Every time I'm craving Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Pastaphony hits the spot! This time I checked out their Anaheim location on Center Street Promenade and everything was delicious. We started with the cheesy garlic breadsticks and dipped them in marinara -- BOMB! My kids always get the spaghetti with chicken parmesan, but of course Daddy has to steal a bite first . The chicken was juicy and crispy and the pasta was packed with flavor. We also tried the Penne Shrimp Pinko with that creamy pink sauce. Definitely a fan favorite! But my go-to is still the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Super creamy, flavorful, and they give you a really good portion. I also love that you can build your own pasta bowl and choose exactly what you want. Save room for dessert because the tiramisu and Nutella Bomb are a must! Great spot for the whole family when you're craving some comfort food. We'll definitely be back! read more

Went here Saturday evening, 09/05, to pick up a plain fettuccine Alfredo to-go for my daughter. Fettuccine Alfredo is her favorite, so we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, when she started eating it, there was a lot of black pepper throughout the dish. It was nothing like the photos shown on the menu. Tried it for the first time, just opened on the street. The portions as far as the pasta is a lot so expect to take leftovers home. Had the spaghetti with red sauce and breaded chicken and lots of the free toppings. Be careful with the "cheese sauce" it doesn't say it on the menu but it's nacho cheese sauce. Emilee, the cashier was actually super helpful and pointed that out to me. I would have had my meal ruined if I got nacho cheese on my spaghetti. It was my first time here and the menu options were pretty straightforward with build your own pasta! I got chicken Alfredo which came with alot of chicken. The Alfredo was just a bit too peppery for me. The breadsticks were pretty good and the food was ready quick! It's a small place but there is outdoor seating. It's a build-your-own pasta concept, but on our first visit we decided to try two of their signature pastas instead. We ordered the Penne Shrimp Pinko, Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, and the Cheesy Garlic Bread. The garlic bread was my favorite. Both pastas were good, and the noodles were cooked perfectly without being mushy. I thought the Penne Shrimp Pinko could have used a little more salt, but it was still tasty. The inside is pretty small with only a couple of tables, but there's plenty of outdoor seating. There's also free 2-hour parking, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly, and the owners even gave us a coupon to use on our next visit, which was really nice. Our total came out to about $60 for two pasta dishes, a soda, and the garlic bread. The price isn't necessarily bad, but it was a little shocking at first, especially with how expensive everything feels these days. I do wish they had a few more drink options, like cream sodas or flavored sparkling waters. Since it's a build-your-own concept, I'd love to see some fun-shaped pastas, more unique toppings, and a few more creative sauce options. read more

It's always great to see a new lunch option pop up on the Promenade. This is close to my work so I'm looking forward for a little variety. A few days ago, we decided to try it for dinner. My husband went and ordered for takeout since I was feeling a little sick. We decided to share a spaghetti and meatballs as well as some cheesy garlic bread. We added some basil, chili flakes, onion, and shredded Parmesan. He really likes garlic, and so do I, but not usually if it's fresh. We didn't add it because we weren't sure if it was going to be minced and added as a topping or cooked into to the spaghetti. The staff explained to my husband that it is normally cooked with the spaghetti, and they offered to leave it on the side in case I didn't want it on my portion. They also went above and beyond by splitting the plate into two containers after he mentioned we were sharing. It wasn't something he asked for, but it just goes to show how stellar the customer service was. The spaghetti was phenomenal as were the meatballs. They were smaller meatballs cut in half, which I like because I hate having to cut a large meatball into smaller pieces. The basil, onion, and chili flakes added so much flavor to the pasta. The cheesy bread is also a must. It comes with four pieces and marinara. I can't wait to try this again! read more

Just 7 minutes from Disneyland, you're gonna find the newest pasta concept on Center Street Promenade in Anaheim. This is build-your-own pasta, so you get to completely customize your own pasta experience to your liking, from the noodles to add-ons, and you get an option of 9 free toppings! Everything looks so freakin' good, but if you're indecisive like me, definitely go for the signature pastas--these never miss. I got the chicken fettucine alfredo, shrimp penne with pink sauce which is a mix of red and white sauce--AKA the best of both worlds, but the chicken parm spaghetti with this hefty, super juicy, whole piece of chicken was absolutely insane. Even their Caesar salad hits and is a nice palate cleanser from all the carbs. And you CANNOT go without ordering the cheesy breadsticks. Just look at the cheese pull! A smaller version of the Fullerton Pastaphony with limited inside seats and some outside seats but the pasta is still warm to the tummy and makes a nice lunch . Service is quick and appreciated the business and the food is still delicious. Either by ordering your own pasta creation or the ones listed on the menu. Only down side is parking on the promenade plus now Anaheim charges for parking in the garages. So plan to get there early for the limited street parking..or take out. read more

So happy that a solidly delicious restaurant in my neighborhood. I have had such a great exeperience at this newly opened pasta spot! Everything about it exceeded my initial expectations. And his wife is just as wonderful. they both make you feel appreciated the moment you walk in and the customer service is truly exceptional bar none. I have only eaten this and I would say at least half dozen times since they opened a couple of weeks so far. If you are counting calories better had fast before coming. Its that good. This place just opened so I have never heard any reviews on it before or know what to think but the pasta is fantastic and I will definitely be going back for more. The flavors with the truffle cream sauce and breaded chicken goes perfect and I added some chili flakes and garlic and basil, one of the best pastas I've ever had.
