The decor is perfect, the food wasn't bad, but the service here is ruining this place. 1. There were three or four hostesses standing around chatting, playing with their phones, drinking,.. all while it took forever for food to come out, no dishes were being bussed... They should have been helping servers. Not to mention it looks unprofessional. 2. The silverware was super dirty, the straws wrapped in them were bent out of shape, and our waitress Nicole saw and ignored both facts. 3. Though we were clearly done looking at the menu and ready to order, our server Nicole raced away to get our drinks (water here doesn't taste good) and we had to wait another five minutes till she came back to order. 4. Food was plunked down with a 'here ya go' and she never came back to see if everything was ok. It wasn't. Their pasta was way overcooked, & it seemed like there might be some kinda meat in the soup. 5. Very very poor hygiene habits by at least half the servers - constant playing with hair, touching beard and mustache and face, and especially itching their nostrils - disgusting. They are also not taking care about not touching rims of cups and bowls of soup I don't even remember what else. Crust around edge couldn't be cut with a knife it was so hard as was the cheese that had melted onto the plate. When I asked Carl about it he said it had probably set under the heat lamp to long. I wanted to say " you think". I ate the center and he was probably right as the chicken was very dry. My wife's meal was fine and neither Carl nor management offered to remake my dish or do anything. We found this place on Yelp. The menu looked good, but we didn't expect the fantastic food and fabulous service we had. Try the lime cilantro salad dressing and the Parmesan scallops especially. I had shrimp carbonara which was perfect and so filling. Portions are good and you definitely get your money's worth. read more

The cheddar dill soup was great, pasta margherita was super, roasted garlic chicken cheesecake was a new twist and of course the sampler (tortellini, chicken Alfredo and lasagna) for the win! As an Italian, I don't typically eat out at Italian restaurants. When I do, I'm usually disappointed. So when one of my managers suggested we eat here, I was skeptical. Good Italian in Conway, AR? You better believe it!!! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive! We started out with the creamy crawfish dip. So good, you could sell it was a soup! A little bit of kick, but not too much! It comes with tortilla chips, but I recommend dipping the garlic bread in it!!! My entree was tortellini and ravioli in a alfredo sauce with a side of meatballs!!! Very good pasta. Table had New Orlean scrimp a bit of spice, ravioli great presentation, lasagna, great sauce need more meat the restaurant can be noisy and was. Had not been here in six months. But Tuesday 8/28 we were back with a guest and it one the best Italian meals we had enjoyed in a long time, the touch of lemon in the fettuccine sauce made a significant improvement and the evening paella was excellent. Guess would be the server was new. Took awhile for the glasses of wine to arrive and the bread just beat out entree arrival. Still a very nice meal read more

Good food. Solid menu. Southern Most Pasta was a little overdone for me but it was acceptable. Sauce was good. Price was fair for the quality of ingredient. Bread was a little soggy with a lot of garlic margarine? Reminded me of the garlic breads from supermarket freezer section. Not enough to deduct stars though. Service was excellent. I'm so thankful for curbside pick up during COVID as I'm still uncomfortable dining inside. My daughter has raved about this pasta for some time and when our party of 5, became just us girls...we sprung at the opportunity! I'm so glad we did! I had the All Southern Pasta filled with crawfish tails, grilled shrimp, and mushrooms atop a heaping pile of Cajun creamy noodles. Y'all. They have very large portions(this coming from an over 200lb'er that usually has NO trouble cleaning a plate. My daughter had the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and loved it. Her shrimp were seasoned/breaded and fried. You get free garlic bread, but I ordered the cheesy bread and will leave it off the order next time. The buttery toasted garlic bread was the perfect accessory to my meal. The cheesy bread(my daughter loved) was too much to add to dinner. She had a beautiful green salad and I had cheddar dill soup. Ohhhh, the soup. Yum. We split a white chocolate cheesecake topped with caramel. Devine. My second visit and I had to have the Cheddar Dill Soup, again. It was just as delicious the second time as the first. Yummy! The toasted garlic bread was complimentary, hot and served with their delicious marinara sauce. I tried the spaghetti and Italian meatballs. Very, very good. The meatballs were handmade and could have been a bit more warm inside. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked. You're able to order lunch daily so it was nicely priced with the pasta and sauce at $6.99 with two meatballs extra. Soup or salad included. I love this place! I went for my birthday dinner, and although they ran out of the appetizer (calamari) and desert (tiramisu) I wanted, it was still a great experience. Our waiter was amazing. She was very nice, funny, and apologetic. The food was so delicious that we brought my mom here when she came to visit and we finally got some calamari. It wasn't over cooked. It was perfect. Unfortunately, most of the menu is cream sauce, which I don't care for. However, they do have a buerre blanc chicken pasta that is made with a white wine sauce. This is my favorite thing on the menu. I had an extremely unpleasant experience of ordering for a catering event. When I first called, I asked for some information very politely. When I told the man I needed to call back to decide what I wanted, he replied, "oh my god" then says "ok thanks" and then the conversation ended after I said "thank you". Then, when I called back, I ordered and he seemed fine. I realized right after the call that I said the wrong pick up date. When I called back to change it, he replied "good lord". I was very confused and upset I was treated that way. If it wasn't for the special event, I would have canceled the order immediately. Everything from the appetizers to desserts is so delicious. The Cajun Shrimp Pasta is one of my favorites. The pasta here puts Olive Garden to shame. The food is so worth the drive to Conway.
