The pizza is OK but not great. The owner thinks he is God and beg people to come in during Covid. Now that things are looking better he's raising his prices and treating people badly. Fantastic garlic rolls. Butter and garlic basing the bottom was mouth watering. The real star for me was the White (Blanco) pizza. Stop in every other week or so, because I love this type of food. I've never had a bad experience with the staff as they are always pleasant people. The owner has even stop to have a conversation with me before my food arrived. Most things are excellent! One or two things could be re-work and improved. Pasquale's is in a pretty nondescript shopping center, but it's a hidden gem with some of the best pizza in town. Their pies are HUGE and there's nothing better than a slice of their hot, cheese covered pizza to make you happy. I stopped in 9/12 around 3:00pm to pick up my takeout. I've read good things about the pizza. Also, had a guy making pizza somewhere else say that this is good pizza. I would agree. It's what we call in MI Philadelphia style crust. Thin in the middle getting increasingly thicker towards the crust. The crust is baked perfectly. The sauce has just the right balance as to not over power the the pie. I have to say the pepperoni is the best I have had since moving here in March. I have tried over 20 pizza places since moving here and this would be the 3rd place I'd return to. I get 1/2 cheese and half pepperoni so I can give a fair review. Both were equally as delish. The only reason I don't give 5 stars for takeout pizza is because I am saving that 5 stars for the unicorn of pizzas. Good place. Tasty pie. Would recommend. read more

I'll give this place 5 stars. I thought the pizza was great. The crust was thin enough as you could fold it, and when you did, it cracked perfectly as a pizza crust should. As a NYer, I don't eat pizza down here, but we were in the mood. We went here, sat outside, which is pretty much in a parking lot because it is a strip mall, got the verde Bianca pizza, and that's it. I found my pizza place. Ya'll frustrated me from the get go. Waitress acted like she had ZERO clue or ZERO ______ to give. Owner or Manager lady with Big ole blonde hair responded with same attitude. Wow. So this place is a hole in the wall. But it looked "decent". Should have checked reviews before I pulled in. But I was really tired and hungry. (Long flight). We sat outside because it was too cold inside. And of course flies were everywhere. Oh well. Can't control nature. We ordered 3 meals. Ravioli. Chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm. I asked the girl before she left if it was breaded & nice and crispy and thin. She said YES. We ordered only the entee. We didn't want the salad nor bread. SO COLOR ME SURPRISED.... when the eggplant was slimy not breaded nor crispy....but it was slimy mess. Piled on top of each other. Slathered in Marinara and about a boat of melted cheese. (BTW: Slimy-like wet mucus in my throat for those who doesn't exactly understand what I mean) Now let me say.... I eat EP a LOT... and this was by far the grossest I've ever eaten. Or partially eaten? I tried to ingest like 3 bites. The pasta was "angel hair"... but a tad too al dente. The chicken Parmesan was hard.... overcooked, or a left over from the day before. There's no telling. My 13 yo just kept spitting chunks out of her mouth. CP is her FAVORITE meal. She's eaten plenty of it from Olive Garden to Buddy V's in The Venetian in Las Vegas. So she knows what it's supposed to taste like. And this was shoe leather. The ravioli was al dente, but my mom ate it anyway. The server only came to check ONCE... and apparently didn't notice nor care that my plate was 3/4ths FULL... as she didn't ask me if everything was ok. She didn't ask ANY of us if our meals were ok. But she did ask us if we wanted more drinks. I'd prefer they had asked us about our meals, but maybe they knew it was gross in the first place. The bill comes and surprise... she charged us full price (meal, salad and bread). So, I went in and asked the manager/owner nicely about the bill.... and she was quite blunt and curt and not exactly the most understanding nor nice. Well the BEST was yet to come.... 2 hours later I was heaving into the toilet. Thanks a LOT. Should have put in a doggie bag and brought it back to you. The toppings were fresh; and sadly that is where the positives end! This pizza was flavorless, bland and boring! I had to load up with Parmesan cheese and oregano just to tolerate it. My son and I had dinner here on spring break. It is a very small quaint little place in a strip mall. We sat outside and had great service by the owners daughter. I had a salad with Italian dressing and it was really good with tomato cucumber olives and onions. Very fresh. We also had an order of the garlic knots, they were really really good. We ordered a medium pizza half sausage half pepperoni. The crust was unbelievable and baked perfectly. The sausage is exceptional and wish we would have ordered it on the entire pizza! Ordered delivery and it got to my hotel really fast. So fast, I was disappointed the calzone wasn't warmer. Once I heated it up a bit, it had great flavor and lots of cheese and meat. Oddly, we had Pasquale's pizza and some of their other delivery at the place next door (a large open brewery that ONLY serves beer, while the food is delivered by restaurants in the surrounding plaza!( The large pie is QUITE large and arrived piping hot. It was all really tasty, and kind of a cross between a New York & Chicago thick slice. One slice and your full - we even called some folks over from another table to indulge. The server/delivery person - STEPHANIE - was also really sweet and friendly. Her enthusiasm for Pasquale's was a real treat. That is so important when competing for the general public's business. Just stopped here for a couple of slices of pepperoni. I have to admit, that while I am from Chicago, I appreciate NY style as well, especially if it is done well. I am happy to say that this little place served me one of the best slices I have ever had. I was especially impressed with the flavor of he sauce, which had some sweetness to it (of which I am a fan). I think that this will be the go to place when a craving hits for a good pie. There is quite more seating inside that the exterior hints at, so this would be a good place for a casual night out with a friend or family. The Sicilian pizza was a little doughier/heavier than usual but was still good. Chicken parm nice serving & tasty. The family that owns the place was so nice.
