I showed Mark a picture of part & model number which needed replacement. I purchased it for $124.70 and when trying to install it, realized that he gave me the wrong part. Following day, went to return with box & original packaging in same condition. He stated that it is considered installed because i attempted to connect the motherboard which was for a wrong model to begin with. He didn't even want to replace it for correct part or refund! I was delighted to find a place that stocks good-quality parts for my vintage Ducane grill. And in the end, I am happy with the parts I got and that my elderly 'Rolls Royce' is working perfectly again. But what a nightmare. The short form is that these guys have no business selling on the internet. They're stuck in an old-school parts-guys model and if you can't walk in or call them on the phone, they don't really want to deal with you. **Folks, they don't even have a contact email.** I ordered some new burners. Happy to find nearly OEM goods that came with all the little parts like igniter boxes, and at a good price. Their order form required a very difficult CAPTCHA just to enter the order... one of those with gray spider-scrawls you can't read. Four tries later, I managed to blow up the box enough to get the code right. Remember, this is just to enter an order... a completely pointless use of a CAPTCHA gate. Then I entered my shipping address and used it for billing as well - all of my credit cards have both street and PO address as authorized. Nope. In a very old-school move, their AVS check is cranked up so high it rejected the card. (Remember when you got AVS fails because you put "St" or "Street" instead of exactly "St." Yay.) Since they hand-process orders, max-fraud AVS really isn't needed... So I back out and change my billing address to the PO Box. Lo and behold, it all goes through... until I get the confirmation invoice and it changed BOTH the billing and shipping addresses to the PO Box. I send a return email advising them of this and the street address. Simultaneously, i get an email from a counter guy telling me my order is held because of the rejected card, and an email from someone else saying okay about the address change. All three (invoice, okay and no-go) are from individual-name GMail accounts. But anyway, the tracking comes through and I am supposed to get my new burners Friday before Labor Day - yay! And then I get a notice from UPS that they don't deliver to PO Boxes. I send email to the two apparently admin (GMail) addresses about this. No response. I have a "My UPS" account, so I do get the parcel on Monday. It's the wrong burners. And in comparing everything from the online catalog page to the acknowledgement to the packing slip to the boxes, not one number matches up. At all. I have no idea why I didn't get two Chevy small block water pumps or something. So I send email. And wait. I send another email to both admin accounts. And wait. I finally call... and am given the choice of leaving a message. I do. The next day I get a callback and after slowly reading a bunch of numbers at the guy and being treated as if I'm a moron, I loudly say, "THE PART NUMBERS ON THE BOXES ARE ____ AND ____." "Oh." he says. "Those are the wrong parts. I'll get it fixed." End of call. That was on the 12th, two full weeks after the order was placed. Another message was left a week later, looking for some kind of confirmation or something. No response. I finally called today, the 25th, to be rudely told the parts were shipped and show arrival back on the 17th... to my PO Box. Which I check infrequently because of COVID, had not the slightest idea was where the parts were shipped... and now I have to go stand in a COVID line to retrieve them. Short version, the PO was actually quick. And I have my burners. And they work. And I guess I am supposed to ship the other ones back. A month to get these parts, almost entirely because this company has absolutely no idea what it's doing online, from the order form to customer service to problem resolution. I placed my order 5-9-2020. I did not receive a shipping notice so sent an email requesting update 5-13-20. No reponse. Another email 5-14-20. No response so I called. Guy was 'remote' but promised to call back when he talked to his guys. No call back so I called the next day. Same story but still no call back. Called 5-20-20 and talked to a different person that described the 'remote' guy as an agile. This guy confirmed shipping 5-21 and he would personally send tracking. Nothing. I called again 5-22-20 and talked to remote guy. He informed me he cannot do anything from his house (no kidding) and he was not the guy to complain to. We had an excellent experience with AllPartsGrills.com (Parts USA Grills). I spoke with Mark on the phone, he had the parts in stock, took my order and emailed me a receipt right away. We spoke on Monday and received the parts four days later on a Friday. Our Kenmore grill was a gift and is now well-loved. Finding a new burner assembly and a new V-deflector plate (the part that goes over the flame) online was a little discouraging--after finding the manual for the grill online and finding the part numbers, I couldn't find any places in Michigan--the best I could find was a "universal" burner piece from big-box stores that we've used in the past, and didn't work well. I finally found 3 places online. One didn't have the exact part but it said it would fit our model number--but when I looked up reviews for that company it sounded like many people ordered online and never received their parts. Nope! Another company showed the parts on their website, but the site showed the parts were out of stock. We were thrilled to finally run across this company and very pleased with the good customer service. The parts fit and worked well--we cooked out tonight and are so happy to be going into the spring season with a grill that works just like new. