We have tried many of the restaurants in Moab. This one was the best by far. The hostess was delightful. The waiter (El Rey) was very professional, and attentive without being obnoxious. Our drinks and appetizers came out quicker than expected. My husband had the spinach artichoke dip. He said it was wonderful. He put the crostinis down and just ate it with a spoon! I had Caprese Salad, like I always do if it's on a menu. This one had nice thick slices of mozzarella and enough balsamic to last until the end. Yum! My husband had the Hagan Option. He chose the Jumbo shell, the Manicotti, and Tortellone. He said all of it was delicious. I had the Chicken Parmigiana. So tender that I easily cut it with my fork. The flavors!! Oh my. Yum. I kept finding large pieces of chopped garlic in the sauce. I love garlic. Serving size was so much that even my husband couldn't finish it all. Lunch for tomorrow! I have only one thing "negative" to say... it was so hot that I had to wait for it to cool a bit to eat it. That is the opposite problem that I usually have. They have patio seating but the chairs were mesh metal and we like a padded seat so chose to eat inside. Kudos to this restaurant. We will be back again and again. read more

This place was awesome! I couldn't get enough of my meal! Great service too. Garlic bread was fantastic. I only wished a salad came with the meal. I feel like that is a standard thing at a italian restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. Service was great! not overly needy but was there when we needed her. My bf's mom has a shellfish allergy and always asks to make sure nothing has any type in it. The server knew there was some sort of shell fish in the marinara and gave her other suggestions on what to have for dinner. His mom was very satisfied with her dinner even though there were a lot of things she couldn't have. Made the experience that more awesome! Next time i go back to Moab ill have to go here! Super Disappointing , walked in to make a large to go order. Had a very nice girl help me with a menu and told me to approach the bar when I was ready. I approach the bar and when I do I realize a privileged white girl walking around with no mask while all the other servers seemed to be wearing masks. Then two employees not only step right in front of me but they pull out the bar stools and totally ignore the fact I was waiting to make a Togo order. Then no one seemed to care. So I turned away and walked out with not one person acknowledging the fact that I was gonna walk out with out putting my order in. I'm sure the owner will be thrilled that a over privileged white girl got her business shut down. read more

Pasta Jay's in Moab was a solid choice for dinner. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. The Hangar option, where you get to pick three items from a list of Italian options, was a great way to try different dishes in one meal. It added a nice touch to the experience, providing a comfortable and unique setting to enjoy the food. Everything from the pasta to the sauces tasted homemade and high-quality. Service was friendly and efficient, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal, and I'd definitely return next time I'm in Moab. read more

Very large portions! Split with a friend. I found this place on Yelp and it was open late so we came here. We came in late after watching the sunset at the Canyonland's Island in the Sky and we were starving!! We showed up 30 minutes prior to closing and they still served us. The restaurant was packed on the patio, we got a nice table and the customer service was excellent. They didn't rush us and we stayed late drinking the wine. Pasta Jay's is a restaurant that I never would have thought of eating at normally, but once my good friend Danny Dudley recommended it to me, I knew I had to try it out. We enjoyed a nice meal at Pasta Jay's, a Moab favorite. The baked rigatoni with red meat sauce was delicious and definitely a highlight. Service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The kids' meals were a good deal at $7, making it family-friendly. The only downside is that the indoor dining area can get quite loud, so it's not the best spot if you're looking for a quiet meal. read more

After a day of exploring Canyonlands NP, we stopped to eat this Italian Restaurant. We ere immediately seated and the service was fast. Our food was good and the garlic bread was delicious, wish i had more. Prices were very reasonable. I was happy to receive hot food..,. i could see the marinara in my plate bubbling. I don't usually eat Mac & Cheese at a restaurant, but when I do, I go to Jay's! After a long day of hiking, I was hungry for carbs and a Pasta restaurant sounded like a good idea.
