Unassuming from the outside, you walk and few at home in Ireland. Well, maybe a cousin of a cousin but it's a cool place. An awesome variety of beers, ambers, lagers, ciders, mixed drinks and so on. If your looking for a comfortable watering hole, look no further! Excellent staff with professional knowledge and happy atmosphere! Check it out. By the way, the food looks really good. We should have waited to eat dinner! By the way, try one of the smoothies! They're healthy with a dash of booze!!!

I have waited 14 years for a place like this in Greeley. It's definitly a local or as the Berliners would say a kneipe.

    Do they serve food?

We don't have a kitchen so just locally made cookies, beef jerky and other snacks. Feel free to bring your own though or order up to the pub. In the summer often we have a fish and chips truck that pulls up for lunch and dinner - see fb for updates

The location is great- right across the street from the Ice Haus, a block down from the Kress, and right in the middle of downtown Greeley.

I was going back between 3 stars (fine) and 4 (pretty good/solid). I decided on 3 because of the…read moreflaws, but on a different visit I could absolutely go 4. Stopped in on what turned into a pretty busy Friday night, and the place is interesting to say the least. It's a converted old house, so all of the dining/bar areas are tucked into different rooms, around corners, up and down stairs. Ended up sitting at the bar in the first room. The bartenders were friendly, knew the regulars and their orders, and did their best with the rush. Oddly, there is a "seat yourself" policy, but because of the quirky layout that seems to involve wandering room to room, on multiple levels, until you find a spot. At one point, one of the bartenders was told there were no more seats, and she replied to the customer "Yeah, we might need to start a list. Try upstairs and we'll get to you." Later on, she said to the other bartender "I should check upstairs to see if I have any tables up there"- bad news for anyone seated up there. As far as the menu, it's pretty large and all over the place. I'd expected Irish staples and while they were there, I was surprised to see items like a falafel wrap, Buffalo wings, spinach-Artichoke dip, a shrimp basket, ribs... when I see a menu like that, I'm always prepared for pre-made food from some distributor and nothing special. Ended up getting the Shepherd's Fries, Beer Cheese Soup and Irish Castro (Irish spin on a Cuban). The fries were good, and the portion was MASSIVE. 3-4 people could easily split them as a large appetizer. The soup was pretty good, but nothing great, as was the Irish Castro. The one ding on the Castro is the pickles are huge, and pretty overpowering. All-in-all, it's a fun and kitschy place, and I see why the regulars come back. Decent food, friendly service, a little disjointed, but I would describe it as a good place to hang with some friends and catch a game. It's not really a traditional Irish Pub with yummy Irish staples.

My partner Chad and I come here so often that it's like our Cheers. But I guess it would be Sláinte…read morein this context, haha! Most of the staff know up by site, if not by name, and they are usually a fun and friendly group. My regular drink order is a Car Bomb and a Jameson and Ginger, single, short with a lime. My food order varies, but I do love their fries, and their ranch dressing ain't bad either. The Falafel Wrap is really good for an Irish place. The Grilled Cheese is phenomenal, even without the bacon. The Beer Cheese soup is also excellent without the bacon, actually. They also have White Bean Chili that is vegetarian (vegan possible), which I have tried but found too spicy for my taste. They also have Seitan Wings... I love them and get them often, but they are more like seitan nuggets than wings. Easier to eat though IMO. Chad's had many of the meatier fare, but he'd have to tell his own story on that subject. For dessert, the Bread Pudding is to DIE for! Thankfully, it's also quite filling, so I rarely end up eating it all. If you love 'Pub Vibes', definitely check this place out! If you aren't into a noisy bar/pub atmosphere, probably don't come here on a weekend or most weeknights. With the lively chatter and sometimes live music, it lives up to the Irish Pub name!

Every pour tastes like it was crafted with intention -- balanced, flavorful, and honestly some of the best in town. The vibe inside is the perfect mix of cozy and energetic. You can settle in for a quiet pint, meet up with friends, or just enjoy the steady stream of brewery pups trotting around like they own the place. And honestly, they kind of do -- the dog‑friendly culture here is unmatched and adds so much joy to the experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through Greeley/Evans, Tightknit Brewery is a must‑visit. Great beer, great people, great pups. What more could you want.

I showed up asking to taste a porter that sounded good on the website. The guy at the bar said, "Oh, we haven't had that one in months." Seems like updating a website to accurately show what you've got on tap shouldn't be that difficult. Another odd thing is that they routinely run out of beers on tap, so your only option is to get it in a can. That's what my wife had to do with her Java Good Day this time. This happened to me last time with my Cool Boomer. I mean, I get it, but beer just tastes better from the tap. Both of our beers were fine, but neither blew us away. Only a few other people were in on a Saturday afternoon, which was surprising considering the number of people in the area. It's a real laid back vibe, which I can appreciate, but kind of a sad overall atmosphere. Not sure we'll be in a big rush to give them another try.
