The dough is absolutely Amazing! The dough was more like a croissant texture so fluffy and soft the flavors just melt in your mouth. The donuts are humongous. Try the cookies n cream, it's so chocolatey, I Also recommend getting two maple with bacon because you just can't have one. read more

The sign of a delicious donut is the constant line out the door, and this place has it. The donuts are unique and delicious. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options (but they seem to go quick). The recognizable Air Stream builds a unique atmosphere and the staff are always friendly! It is clear that they are busy, but they are patient as you decide and always extremely helpful. This seemed to be the closest donut shop in fort Walton so gave it a try. Staff is not super friendly. Since it was our first time and there was a lot of people standing around we didn't know if they called your name for the order or anything. After standing in-front of the barista for 5 minutes she gave me a nasty look and said are you waiting for your donuts? So right now you order from the truck (menu is at the register) and then wait for your food to be brought out. The guy taking orders in the truck (sorry wish I knew his name) was very helpful, took the time to explain to us what the options were and what to expect since we were new. This place will forever ruin any other doughnut for you, they are really that good. This is the kind of place that you know you will miss when the cravings hit. These are incredible. These are more croissant like than most other cronut type doughnuts I've had and boy have they nailed it. These outshine the premier doughnuts shops I've tried in Chicago, LA, and Portland. The buttery, crisp flakiness of the dough is perfectly balanced with the levels of sweet and savoriness. Many doughnut shops that have these decadent style toppings often really overdo it, but Parlor nails the balance. Also, pricing is really good. $2 a donut if you buy a dozen is so good.
