I enjoy the vibe here: the space has lots of interesting architectural details, the booths feel intimate and allow conversation, and it's really attractive. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive; there was not point in the meal where she missed a beat. While it felt overpriced for the size, I will say that their signature parlour burger and patty melt were delicious. I'd even go so far as to say it might be among the best in the Twin Cities. They are known for their Old Fashioned, so I partook; it was memorable. The fries looked hand cut, and were served piping hot with just the right amount of seasoning, and a garlicky cheesy aioli dipping sauce. I noticed when we paid the bill that they charge a 4% service charge for using a credit card. I hate it when companies do that, and that tarnished an otherwise delightful meal.

Vintage quiet bar with their historic Parlour Burger. Waiter recommended a Single (parlour burger is double burger). He was correct. We shared a burger and fries and cup of soup. Even that too much! My birthday dessert was complimentary! Really delicious. Lots of construction so don't plan on street parking. Choose the pay lot right across 7th!

Cool vibes, great service and delicious food. The fries were 10/10, the side of aioli was good but probably could have gone without and the parlor burger was perfect!

Living in the cities for over two decades, I think I've heard the most about this burger. I had high expectations, but left felling... meh? The service was friendly, but frankly slow. It was hard getting drinks or refills. They were out of sausage and turkey for their breakfast items, but willingly made adjustments to their dishes for free. Three of us got the burgers in our group and only one of us thought the burger lived up to its reputation. Apparently I'm a burger snob now. I still don't think I'll find one better than Saint Dinette. (RIP )

We came here to sit at the bar, and have a couple drinks and snacks, and had a great time. The drinks were so delicious, my husband and I had 2 cocktails each and all were really well balanced and went great with food! Our bartender came over and actually made a new drink for my husband without asking, because he felt that the first drink wasn't perfectly up to standard - amazing service, and a testament to their cocktail craft! The food was good as well, we got the burger to share and some snacks, but the cocktails were the true standouts here. We sat in the bar area and while we didn't bring our baby, there was another child having dinner with their parents, so seems like it could be family friendly as well! Overall, great spot for drinks and fantastic service, definitely check them out!

Parlour Bar in St. Paul was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was friendly and attentive, and you'll be thinking about the food for days afterward. Our party of four started with two appetizers, the whipped goat cheese and the cauliflower. Both were great, but the cauliflower really stood out. The peppers gave it a nice kick. Now for the main event, the Parlour Burger. This is an absolute must order and truly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Loved everything about this experience. My friends and I had a fantastic dinner, and I can't wait to return.

I had a reservation for dinner before going to see Lady Gaga at GCA I was seated at the bar since I was alone and could then be seated for longer than an hour. I enjoyed the interaction with the bartender really enjoyed my Japanese gin and tonic and the Brussel sprouts roasted in basalmic was really good and just the right amount . Don't get here often would come again they do run a limited menu on event nights

I had only ever been to the location in north loop, but St. Paul had all the same classics! The Parlour burger is truly one of my favorite burgers - simple but perfectly cheesy and flavorful! All of the other dishes were equally amazing. I was especially surprised by the banana bread dessert. I wasn't expecting much but this was so yummy with each piece having crisp, almost caramelized edges. As per usual with St. Paul, there is only street parking or there is a valet option. We didn't know before, but this is actually free if you are eating at the restaurant and can show your receipt!

Burger 100/10 so good double smash burger! Service was okay, restaurant was fairly empty. Not to loud lots of seating. We also had brussel sprouts which had nice flavors good spice. French fries all four of us agreed way too much salt, we could barely eat. The burger will keep you coming back!

I got the brisket sandwich, and it was good! The Brussel sprouts were also pretty good-- and my old fashioned was strong, and tasty. I think what disappointed me was the limited menu. I am all in favor of smaller menus, but this felt just a little too small... and maybe they're more known for cocktails. I was in town for work, and brought some work colleagues here. It was a nice casual atmosphere. And if I'm back in town, I might go back. But it wasn't so amazing that I'd say, "I have to go back." Oh, and the other thing that was frustrating was the service. The drinks took too long to come out. The food was prompt. But then the check too waaayyy to long.

Burgers are a must here. Get the cauliflower and whipped goat cheese. The butter lettuce salad was good. Prices high.

