beautiful day. Logan was pretty quiet - no unexpected rush. My family sat there in Terminal C and had 4 - yes, FOUR Preflight buses pass us before the Park Shuttle and Fly shuttle arrived. This is after I followed their directions, called them, and TOLD THEM WHERE WE WERE AND THAT WE WERE READY AND WAITING. After the third Preflight bus, and having waited about 20 minutes with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, I had to call and ask what was going on. Just as a sanity check we also had 2 Thrifty buses pass us. I will say the driver was very courteous. When I explained my disappointment to the gate attendant, he gave me the "I could not care less" response. No attempt to "fix the customer." - I've seen better service skills from TSA screeners and employees at the RMV. So, I and my revenue stream are going to go elsewhere from now on. Easiest way to deal with parking and Logan airport. I make a reservation, show up, park my car and hop in their van. Almost no waiting, ever! They help with luggage, in an out of the van, as well as into my trunk on return. Professional drivers, I never feel unsafe! they even did a round trip when I realized I forgot my phone in the car! I love the concept....park very close to the airport....pay less per day and have the whole process of airport parking take less time. When I arrived, it worked fine (or so I thought)...I gave my information to the attendant INCLUDING the on-line coupon....left my car and key, hopped on a shuttle that immediately brought me to my terminal. When I returned, I called...waited about 15 minutes (started thinking how I would already be in my car on the way home if I used central parking)....the shuttle arrived....7 people got on....off to their parking lot. Got to their parking lot and the driver had to leave to get everyone's keys....then we started the drive around the parking lot over and over while the shuttle driver tried to figure out where everyone's car was and if he had the right keys.....lucky me i was last to be delivered to my car (another 20 minutes of my life gone). So much for them being a faster alternative. I then go to leave and am told my coupon was not applied....I asked why and the attendant said the rate was the standard rate....I told him I had a coupon when I dropped my car....he replied the rate was the rate....so I asked "so the coupon doesn't mean anything" and he said no. I HATE a business that is unethical.....why people put so much effort into being unethical when they could put the same energy into doing things the "right" way is always a mystery to me. So, 1) it doesn't save you time, central parking would be much faster and 2) make your financial decision based on their full rate because they do not honor their own coupons. read more

I used Park Shuttle and Fly this week am so impressed with their service. Starting with the free valet; park your car at the front and they will valet it for you, no trying to remember where it is. I received both a paper ticket and an emailed form of my ticket, just in case I lost it! Smart! The shuttle was right there ready to take me to the airport. A quick effortless ride to the airport with a courteous driver. Upon my return, I called for pickup and they asked for my ticket number so they knew which car I was getting and made sure I knew where to stand to meet the shuttle. The shuttle arrived promptly to pick me up. Returning to the lot after a big snow storm my car was ready for me, running, heat on, brushed off and heat seat on! What service! When we left, they flat out refused to honor the price they quoted when we arrived. Arrived Friday AM; attendant said (confirmed by witnesses) "Price is $18 per day. If you had reserved in advance you could get a $3 per day discount, but I can't give that to you; you need to pay $18 per day." Went to pay at departure Sunday night; attendant said "The price is $20 per day; I don't know why she quoted you $18." We asked if he was going to honor the price, and he said that he would not. Aside from being a scuzzy business practice, this is blatantly illegal. You can't offer a service at a price and then, once the service has been used, try to charge a different, higher price. Yes, I see now on their website that their list price is $20 per day, but that is beside the point. The price they offered us on the way in was $18. read more

I use this service the majority of the time when I go to the airport. I always reserve my spot online, the people are friendly for the most part and are usually willing to help with luggage. They now have a loyalty program which builds up points for personal use. I will continue to use the service as the prices are reasonable and someone is usually there to pick you up within ten minutes. read more

Zero stars: worst customer experience. Why does an airport parking lot need your keys? I just want to park, no other service wanted. No other airport parking in other cities require one to give keys to an attendant unless service( car detailing, etc) is requested. I don't want anyone touching, moving or going inside my vehicle. There is no reason an attendant would need my keys or move my vehicle. When asked about reason was told by entrance attendant " look lady other people are waiting for you to paark your caar so they can catch their flight , don't have time for your question , paark your caar or leave" . Ok, I left!! No one should be spoken to in that way after asking 1 question, why do you need my keys?, esp for $25/day - RIP OFF!! I drove to the next shuttle lot which was Airport Terminal. I will park there from now on. Easy, no attendants to talk to you , get ticket , park in a covered garage, pick up easy & drop off easy. For $1 more ($26/day) so worth it. Parked Economy Airport twice now w/ great experience. I will not recommend Logan's Original Park& Fly to anyone! Better than economy parking that the airport provides because I did not have to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to show up. Very friendly staff. Quick ride to the airport. When you arrive they park your car for you. My one criticism is that when they return to the lot the shuttle bus drives everyone to their car because the lot is spread out. So there we probably 8-10 stops to let people off the shuttle and we were one of the last so that added another 10-15 minutes sitting in the shuttle bus while they drove around the lot letting people off. But coming back from a flight I wanted to get in my car and get home not drive around a parking lot looking for cars for 15 minutes. Wow, I lost my ticket and called to get a ride to my car. They called me a "Jackass" and told me that they were keeping my car since I did not have a ticket to claim it. I told him that was illegal and he hung up on me. When I arrived 20 mins later nobody wanted to fess up to who called me a jackass. Then I noticed the sign that says that if you lose your ticket there is a $5 charge. I thought the prick that answered the phone told me that he could just keep your car? I had been using these guys for a couple of years - decent price, ok if not friendly service. Sometimes I parked myself, other times they parked for me. Last week, they asked me to leave the keys in the car and they would park for me. The next night, I returned to find my car unlocked and the passenger window wide open. It had been raining on and off all day. I know I didn't leave the window open myself, because there was no reason for me to open it, and it was cold out. Even if I had left it open, they should have closed it. When I complained to the cashier, he mumbled an apology but refused to waive the fee or discount it. It is a valet service. You leave them a car in good order, pick it up with out some if your items, which you forgot to remove Or a car which would not start. Very frustrating. I gave them the 2d chance, but it was worse than the 1st. Never again! They do not care, their goal is to park as many cars as possible. And it will be always your fault that you had a bad battery or you forgot to remove your personal items from your personal car. read more