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered replacement cooking grates for my grill. I called to check and see if they had shipped because other parts from other grill companies had already been delivered. He immediately got rude when I asked if they had shipped. Told me that it could be up to a month before I receive my parts because they were backlogged. Also told me they had a very old system. When I asked if I could cancel my order all he said was laugh and say bye and hung up. So I called him right back and he immediately began to cuss me out. I kept my calm and did not cuss back but told him that that was no way to treat a customer. I would highly highly highly recommend never doing business with these people. read more

I originally placed my order for replacement parts for my grill on May 30th 2017. Today is June 25th, and I still don't have my parts. I had called a week after ordering, and was told they would ship out that week. Next week, after not receiving anything, not even a email, I called again, was told they could not find the part in the warehouse, despite showing them in stock. I asked for a email to confirm my order, and anticipated shipping date, which I also did not get. So, after the third call to their company, no email notifications from them ever, I have now been given a tracking number. I may have saved about $5.00 on this order over their competition, but it was totally not worth the wasted time and lack of communication. I would not likely ever use them again. Heard a click on phone and music stopped for a split second, could tell person checked to see if I hung up yet and music started again. I'm getting pissed now. . Finally got back to me. Gave him my order # and and put me on hold again for over 10 minutes this time. Came back and said order shipped last week and I should get it by this Friday. So my AC went out while I was at work. My wife called and it being 85 and humid out, she was concerned. I called a friend of mine who is experienced in HVAC and after some trouble shooting, found out it was the capacitor. I looked up a couple sites to locate my capacitor and found West Allis Heating & Air Conditioning sold to the public. I called hoping to quickly get it fixed but these jerks wanted to charge $120 for a $30 dollar capacitor, bunch of scam artists looking to overcharge someone in need. I digress. So I call around and finally find Allparts. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful. He said they indeed had the part and it would cost $28 bucks!! I would give this company 0 Stars if possible!! I ordered parts through them. Waited patiently for two weeks called the company they said I would have the parts by the weekend. The parts never showed up called them back then they told me they had never been shipped. they would ship them out immediately. waited a week and a half. the parts never came. Called them again they said they would overnight the package to me. They never overnighted the package they sent it regular mail and I got it a week and a half later. The point of this review is that they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone and even give you a fake UPS tracking number! this company is very irresponsible and unreliable I've been a gas contractor for 20 yrs. I placed an order on 6/12/18, according to website it said items will ship between 1-4 business days. I called on Wednesday morning 6/20/18 since I had not received a shipping notification. I was told they would call me right back once they got in contact with the warehouse person for update. I never got a call back. I called again on 6/22/18 and i was told they were waiting for parts and are finally here and order should ship Monday 6/25/18 and i should have it by Wednesday 6/27/18 (11 Business days later). Since i never got a shipping notification I called again on Wednesday 6/27/18, I was told the warehouse person was on lunch and the rep told me he will call me back once he talked to warehouse person. I never got a call back. I called again on Thursday 6/28/18 morning and spoke to Karl. he said it should ship today or tomorrow. I told him site said 1-4 days to ship and still nothing and also told that it was going to ship on Monday 6/25/18 and also never shipped. Karl very unprofessionally said the other person I spoke to was "bullshitting" and that he cannot speak for what other reps told me. I finally got an email that same day 6/28/18 with tracking number. It took them over 2 weeks to ship my order and now I have to wait for it to arrive and hope its correct. At no point in any of my calls did the reps apologize or tried to make it up with discounts or removing shipping cost.