Went to the parlour late on a Saturday afternoon. We were shocked to see that it wasn't very busy maybe because nothing was going on at the Xcel Arena. Wanted to try some of their fancy cocktails. I didn't realize the size of the parlour till we walked in and stated we wanted to sit at the bar and was taken through a series of different store front and each room has its own motif. We were taken to the last room (4th 1st level store front) to this enormous bar. What we ordered: we order the happy hour deviled eggs which were the best deviled eggs I've ever had. The happy hour version has 2 on a plate for $5 so if you are hungry...you might want to order 2. I also ordered 2 different drinks: Too Much Heaven (tiki-esque drink) which was delish with what I call hospital ice. Small balls of ice. Then I ordered the Graupel - gin based cocktail in a low ball with "hospital" ice. The 2 drinks were very different from one another but both delish in their own way. The Graupel was very fragrant and floral while Too Much Heaven was tiki vibes and taking you away to a tropical destination. Negatives: the drinks are EXPENSIVE! Each one was roughly around $15 a piece. Service was great and the bartenders were friendly and courteous. Though the bartenders insisted we come back for their burger..so it's on our next to do list. Cheers!

We had reservations for 4 in the main dining area. It was a Thursday at 4pm, not too busy but by the time we left it was!! The main dining room has Giant booths for groups of four and are awesome!!! I had the Carmel Apple rotating cider. It was incredible and on the happy hour menu! Three people at our table had this drink! The Bourbon Espresso martini was the happy hour cocktail of the day, it was very strong! The Spiced jungle bird cocktail was different than what I had expected, very interesting drink! we were told in the beginning that we had to be out by a certain time to accommodate another reservation, but our server and the host worked it out so we could continue chatting, ordering drinks and having a great time at our table! Sam was our server and she was very nice and accommodating. Our group was a little late or half of us were and our server was so nice and allowed us to order drinks and food slowly.

But, we were able to order and drink one drink during the ~45 minutes we had. They closed up shop promptly at 10pm. They had a classics and a "rumors" section of the menu. I didn't think the signature drinks were overly unique, with classics like Paper Plane making that menu side. I had a pomegranate mojito which was good! Consensus was that the cocktails were good not exceptional, especially for the $16-17 price point. We ordered churros for the table which were a table favorite! I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but we enjoyed our time and could see this being a good option if you lived in the neighborhood and don't mind the early close hours.

Relatively easy to find, though you do have to hunt a little bit, Flora Room sits behind a nondescript metal door leading down a short hallway to the entrance. Take a long moment to allow your eyes to adjust if you're coming before sunset; this space is DARK. It's also perfect. Once your "night vision" kicks in you're surrounded by a nice bar, numerous bistro-style tables and booths. Candles adorn the tables creating a nice, cozy place to settle in for drinks. Once seated in comfortable chairs at a table, we were quickly greeted and provided with menus. The cocktail selection is relatively "small" but really nicely varied. Prices seemed a tad steep but frankly, given the quality of the drinks I'd say quite worth it. I started out with the Evita, a nice flavorful gin-base cocktail topped with a nice egg white foam. Very tasty. My wife opted for the Tapaculo, with gin, mezcal, pineapple, banana and bitters over ice. Also quite good. There are also bites available from the associated restaurant I can't recall the name of mine but I can say it was delicious. Bread-like bites with a really tasty dipping sauce. To close out the visit I selected Palo, a smoked aged rum cocktail that was really nice and rich. My wife chose the Nahualito with rum, walnut, amontillado and white chocolate. All should be on your radar. Flora Room really fit the bill for a nice, intimate speakeasy-style spot to spend time. Dark and cozy. Patatas bravas, tequenos, and rompe colchon were excellent. I mean mouth wateringly amazing. Shrimp in the rompe colchon was cooked PERFECTLY and the balance of the sour leche de tigre and mango made the dish interesting for the palate. Broccolini side dish was also cooked perfectly and the cheese foam gave a unique twist to the side dish. I ordered the bollitos pelones and OH MY GOODNESS. Think huge fried (but not greasy) ball of corn dough (like tamale but grains not so fine) stuffed with braised lamb and swimming in a dark, curry and spiced sauce.