I used this company once and will never go back again. All was fine until I got my key and went to start my car. The key had been forcibly removed with the ignition in an improper position which damaged my lock cylinder. The lock cylinder now has to be replaced at a cost of $300. I showed this to the attendant on duty and he had me fill out a damage report, saying that they had insurance to cover this sort of thing and promising that his manager, Patrick Flavin, would take care of it. I paid the exorbitant amount of $92.50 for four days parking and went on my way. When I called Patrick Flavin, he was rude, combative, and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He told me that I was lying and trying to scam him and then he hung up on me. Now I'm out the $92.50 plus $300 to fix my car and I feel like I have no recourse at all. If you want your car to be safe, park it at the airport. If you want convenience, take a cab. If you want to have your car damaged and be yelled at by a disrespectful moron, by all means go to Park, Shuttle & Fly. read more

The reservations agent was incredibly rude when I asked about the on-line coupon, insisting that I was "already getting the discount" because I would be arriving early in the day. Once I arrived, I raised this question with the attendant who repeatedly told me to "stop talking" and his manager intervened threatening to cancel the reservation, all because I politely asked questions about their policy and the calculation of days. I was parked for 7 x 24 hour periods plus 8 hours, across 8 calendar days. I expected that this would be 8 days fee, but each of the PS&F employees insisted that this was 9 days. So, I did the math. They actually charged me for 8 x rate, with no discount. I shut up, but I'm still fuming. I'll be looking for a different parking option in the future. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an airport park and shuttle service. I live almost two hours away from Logan but had to fly from here because I was place on military orders for a three week mission as an Army Reservist and the military purchased my ticket. Due to last minute notification of this mission I was unable to arrange transportation. At the time I dropped my car off I asked for a military discount and the attendant asked for my orders. I was unaware that the discount was a measly $3 off a day when I left my car. But at that time I had no other options. When I returned tonight I was told that my total was $450 dollars. I asked if that included the military discount. I was asked for a military ID. I questioned the new total of $418. I also questioned why I showed my military orders when I dropped my car off. And if it made no difference that my sole purpose for traveling was for the military why did I present orders initially instead of my military ID. When I go on military duty I am unfortunately not like some people whom continue to receive pay from there regular jobs. I work hard for everything I have. With that being said I am not in the military for the money I have been in now for over 11 years. I love what I do but I don't think that this is a fair military rate. On top of that the attendant was rude when I inquired about the new total he said "if you want you can just pay the total". You may think that the military will pick up the tab but I'm fairly certain they will not because it is excessive and it would have been cheaper to rent a car each way. Even an uber and and possibly a taxi would have saved hundreds of dollars. I could have got a ride the day before stayed in a hotel and that would have been cheaper. Or I could have drove to the hotel stayed the night left my car at hotel and took a cab to airport and it would have been cheaper!!!!! read more

Parking is less expensive than Logan. They drop you at your terminal with your luggage (no hunting for parking & lugging luggage). When you arrive they pick you up. The last few times have been cold snowy returns, they have had my car cleaned off and warmed up for me to get in to. Drivers are very helpful and professional. read more

I've used Park Shuttle & Fly many times, but I've decided it's time to try someplace new. I recently returned from a trip to find that my pickup truck had a flat tire in the Park Shuttle & Fly lot. I have a 25 minute drive to the airport, and i know my truck was fine when I pulled it into the lot. After the shuttle takes you to your terminal, someone from Park Shuttle & Fly parks your car in their lot. Well, clearly they ran over something in the lot because my tire was just about flat when I got back from my trip. When I flagged the issue to the manager, he was practically yelling at me: telling me that it couldn't be their fault, that flats happen gradually so I had to have ran over something before I got to the lot, etc. etc. etc. Never mind fixing the flat, I wasn't even offered free parking for my stay: not a discount, a coupon. Nothing. So... Park here at your own risk. And keep in mind that if something does happen to your vehicle, management is highly unlikely to take any action to make amends for your trouble. read more

When I returned from my trip, the driver's side seat had been moved to far forward that it took me 15 minutes - and a lot of bending, twisting and contortionism - to get into my car. Park Shuttle & Fly treats you like family! Easy to get to and reasonably priced. The staff is fantastic, and goes the extra mile. After a long trip during a cold spell with lots of snow, I returned to find my car shoveled out and cleared off! Unfortunately, the battery in my car was dead. However, the staff not only jumped my car, multiple times, they brought me into the office for coffee and donuts while it warmed up. I've used them a few times and the service was always good, but they went above and beyond when I needed help. I won't park any where else now. read more
